"L'appartamento, la sicurezza è buona. È necessario entrare nella porta con la carta. Il bagno è igienico all'interno. C'è un supermercato sottostante, un negozio di comodità, McDonald's, la posizione generale è buona. Il bagno è igienico generale dell'hotel."

"For the price you pay, don't expect too high on this hotel it's a 2 star. The room is not big, and the shower and toilet are not separated. However, the location is good, near the Stadium MRT and near Kajang town. There is a mama store right behind the hotel."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at Raintree Boutique Hotel in Kajang. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a very cozy and relaxing environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile. The location is convenient, close to many shops and eateries, yet the hotel remains quiet and peaceful—perfect for a restful break. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kajang."

Ottimo
YYanaboiE' la nostra prima volta qui e ci siamo innamorati dell'atmosfera e del paesaggio. E' un hotel amico dei bambini e adatto per il freddo e il relax. La cosa migliore su questo posto, ha una varietà di ristoranti da cenare. Quindi non siamo stanchi di solo il cibo dell'hotel. L'hotel interno era un po' vecchio, ma era ben mantenuto e pulito.

AAba MiHad a staycation with my family. It was an OK experience. We got a room at the other building called the Suites Tower. It felt more like an apartment rather than a hotel. The overall feeling is that it's quite old. The beds were nice and comfy. Internet was good.
Due to its size, I can imagine how hard it is for the staff to maintain. For example, there's a dry toothpaste on the side of the bathtub. One of the remotes also ran out of batteries. The aircond is not quiet. In addition, the breakfast was average for the combo price. The water pressure at the bathtub was also really slow, while the other bathroom had the strong one. If you are picky, there's a lot to pick on.
Outside the hotel buildings, it's littered with road cones. If you take the wrong exit from parking, you have to go straight to the main road, no turning back into the main hotel lobby - a pain if you're checking out. Parking is also RM5 per day where you have to call frontdesk to validate. If you're lucky to get the limited car parks on the ground floor, then it's free.
Location wise, you're close to Bangi's good parts. Also close to IOI City Mall.
On Google Maps, it's listed as a five star hotel. I don't think I can agree with this. I'd say it's only really worth it through promos and discounts. I can't imagine myself paying full price. I got a good offer with Trip.com & cashback with ShopBack (my referral code is ”HvdYtl”).
I do think the service was ok. Bell service is available even in the other building. The employees are accommodating. Checkin & checkout was fast. There are some good things to look forward to. Just don't expect too much.

SSPSLAs I had to attend a function at BACC, this hotel is one the most convenient one other than Le'genda since it is walking distance ie. right in front of the cinvention centre. The hotel is not very well maintained. Drainage in bathroom was slow hence water accumulated quickly when showering.

MMaiyoThe hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant experience — the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall environment felt welcoming and relaxing. However, the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit slow, which could be improved for a better shower experience.
One small suggestion: consider providing a buggy service to transport guests between the hotel and the parking area. Currently, there’s no covered pedestrian walkway, so it can be inconvenient walking under the hot sun or during rainy weather.
Still, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely come back!

UUtente ospiteGood for families with kids trio . Just few places still under renovation, pending opening so not available at the moment , perhaps best timing another two months from now to go. Resort is new , hence clean and well maintained. Restaurant food and services overall are good with reasonable price. One thing to mention that make me feel uneasy is the price list shown for items in hotel room - the items shown are pricey and some items are not in the room ie the table lamp.l, that made a guest feel not so good.

Noi chiediamo le camere con il bagno di finestra di vetro ma abbiamo una normale, ma va bene, siamo stati solo a posto.Tuttavia, prenotiamo un re deluxe che non era lo stesso della foto mostrata online, le condizioni di letto erano completamente diverse, ma va bene.

Il ricevitore che lavorava durante il turno di sera era molto amichevole e noi amavamo il suo servizio.

Sarà fantastico se si può notare l'ascensore, causa ogni volta che si ferma in qualsiasi pavimento fa un certo tipo di suono e movimento che ci ha fatto pensare che la prima volta l'ascensore si è fermato e ci siamo bloccati in esso ma è stato solo come si è fermato ad aprire 😅
