Relaxing environment with great atmosphere and very modern design. Easy breakfast with coffee machines that grind and brew all day accessible. Fresh water dispensers. Love it !

Wow this place is a must stay! It was an amazingly beautiful room! Bathroom was incredible! Bed was comfortable and the rooms were super clean. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast had good choices and the coffee was good.

Everything was just awesome and clean. For the price this is a no brainer. Right from checkin to checkout we loved everything about our stay.

Always great ! From management to housekeeping it’s a feel good hotel experience. So nice to be treated with kindness and respect each time I stay here. Housekeeping staff are the best , hardworking and helpful.

The place is brand new and has growing pains. The management not quite to working there. The gym had items installed but not operational. The wifi didnt work. And the ice machine although being brand new was not producing ice.

Hotel was average. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast wasn’t that good. I had gotten a cold sandwich from the buffet and I was told to microwave the sandwich if I wanted it to be hotter? Lol. Shouldn’t it be already hot and ready to go? Anyways… My hotel room was pretty clean and ready to go but I was later on disappointed that the mini fridge in my room did not work at all, I had some left overs from a restaurant that I put in there overnight that went to waste because of us not knowing it did not work our entire stay there. Housekeeping came by and took our shower towels Saturday afternoon and did not replace them with new ones so we had to use the smaller ones that were left. Overall I was disappointed a little with the small things I encountered during my stay but the Hotel Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Maybe in the future If I visit Austin again I’ll think about booking another weekend with Avid. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating in my opinion.

Yan checked us in and she was adorable and very helpful. Justin helped resolve an issue hooking up our Roku device. He went above and beyond. The facility is spotless. It is well managed
