明威酒店什麼都大，房間大，洗澡水流大，停車場也很大，後面就是華容河，附近有城市廣場，吃飯購物散步都很方便。

衞生：乾淨衞生，比較讓人舒服
設施：比較新，就是比較難停車
環境：樓下就是商業街，方便，晚上直接下去吃東西，走一下就可以了

明威已住多次，負責該區域半年來的首選，但是就因為這次，讓我對其感覺大打折扣，，入住了居然浴室有煙頭，，，讓我不敢去想象具體原因。而且退房時與前台説明情況，居然無任何反應，前台很平談也沒給我任何説法。
説實話，讓我直接無話可説。我從何去保證我作為消費者的權益，不想多説，就直接走了。
我作為職場人士，深知服務的重要性，明威我也住了蠻多次，如果不是因為這個情況及冷清的前台服務，應該全年不説多吧，60次應該要有的。
但是，現如今我不得不選擇！！！我也知道明威並不缺我一個消費者，但是我也衹能説，今後你也肯定少了我這麼一個消費者！

酒店在華容大堤邊上，臨河的風景不錯。房間設施較新，在華容算不錯的了。但房間沒有一次拖鞋，這個需要收費，就比較費解了。早餐差了點，需要改進。

房間配的塑料拖鞋又臟又小又硬，要了雙一次性拖鞋居然還收5元費用。很少見一次性拖鞋還收費的。
