BEST HOTEL IN THE TOWN

The Hotel is really nice and the rooms are clean and spacious. The night desk staff and young make manager needs some training in working with foreigners. The check in process was unnecessarily long and when we had a confusion, a translator had to contact the general manager on the phone to solve the problem after 45 minutes of back and forth on transaction applications ! . This is a nice hotel, it’s a shame that the night staff isn’t more international.

酒店很好，乾淨，設施齊全。 我們訂了兩間，其中一間熱水流出來是棕黃色的，給客服反映，工作人員兩次處理之後還是不行，折騰到十一點，有點崩潰，最後也沒洗成澡。次日和前台反映，態度非常好，很快幫忙處理了。 希望酒店排查一下問題所在，五星酒店發生這樣的事屬實不該。

房間一般，早餐一般，500一晚在縣城裡住算是差的水平，服務也沒有什莫特別的印像，早餐服務冷淡整體上很一般般了，達不到五星級標準的酒店，撤了吧

春節期間還算滿意 沒有車位 停旁邊的大潤發 房間比較大 早餐種類郊豐富

第一次住體驗感很不好，想泡個澡浴缸都起一層垢，毛巾還有前住客的雙眼皮貼

設施：大堂很大氣豪華。通往地下車庫的路，有好幾個階梯，拿行李很不方便。能不能加一些鋼板？變成無障礙通道，也可以方便推拉行李 衞生：還蠻乾淨整潔的 早餐：比較一般。西早一般，中餐一般，沒有太多的惠安特色，還好，麪線糊加分啦 環境：附近就有大潤發，購物外賣都很方便！👍 服務：前台客房服務人員態度很好，禮貌熱情。泳池的服務人員，是不是因為外包了，有點高冷😂

房間寬敞乾淨，床和枕頭睡着特別舒服，點贊👍 服務也特別好，房間每天都有準備果盤，冰箱裏的飲料都是免費享用。酒店周邊交通便利，附近很多好吃的餐廳，酒店二樓的中餐廳也很不錯哦！ 值得推薦！
