Very nice stay! Hot springs are definitely distinct for this hotel. Different springs with slightly different temperatures, great to relax. One lady spoke pretty good english and could help us with choosing hiking route and gave us a map. The breakfast is good. There is a laundry room with 2 wasching machines and dryer. Nice extra is the small tea set in the room. Extra tip, if you leave the hotel walk 100m to the left there is a very good restaurant (with yellow and red lights).

Questa era una fantastica stanza. Mia moglie e io abbiamo visitato Huangshan per un giorno e abbiamo soggiornato la notte qui. Posizione fantastica, a soli dieci minuti a piedi dal centro dei trasporti di Huangshan. Molti ristoranti e minimarket in giro per supportare i viaggiatori/escursionisti di Huangshan. L'intera casa è elegante, le camere sono pulite, igieniche e spaziose Il proprietario del B&B è molto gentile e ti presenterà il modo migliore per scalare l'area panoramica di Huangshan il primo giorno, abbiamo preso il grande percorso circolare. Ci siamo alzati presto e l'abbiamo inviato al centro di trasferimento. Siamo partiti verso le 4 del giorno successivo, anche il capo l'ha inviato al centro di trasferimento Ha anche introdotto il cibo locale e ha noleggiato l'autista. A proposito, il maestro dell'autista a Huangshan è davvero super bravo. Ti presenterà i posti divertenti di Huangshan lungo la strada, quali parti sono più primitive e meno commercializzate. Penso che questo sia molto importante. Quando sono tornato, il servizio in camera mi ha aiutato a pulire. Era molto pulito, con tappetini igienici usa e getta, coperture per la vasca, ecc. Li abbiamo tutti e forniscono anche quattro bottiglie di acqua minerale. Poiché sono andato a scalare il monte Huangshan, ho portato con me alcune bottiglie, ma quando sono arrivato indietro ho scoperto di averne aggiunto di più. È stato davvero premuroso! 2.服務，過年期間老闆全家上陣，總會在服務後詢問意見，我們在老闆家吃了兩頓飯，就很家常的味道，很不錯，猶豫老父親前一天爬山有點累，第二天沒有跟我們出門，老闆還特意邀請我父親一起吃中午飯，就很温情
3.衞生，老闆家是2024年10月剛裝修完的，品質在線，衞生做的很不錯

Ambiente: La lobby viene utilizzata per banchetti nuziali e l'arredamento è ok. La zona circostante è a circa 30 minuti di auto dal monte Qiyun, mentre Hongcun è più lontana.

Il piccolo giardino è molto bello e confortevole. Il sole brilla nel giardino e nella stanza ogni mattina. La temperatura del terreno è leggermente bassa. Per le persone che amano il calore del nord, è ancora un po'sufficiente. Sono molto buone tranne per il riscaldamento del terreno e altre strutture igienico-sanitarie. La carne di bestiame del capo è sempre deliziosa 😋, e la colazione è anche molto ricco

NNaomiOur stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel.
The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right).
While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly).
We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking.
Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later.
I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

Siamo così fortunati a incontrare la famiglia Xiao 👨👩👧 e, ovviamente, la figlia Daisy 🌼 Sono molto generosi, offrono aiuto in tutto 💞 anche svegliarsi molto presto solo per portarci all'ospedale per il test PCR... guidandoci e prenderci dopo la camminata... molto amichevole famiglia e ci sono i dipendenti 😊😊 ci sentivamo come siamo solo un amico del proprietario della famiglia... è più di un ospite 😭🥰 abbiamo avuto tè dopo cena fatta dalla signora Xiao Xie 🍵 nella sua stanza di tè...il colazione e cena che avevamo è molto buono, ci piaceva, Abbiamo finito tutti i cibi dopo il ritmo 😋😋
Siamo anche in piscina, anche se è freddo, ci siamo divertiti a bere birra e a chitching con Daisy... stargating e godere con la musica...
Raccomando fortemente questo hotel soprattutto se non parli cinese e nuovo al posto e prezzo ragionevole... anche vicino alle superfici, ristoranti e ospedali per fare il pcr,... Sarebbe una perfetta esperienza per voi... e guadagnare amicizia 💞

