Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete, pulite e ordinate e il personale è cordiale e adorabile. A causa di Ctrip, la camera potrebbe essere stata prenotata erroneamente. Ci hanno adattato gratuitamente la camera grande e il soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente.

It was an amazing experience! Gorgeous scenery. Near McDonald's which is open 24.7 and Costa and WH Smiths as well.

Not enough space for a family of four as mentioned.not worth for the money.Old non maintained lockers of doors.

Had read dome negative reviews but actually had a great experience.
Room was spacious bathroom lovely. Fresh and beautifully clean. Loved the decor.
Excellent staff, especially as I arrived 1am!
Bargain at £41 as well! Will definitely use as a stopover fir Scotland fron now on!

Quiet with great views. Comfortable bed. No air conditioning relying on fan in room to keep cool but overall comfortable stay

V helpful receptionist on arrival. Next morning a staff member went beyond the call of duty - English was her 2nd language - to help us obtain a money off voucher for the food outlett, much appreciated

Room was as required. No biscuits. Heated towel rail was not working. Liked the quiet location and comfortable room. Easy access with no stairs to climb.

Lovely place to stay, brilliant view of the lake. Nice coffee in room, room was a nice temperature, bathroom with shower was very clean and relatively modern. Had no sound issues, hotel is set a long way from motorway so no noise from that. Very nice member of staff checked us in and helped us with our stay with an extra pillow for my daughter. Very good value for money and a great base to visit areas in the Lake District. We visited Kendal, Windermere and south lakes zoo. Free parking
