The Juniperlea Inn

We came here for one night the staff are excellent and very friendly. Food in restaurant was absolutely beautiful we would definitely return. The lodge was absolutely brilliant the hottub wasn't the cleanest we probably should have spoken to staff. The glasses in lodge were not very clean either. There was some lovely touches especially milk and apple juice in fridge with some cereal ect in cupboards.

i have already submitted a review however this wee gem can not be praised enough.. as a person born and bred in Edinburgh, this place has a way of making u feel your further a field ... i've started to go most Sundays! I have a really stressful job and this place seem to help me .. forget . the food is out of this world .. it's beautiful (the roast beef and haggis bon bons (chefs kiss) it's truly a beautiful place. u can see the hard work that's went into this place.... the decor is beautiful. The staff are wonderful.. the owner and manager .. Carly .i've been going for weeks and i didn't know Carly was the owner .. due to how down to earth this amazing lady is. the staff can't do enough.. Carly is a gorgeous lady and they have done amazing .. I can't wait to go back (they even had my un-usual concoction .. won't say on here ) thank u guys and keep smashing it Tracy

We decided to stay overnight at The Juniperlea Inn on our way to Edinburgh. This place is only a 30-minute drive from the city center. The room was excellent, the food delicious, and the staff lovely. We will definitely consider staying there again when visiting Edinburgh.

Fantastic meal passed this place many times. I'm glad we popped in lovely decor will definitely come again ! We are going to book an overnight stay at some point, too, in the pod, we had steak pie which was excellent and the staff were very polite

Comfortable stay Nice room and very comfortable bed. Small touches like coffee maker and fresh milk in the fridge were nice. Only thing I could mark it down on was some black mould around the bath taps and shower screen which should really have been spotted by whoever cleans the bathroom. Otherwise excellent and will definitely stay here again if visiting Edinburgh.

A cozy stay The pod is so cozy and perfect for a few days away. As an American family we are a little more used to larger beds but the smaller scale beds seemed to be the usual in Scotland. Carly was very helpful and personable. Their restaurant was delicious. Hot tub is an extra bonus. We loved everything and recommend Juniperlea Inn! Btw we did hire a car and parked at Wallyford park and ride when going to Edinburgh.
