Smart Welcome
When you step into the hotel lobby, the first thing that catches your eye is the smart welcome robot. With its cute and innocent appearance, it provides functions such as welcome interaction, explanation and guidance, location navigation, Q&A consultation, and intelligent patrol, creating a diversified service experience and starting a highly technological accommodation experience.
Smart Check-in
Go straight to the self-service check-in machine in the hotel lobby. You can complete the check-in process in less than 30 seconds, and the check-out can be done in just 5 seconds. It truly enables guests to check in and out quickly by themselves, improving the hotel's efficiency and providing guests with a more convenient experience. There are also beautiful ladies in the lobby who will assist you throughout the process!
Smart Delivery
For orders, food, and small items requested by guests, hotel staff can enter the room number on the robot, put the items into the storage box, and the robot can automatically take the elevator to the guest's floor and the door of the room. The robot will call the guest room to prompt the guest to open the door and pick up the items, and then leave on its own and return.
Smart Voice
Unlock the door with facial recognition. As soon as you open the door, you will hear a welcome message, and the lights in the room will turn on. Once you speak, the items in the room will start to move on their own, just like entering a science fiction world. Find the most comfortable position and lie on the bed. Fantastic stay at Laidun! Friendly staff (黄美女), clean and spacious room, great facilities (free laundry service), and perfect location, 15 mins travel to any attraction. Smart AI assistance in the room and prompt room service. Highly recommended!

Every traveller has luggages. Good if a luggage stand/table be provided for easier access to luggage contents like clothes rather than having the luggage bag on the floor.

好評給酒店，前台服務非常好，臨走的時候在大廳等車還主動送了一瓶水給帶着路上喝，很體貼周到👍🏻 房間裝修也不錯，浴室有掛鈎可以掛衣服。房間內還送了新鮮水果。
但是有兩點我覺得不太合理，1、房間門沒有貓眼，在屋內無法看到外面的情景；2、房間窗是百葉窗且沒有窗簾，早上的時候房間會比較亮堂影響睡覺。另外房間隔音不好，半夜兩點還能清楚聽到門口有説話聲和嘈雜聲。不過酒店性價比很高了，這個價位的話住的很滿意，以後再來應該還是會選擇住宿。
此外非常不推薦隔壁的安德利酒樓……蒸品牛肉球內裏全是紅的，問服務員説牛肉都是凍肉，蒸出來就是這樣，一股惡臭根本無法下口，浪費錢。牛河出品也很一般……
