Excellent stay. We stayed one night and the hotel was Excellent. Rooms were clean and ready for early check-in. It's located near the airport so we were prepared for airplane noise all night and to our delight, we didn't hear airplane nor storm that rolled in overnight. Bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. Thank you for room control AC. Top it all off with bar/made to order Cafe in the evening and breakfast bar in the morning, remember to keep up with breakfast vouchers they give you at check-in because they will ask for it when you enter the breakfast bar. They serve both hot and cold breakfast with all the amenities. Got up the next morning refreshed, energized and ready for the day. Hotel needs updating with worn carpeting and other wear. There was scrap piece of paper in the room and a dirty hand cloth in the bathroom, so you really wonder how poor of a job they did with the rest of the cleaning. The hotel hall had a smell. The shower was slow to drain. The shuttle bus is shared with several other hotels, but wasn't bad. The bed was acceptable and it's quiet at night. The parking lot lights are incredibly bright and shine toward the hotel, but the shades are good. There is dish TV. Breakfast is decent with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash brown patties, apples, oranges, some sugar type cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, french toast, milk and coffee. Typical gym is OK, with 5 lb and 25-50lb dumbbells. Price was cheaper, so you get what you pay for, but I'd likely stay elsewhere if I return to the airport for a night.

L'aeroporto mi ha ritardato il volo in cui hanno pagato per il mio soggiorno al Best Value Inn America per la notte fino a partire il giorno successivo. Anche se non ho mai avuto questo tipo di ritardo e ho viaggiato tutto il giorno, ero molto nervoso di rimanere in una città strana in cui non avevo alcun controllo sul mio ambiente. All’improvviso, dopo aver incontrato Travis, il suo eccellente servizio clienti e il tranquillo demo disturbo ha preso tutte le mie paure, è piacevole e ha un sorriso molto bello. Il nostro gruppo è stato molto professionista, mentre la maggior parte degli altri manager di hotel sarebbe diventata molto eccitata. Se potessi dare all'hotel una valutazione tra 1 e 10 con 10 come la più alta, gli darei una 10. Grande lavoro Travis, mantenendo il buon lavoro.

Pretty basic hotel close to IAH. I needed the airport shuttle. The hotel has signs that it recently reopened, or was remodeled, rooms are spiffy! The breakfast is marginal, waffles, juice, tea, coffee, and there is kind of a gap around the hotel for restaurants. Closest thing besides gas stations is a Jacks. Pretty handy for a quick trip to the airport,l
