For added convenience and comfort, the home is equipped with hot water, a solar panel system, and a backup generator to ensure uninterrupted service. It adds a unique local touch to the atmosphere! **Please don’t be alarmed if you see someone maintaining the pool. Some days at 9:00 a.m., the property owner enters through the pool’s back gate (without accessing any interior areas of the house) to do level the water and do maintenance. **Although you will have access to restaurants and other amenities at a walking distance, for those looking to explore further, renting a car is recommended, as it gives you the flexibility to visit nearby beaches, rainforest trails in El Yunque, and other charming coastal towns.