UUtente ospiteHongcun Yushan mountain scenery house is convenienly located near the South Gate of Hongcun Scenic area. We booked courtyard B which is located outside and behind the main hotel complex with breakfast included. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, and had a small courtyard, but unfortunately no garden chairs or table to sit outside. In hindsight we woud book another room in the main complex next time. It has a lovely open garden and plenty of outdoor seating. I contacted the hotel before our stay and managed by using a voice translator to connect with the staff on Wechat. A friendly staff member met us at the entrance to the scenic area and entry is free of charge when you stay at the hotel. The hotel staff don't speak any English, but they were very helpful and friendly and we got along fine using Wechat and other translators. I won't recommend eating dinner at the hotel as there are many local Chinese restaurants in the ancient village. The hotel offers a coffee shop in the lobby and has a number of options, like Americano, Latte etc. The coffee is very good, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the cup size. The hotel breakfast is Chinese with no Western options, and it is served in unique way in a tray. I enjoyed the breakfast, but my husband would have liked more western options. On our arrival the room was already pre-heated and the beds in the room were comfortable. It was snowing lightly when we arrived and there were umbrellas available in the room. They also provide vanity items. We visited just before the Chinese New Year tourist rush at the beginning of the holiday and this was a very good location and time to visit despite the cold weather. The ancient village was not too crowded and it was nice to walk around in the evenings and daytime with the hotel is situated conveniently right next to the South lake. Drone flying is allowed which can give drone flyers an aerial view of the village. Depending on your iterinary a one night stay is sufficient to visit Hongcun and the nearby Xidi ancient village then move on to another hotel at the foot or top of the mountain or Tunxi village. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel to travelers wanting a good hotel experience in Hongcun.

Hanno tutto quello che è standard negli hotel a cinque stelle ai piedi della montagna. La camera con balcone delle celebrità di Internet ti consente di goderti la splendida vista del picco Danxia mentre sei seduto sul balcone. Questa volta sono stato molto fortunato e ho visto il tramonto. SSuThis was a trip that I took my 86 years old mom to travel with me. After a long bullet train ride and shuttle ride, Banyan Tree Huangshan gave us a warm welcome by upgrading our room to a villa. The place is beautifully designed, nested in a valley with traditional Hui style building. Inside the rooms, they have the western style bedroom and bathroom comforts, but the deco is traditional Chinese arts with a modern twist, very elegant, not the tacky hotel chain style but details that fits the surrounding nature beauty. All the rooms and facilities are very clean, and service people are very nice too. We had the front desk clerk Sweet, who updated our stay and a room cleaning lady May Zhang who helped us with our needs. Very thankful to their help!
The outside garden design blends in with the surrounding mountains. They even have a petting zoo for visitors young and old.
We dined in their Chinese restaurant the first night. The foods were good but I won't say exceptional. For two of us, it was way too much in food quantity for one order. We felt bad to waste food this way. Wish they have had smaller choices. But their breakfast is very impressive.
And even though they are very close to Hong Village where the shuttle stops, they did not offer free shuttle which I think they should.
I highly recommend this place and will travel back with my other family members in the future.

我们天刚黑时到达， 很快感受到温暖贴心的服务。前台给我们免费升级房间， 让我们渡过了愉悦的两天。
早上在庭院里跑步是个美好的体验， 健身房也比一般希尔顿或是万豪好很多。
我们第一晚在饭店的中餐厅吃的，不错但没有特别让人印象深刻。早餐则不同， 选择非常多且很多精致可口的饭菜。
尽管他们离宏村很近但不提供免费接送，这样你从机场或是高铁站坐接送车到此，还需要打车或是付比打车高很多的车费到达悦榕庄。我个人认为这完全可以改进。
我非常推荐黄山悦榕庄，以后还会带其他家人来住。谢谢你们周到的服务！

Quando ero al college, ho letto un libro sulla storia e la cultura di Huizhou in biblioteca, sono stato attratto dalla poesia di Tang Xianzu nel libro, ”Non ho mai sognato di andare a Huizhou. La concezione artistica sotto i mattoni blu”. e le piastrelle nere del vicolo e le pareti bianche mi fanno venire voglia di vedere se ”Viaggiando dal giallo al bianco” è davvero all'altezza del suo nome. Dopo tanti anni finalmente è successo. Lo scenario del monte Huangshan è decisamente bellissimo, ma ho valutato male le mie capacità e il tempo scendendo dalla montagna, le mie ginocchia e i miei polpacci sono stati torturati per tutto il percorso [mi coprivo la faccia]. Andando su e giù per la montagna, era completamente bianco e nebbioso, che mi ha fatto sentire solo. L'Hotel Yungu che ho scelto a metà della montagna corrispondeva davvero alla scena del Festival di Qingming. Nella fitta nebbia, insieme al suono ruggente delle cascate e dell'acqua che scorre, dopo aver attraversato un piccolo ponte, ho visto vagamente una casa che è apparsa all'improvviso. e la pietra che incombe sull'erba davanti alla porta.
