CCheungKevinI'm giving a 5 star review solely because King was an amazing helper.
The hotel has a lot of good, the location is amazing, the view is amazing, service attitude is great, most people are very willing to help if you translate to them. However it's not without flaws. I gave a 5 star because I believe overall, the hotel is great and I strongly recommend it.
The hotel had some issues with translations, some more dire than others but they've been quite reactive to change. For example ”Alcoholic Beverage” in English and ”mocktail” in Chinese doesn't link up, other more comedic like ”Pancake” being translated to ”Class Halberd”.
There were also some issues with not being able to rent a surfboard even though my girlfriend and I were experienced surfers unless we took a lesson but none of the instructors knew English so how could we even have a lesson?
We also went in Off-season, September, so that might be why some of the attractions were under construction.
Overall, great hotel, great service, just hope they brush up the English and some weird rules in service.

SShibu KalayilStando al grande, fantastico hotel 5-star in Huidong, Huizhou è stata un'esperienza inoltrabile! Situato proprio accanto al mare con una spiaggia privata, la posizione offre una vista incredibile sull'oceano.
Il resort stesso è expansionista, offrendo una varietà di tipi di camere, negozi e opzioni da mangiare, fornendo qualcosa per tutti. Le camere erano spaziali, ben attrezzate e improvvisamente mantenute, garantendo un soggiorno confortevole e lussuoso.
Il buffet del colazione è stato impressionante, con una vasta gamma di scelte per adattarsi a ogni palazzo. In generale, la nostra esperienza non era meno fantastica, e siamo già in attesa di tornare presto. Molto consigliato per chiunque cerca una distanziata di mare lussuosa!

Dopo l'apertura, le due camere sono collegate, un totale di quattro letti. Il soggiorno di domenica è appena caldo a Guangdong. La gente non ha molto caldo esperienze, ma il numero di piscina è meno numeroso. Se il fine settimana è più forte.Il parco infantile è anche buono, i bambini sono molto felici ～
Il servizio della reception e del personale della camera è buono. Quando andiamo, la reception dovrebbe inviare un piccolo regalo. Il fratello del Gibbs in giacca ha anche inviato un bellissimo zucchero a due bambini. Sono molto felici ～

ʚʚ ღ ɞBeh, dove comincio.Abbiamo prenotato un mese di soggiorno a Wei Gang Wan a Huizhou per essere vicini alla famiglia.Abbiamo viaggiato dall'aeroporto internazionale di Hong Kong in taxi (circa 2 ore e mezza) all'indirizzo fornito da trip.com che si è rivelato l'indirizzo sbagliato. E poi, la sera, ho chiamato il servizio clienti per essere detto che era l'edificio completamente sbagliato, abbiamo dovuto abbassare un scooter elettrico con tutti i 4 bagagli grandi e 5 persone in, Fortunatamente abbiamo avuto l'aiuto della famiglia per arrivare a un punto piuttosto lontano e non c'è servizio taxi intorno. Ma è necessario avere Wechat - un app cinese) per ottenere tutte le informazioni dove andare e come entrare nella stanza. Non è stato semplice come ci aspettavamo, soprattutto dopo 30+ ore di viaggio e a notte.
La stanza ha una vista sul mare, ma diversa da quelle che hanno annunciato. Chiesto di passare a una stanza come quella che avevano su trip.com ma non è disponibile. In generale, le camere sono accettabili pulite e spaziose. I canali TV sono molto limitati, perché avevano solo un pacchetto molto di base e non hanno sottoscritto alcun pacchetto aggiuntivo, quindi ha molto limitato accesso ai Giochi olimpici. WiFi lenta e limitato ad accedere a alcune applicazioni occidentali. La TV era vecchia e la luce di fondo era sbagliata, ma non è stata sostituita durante il nostro soggiorno. Un altro problema era la superficie del letto molto dura come dormire su scatole di cartone.
Nonostante alcuni problemi che abbiamo affrontato, devo dire che il servizio clienti era molto buono, sono disponibili 24/7 e sempre lì per aiutare.

CChidingWow amazing weekend spent with the kids. The hotel has everything we need. A big water park, two infinitive pool, three swimming pools, sliders, water boat for kids. The room is so big and spacious, the kids love it, have a bunk bed for the kids and toys which they got entertained. The breakfast is all good, the staffs from the lobby lounge they are so helpful, the guys singing they are so amazing with English music. The lady from the We chat name Amy Lin she is so helpful with every question I have and she answered so fast. The dinner buffet the seafood one 358 yuan for 2 person is worth it. Has a lot of food and without time. In general all the amenities from the hotel is all excellent. We can recommended 100% to all my friends. If we have the chance we come back again for sure. The quality and the service from the staff all so good. The lady from reception desk thank you. And at the end of our journey they gave us two turtles as a gift for the kids.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo trascorso due notti a Sheraton Huizhou Beach. Ci siamo divertiti e abbiamo goduto di un bel tempo estivo. Ci sono 5 piscine all'hotel, più alcune bagni termali all'aperto. Ci sono goditi di nuotare in tutti. La grande spiaggia non è pulita, e anche se non sembra che questo sia la responsabilità dell'hotel, penso che dovrebbero investire nella pulizia almeno una volta ogni poche settimane, come il bagaglio accumulato (giochi, plastica, reti, scarpe, ecc.). La sua esperienza di camminare su di essa è un po' deludente e non così piacevole.Inoltre, anche se l'hotel è un po' indossato, è ancora accettabile, tranquillo a notte e pulito. Il buffet è buono, molto completo. In generale, mi piaceva l'esperienza, e dato che il prezzo è ragionevole, sarò certamente tornato a passare qualche giorno di riposo qui, lo consiglio notevolmente durante la stagione bassa.
