NNaomiOur stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

EEliaIl nostro soggiorno al Baiyun Hotel é stato veramente fantastico, Ye Hefei é stata molto gentile e subito si è messa a disposizione comunicando con noi tramite We Chat in modo da poter tradurre i messaggi immediatamente. La camera era pulita e piena di tutti i comfort, il materasso era veramente morbido! Per quanto riguarda la cena e la colazione, entrambe molto ricche con una vastissima scelta di piatti tipici, tutti molto buoni. Sono stati anche molto gentili nel lasciarci degli spuntini tipici dello Huangshan appesi alla porta di ritorno dalla cena. Consiglio vivamente questo Hotel!!!

FFVDBAbbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno all'hotel 0517!! Il lobby e la stanza sembravano ancora meglio delle foto. Molto accogliente e elegante. Bella ambienza. La doccia era anche grande. Ma la cosa migliore sulla nostra permanenza era il personale. Erano estremamente gentili e utili. Ci hanno aiutato a pianificare i nostri viaggi di giorno e a fornire un servizio eccellente in tutto l'hotel! Grazie tante per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole, spero che riceverai molti ospiti piacevoli!

UUtente ospiteHongcun Yushan mountain scenery house is convenienly located near the South Gate of Hongcun Scenic area. We booked courtyard B which is located outside and behind the main hotel complex with breakfast included. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, and had a small courtyard, but unfortunately no garden chairs or table to sit outside. In hindsight we woud book another room in the main complex next time. It has a lovely open garden and plenty of outdoor seating. I contacted the hotel before our stay and managed by using a voice translator to connect with the staff on Wechat. A friendly staff member met us at the entrance to the scenic area and entry is free of charge when you stay at the hotel. The hotel staff don't speak any English, but they were very helpful and friendly and we got along fine using Wechat and other translators. I won't recommend eating dinner at the hotel as there are many local Chinese restaurants in the ancient village. The hotel offers a coffee shop in the lobby and has a number of options, like Americano, Latte etc. The coffee is very good, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the cup size. The hotel breakfast is Chinese with no Western options, and it is served in unique way in a tray. I enjoyed the breakfast, but my husband would have liked more western options. On our arrival the room was already pre-heated and the beds in the room were comfortable. It was snowing lightly when we arrived and there were umbrellas available in the room. They also provide vanity items. We visited just before the Chinese New Year tourist rush at the beginning of the holiday and this was a very good location and time to visit despite the cold weather. The ancient village was not too crowded and it was nice to walk around in the evenings and daytime with the hotel is situated conveniently right next to the South lake. Drone flying is allowed which can give drone flyers an aerial view of the village. Depending on your iterinary a one night stay is sufficient to visit Hongcun and the nearby Xidi ancient village then move on to another hotel at the foot or top of the mountain or Tunxi village. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel to travelers wanting a good hotel experience in Hongcun.

UUtente ospiteLocation = Great location. It is at Tangkouzhen. The hotel itself has a restaurant within its premise. There are mini markets nearby for you to stock up on snacks and other food stuff and beverage. It is about 30 minutes bus ride to Huangshan. Cleanliness = Excellent. Everything is in order. It has a smart system where the drapes are opened and shut with a touch of a button. The rooms are spacious and everything you need in a room is there and there was not once we need to call the helpdesk. Service = Excellent. There is a manager who is very hospitable that gave us a lot of information on the food and weather and the preparation for the Huangshan trip. There is also a tour agent who helped to arrange for the transportation to and from Huangshan which is also very helpful and patient. Facilities = Excellent. There is a laundry room with dryer without additional charge. There is a massage service available in case you need it after Huangshan hike. The restaurant's food is tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful in helping us to book the transport to Tunxi and back. There were 5 of us so, if we used the taxi we would need to book 2 but they suggested and helped us to get a 7-seater. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.

LlizhendeServizio: molto buono Non appena siamo arrivati, qualcuno è venuto ad accoglierci e ad aiutarci con i bagagli. Ho prenotato due notti e sono andato a Huangshan la mattina presto. Quando sono tornato, il servizio in camera mi ha aiutato a pulire. Era molto pulito, con tappetini igienici usa e getta, coperture per la vasca, ecc. Li abbiamo tutti e forniscono anche quattro bottiglie di acqua minerale. Poiché sono andato a scalare il monte Huangshan, ho portato con me alcune bottiglie, ma quando sono arrivato indietro ho scoperto di averne aggiunto di più. È stato davvero premuroso! Hanno anche aggiornato la nostra camera gratuitamente a due letti grandi 1,8 metri. Una famiglia di tre persone ha dormito molto comodamente. Anche l'arredamento della stanza era molto caldo e pulito. Dopo aver scalato il Monte Huangshan, ci siamo sdraiati sulla terrazza per riposare. Lo consiglierò ai miei amici quando tornerò. UUtente ospiteSono molto felice di scegliere lo Xihai Hotel questa volta. Il servizio e l'ambiente igienico dell'hotel sono buoni. Il cibo in hotel era ottimo, i tre piatti che abbiamo ordinato la sera erano tutti deliziosi. Anche la colazione è piuttosto ricca. Hanno tutto quello che è standard negli hotel a cinque stelle ai piedi della montagna. La camera con balcone delle celebrità di Internet ti consente di goderti la splendida vista del picco Danxia mentre sei seduto sul balcone. Questa volta sono stato molto fortunato e ho visto il tramonto. Un ringraziamento speciale al maggiordomo Xiao Zhang Dal momento in cui abbiamo effettuato il check-in, ci ha presentato con molta attenzione gli orari dei pasti e del tramonto dell'hotel, ecc., Facendoci sentire a casa!
