**Review of Park Inn Hotel** I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and found it to have a lot of positives. The location is excellent, conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation. The amenities are great too – the rooms are well-furnished, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the breakfast spread is delicious. However, there were a couple of issues. The toilet in my room had a persistent unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved as I could hear noises from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Despite these drawbacks, Park Inn Hotel offers good value for its location and amenities. If they address the toilet odor and soundproofing issues, it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

friendly and good staff.. nice and affordable.. suitable for family and solo traveler. but television on this hotel just have only 1 channel.. unlucky about that.. if have plenty of channel. will get star better from costumer. if u are with family better get room with window. nice view

L'hotel sembrava essere stato recentemente rinnovato, e l'odore di cemento era forte, ma il piano superiore è un nuovo bagno. La parte della camera da letto, tuttavia, ha bisogno di più sforzi per i dettagli. La spazzatura dell'ospite precedente può ancora essere trovata nella stanza. Le pareti di torni non sono state riparate, e le pareti hanno ancora tinture di mosche e mani. In generale, l'esperienza era buona.

Good service. Staff friendly. Good facilities have huge pool and gym. And also hot muslimah gym and pool. Parking have to pay rm5 but have to validate at lobby first. For kitchen tools can use for free but have to pay rm100 deposit. In room dont have hair dryer. Easy to find parking. Got room service.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is affordable and the room is large and comfy. Beddings are very soft and nice. The hotel is also connected to the largest shopping mall in KL. Hence, you will be spoilt for choices - restaurants, cafes, supermarket, cinema, entertainment, shopping, etc. Highly recommended for families.

Pros: Fast WiFi, convenient, about 4 mins walk to MRT Taman Connaught (shaded link bridge), big room & spacious. Free basement parking. Cons: Traffic noise, music from the bar below til late night, think walls (can hear other guests conversation), iron & iron board provided not functional. Toilet & room design abit old. Stained carpet. Centralised Aircond so cannot adjust temperature. The mall beside hotel is dead. Only got furniture shop.

Booked for 2 single rooms with queen beds, able to get adjacent rooms. The hotel , bed, toilet + shower are all clean Amenities like towels, toiletries are available There's electric kettle, cups as well as free 2 bottled mineral and a couple instant coffee packets. There's no cabinet in the room although there are a hanging shelf where you can hang your clothes There are a few parking spots for the hotel guests The staff are great and friendly too, and they are available 24 hours It's in the heart of Sungai Besi Business area, many restaurants, shops and convenience store around the hotel. Near the LRT & MRT Sungai Besi as well for going around KL. Able to get best price in town during the stay from Trip.com Overall, it was a comfortable and lovely stay. Will definitely repeat to stay here again.

Controlliamo in questo hotel a 16/9/2022 per 1 notte per evento di matrimonio vicino. Era un check-in tardivo a causa della traccia di traffico da Johor. L'hotel sembra un'offerta dall'esterno. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa. Prima di entrare, chiediamo già alla reception di informare che abbiamo un conducente disabili che ha bisogno di un parcheggio vicino al lobby. Per le informazioni, il loro parcheggio è situato sull'edificio opposto, multi-storey che è inconveniente per noi. La ricezione ci dà l'approvazione di parcheggiare all'aperto, ma quando arrivamo all'hotel, la sicurezza non ci permetteva di parcheggiare, anche se gli abbiamo detto che abbiamo già ottenuto l'approvazione. Dobbiamo tornare alla ricezione, mostrare loro la prova, poi la sicurezza ci lascia parcheggiare, ma dal movimento di sicurezza e dal modo in cui ci guarda come se facessimo un crimine. Il giorno pioveva, ma era deluso, perché nessuno dell'hotel ci aiutava con i bagagli e le cose. Entra nella stanza, quando volevamo usare la toletta con urgenza, la tovagliola era tinita e non poteva sfogliare. Il tecnico ha chiamato il servizio in camera, ha preso circa 20-30mins per la riparazione. 4G Internet e WiFi sono stati molto lenti. La sera e durante il check-out il giorno successivo, la stessa sicurezza ha continuato a guardare noi e il nostro veicolo. Capisco che stiano facendo il loro lavoro, ma per favore sappiate che non ci siamo parcheggiati illegalmente. Il giorno del check-out, abbiamo chiamato la ricezione per verificare se possiamo chiedere un check-out tardivo, ma invece di ottenere un check-out tardivo, la ricezione ci fa fare il check-out prima che è prima 12 Se cerchi una camera spaziale e un'area decente, puoi venire a questo hotel, ma se cerchi un servizio e un conforto complessivi, non visitare questo hotel.

Abbiamo avuto un zio privato in un appartamento condiviso. La posizione era buona e c'è anche parcheggio. Per il prezzo era ragionevole, ma non aspettate molto. C'è anche una piscina senza. La vista non è così buona. Lo consiglio se siete su un bilancio, ma se non troverete opzioni migliori.

Arrived late at midnight. greeted by friendly security whom asked us to drive straight to Carpark which is nearby and carpark is at basement. He offered to unload our baggage n send to our room but we chose to park first and unload ourselves. Then he ushered us to the next level to check in at reception at hotel lobby. The hotel is huge with many buildings but each building only 3 levels .. so the guy at reception usher us to our building. The hotel exterior is a bit old n dull but inside has been refurbished with modern looks and amenities. Took the king guest room..no bathtub..room facing other guest balcony. So we close our curtains most times. Breakfast is very very good spread and facing lake. Very nice view. All the hotel staffs are warm and friendly. Nice gym. So many spots to chill and relax. Theres abt 5 swimming pools at different locations and the kids pool is huge with many waterplays.
