DDaiXinyuWe arrived at Hua Shan in the evening with the plan to climb for a full day the next day and then a half day the day after that (staying two nights in total). Guest house was easy to reach by Didi from the train station and we received a warm welcome and briefing on how to approach the mountain when we arrived. The hosts also offered to organise our tickets for us (you’ll need separate tickets for the cable cars, shuttle buses, and the mountain itself, with each of the shuttle bus and cable cars being run by a different company).
Lovely view of the mountain at sunset from our room! The room was large but a bit sparse, no couch or anything even though there was space for one and no fridge in the room (we brought a fair bit of food with us). The mattress was very firm (to the liking of one of us and the distaste of the other!). The bathroom was a bit bizarre but functional (sink outside the bathroom) though the shower did smell of cigarette smoke even though we’d booked a non smoking room. Otherwise comfortable and well equipped for what we needed.
The guest house operates a kitchen with a huge menu and all the food was delicious. We are vegan and were more than amply catered for! Dinner is served until 8pm and the kitchen seems to be in operation for most of the day.
The hosts kindly picked us up from the shuttle bus drop and also dropped us back to the train station when we left.
To note, unlike other mountains in China, the only way to get hot water on the mountain is to pay for it from a cafe. We had assumed there would be dispensers based on past experience but couldn’t find any.

UUtente ospite[Raccomandazione a cinque stelle | Una stazione commovente ai piedi del monte Huashan] Ero già un fan prima ancora di arrivare! Il capo è molto entusiasta. Abbiamo comunicato il percorso in anticipo. Mentre stavamo scendendo dalla montagna, nel giro di pochi secondi abbiamo ricevuto risposta alla nostra chiamata. Il ritiro dell'auto speciale è stato rapido e stabile e non abbiamo dovuto preoccuparci minimamente del trasporto! Il piccolo cortile in mattoni blu è pieno di sorprese. Le camere sono eleganti e in stile zen, e i materassi sono moderatamente morbidi e duri. Una passeggiata di 5 minuti per raggiungere la posizione privilegiata della funivia, abbinata a un servizio di ritiro e riconsegna online 24 ore su 24, è semplicemente la soluzione perfetta per i più pigri che desiderano scalare il monte Huashan! L'acqua che il capo ci dà durante la scalata della montagna è così dolce al cuore. Soggiornare al Jimo Inn non significa solo ammirare il paesaggio, ma anche trovarsi ai piedi del monte Huashan.

There are many small restaurants and other homestays around in this quarter. Hua shan East Entrance is reachable by foot in few minutes, a bus is going from there to the hiking entrance further west.

IIrenaCi tornerei. Solo quella vista sulla montagna era fantastica, gli uccelli che cinguettavano al mattino... almeno fino alle 7:30, quando gli autobus iniziano a circolare. In realtà sembra ancora meglio. Siamo venuti in auto, ma è facile arrivarci anche con i mezzi pubblici (anche la consegna può entrare). Le camere doppie sono più spaziose di una tenda con un letto a castello, questo è quello che ho visto. Soffitti alti, legno all'interno (con un odore un po' forte di vernice acrilica che poi è scomparso), letti abbastanza comodi per gli standard occidentali, pavimenti puliti... il bagno era la struttura più datata, una maggiore pulizia nella zona doccia sarebbe gradita. L'aria condizionata funzionava normalmente, un bollitore, articoli da toeletta, tutto andava bene. Colazione cinese, niente caffè o pane, ma si poteva scegliere altro da soli. La piscina non funzionava. Ottimi posti per il barbecue, molta ombra, piccoli ruscelli d'acqua, spazi per far giocare i bambini all'aperto. Personale gentile e disponibile, veloce nelle risposte, con un inglese di base. La natura era meravigliosa.

La signorina della reception ha iniziato a salire sulle bevande calde e benvenute. Quando l'iscrizione è stata effettuata, ricordatevi intimemente che ci vogliono solo tre minuti a piedi per le strade di cibo circostanti.
Il tipo di camera ha scelto la camera da letto amministrativo, 45㎡ lo spazio è progettato in modo semplice e moderno. La finestra di terra del panorama è completamente coperta dal panorama notturno della città.La più sorprendente è che è dotata di un cavallo intelligente e di fiori tropicali di fiori piovani. Il letto è morbido e duro, e la notte è piena di aria dopo. Staff were very attentive and gave extra bottles of water. Location is 5km either way to the Mt. Huashan ticketing center and XiyueMiao. Both places a definite must to visit when in HuaShan.

UUtente ospiteQuello che vuoi sapere: i bagni sono effettivamente dei bagni chimici in stile squat. Sono in cima alla collina, appena oltre il ristorante.
Fai il check-in scendendo le scale dall'area ristorazione alla finestra nel passaggio coperto. Il signore lì è stato molto disponibile. Per l'acqua calda al mattino, basta spingere da parte lo sportello ed entrare nella reception, è appena dentro la porta sulla sinistra. Sì, l'addetto dorme proprio lì. Lo fanno tutti prima dell'alba, quindi sei a posto.
I dipendenti del ristorante sono stati piuttosto freddi nei nostri confronti.
Se hai intenzione di fare la passeggiata sulla passerella al mattino, per noi a maggio l'alba era alle 5.30, siamo arrivati all'ingresso della passerella alle 6.25 prima che aprissero alle 7, la fila era lunga più di 50 persone, abbiamo comunque aspettato 3 ore e mezza prima di poter fare la passeggiata.
