Completely remodeled in 2020 with high-end finishes, this calm, stylish space is the perfect place to kick back and relax. The open floor plan features a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for four, perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the salt air and ocean breeze and dining al fresco from the large deck with a built-in grill and cocktail station, complete with Restoration Hardware outdoor sofas and chairs and Telescope outdoor dining table for six. The two bedrooms offer plenty of space, with the primary bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Summer beach living at its best! ------- A note about large gatherings, children, and pets: I hate to implement this, but unfortunately, some guests have not adhered to the rules around large gatherings, children, and pets. I try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate special requests, and I am open to a discussion if you are interested in hosting more than 8 people for dinner, the beach, or a celebration at my home. I live in a residential beach community, and I like my neighbors :-). If there is an event that could impact neighborhood parking and noise, I like to give my neighbors a heads-up. They are great and very understanding, so we can likely work it out, but they don't like surprises. Please send an inquiry if you would like to discuss.
