Ho prenotato un viaggio a Chumei, ma per qualche motivo mi è stato assegnato un alloggio vicino a Chumei Yunju. La colazione era disgustosa e quando siamo andati a mangiare alle 7:30 erano rimasti solo gli avanzi.

UUtente ospite3 Huangshan, davvero guidato a ”il ritorno di Huangshan non vede il ritorno di Huangshan non vede la montagna”, sarà un po'più tardi!Ho fatto molti luoghi, Huangshan è andato dove volevo andare ancora una volta. Ci sono diverse stagioni con diversi paesaggi. Il cosiddetto ”sono le montagne” è libero di vedere il mare. Devi andare a Huangshan molte volte per sentire il shock di ”sono le montagne”!
Prima di andare, ho visto molti ricci di famiglia, e alla fine ho scelto il punteggio e il rapporto di prezzo superiore ”sono anche le montagne”, e non siamo delusi.
Il capo è molto entusiasta, ci ha presentato la strategia locale e ci ha aiutato a pianificare!Anche a risolvere molti problemi.Il capo è molto attento a gestire il suo negozio.
La nostra stanza prenota è il livello più alto del popolo. La stanza è grande, la vista della finestra è aperta, la vista è aperta e la foto è molto esterna.Sedersi sul balcone per bere un po'di acqua e stare tranquillo, e l'atmosfera può uscire dall'occupazione!

NNaomiOur stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel.
The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right).
While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly).
We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking.
Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later.
I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

XXihuanmitangdemaoParcheggio: il parcheggio con guida autonoma è molto comodo. Ci sono parcheggi sufficienti davanti alla porta. Il capo ha prenotato un posto auto e MVP lo ha parcheggiato per 2 giorni.
Trasporti: ha piovuto il giorno in cui siamo arrivati, quindi il capo ha accompagnato con entusiasmo me e i miei figli al punto di trasferimento a Nandaemun. Dopo essere scesi dalla montagna il secondo giorno, abbiamo camminato lungo il fiume e cenato, se non contati. Durante l'ora dei pasti si arriva effettivamente all'hotel in 12 minuti e la strada in discesa è molto comoda. L'hotel è anche molto vicino al Lago Smeraldo e alla Cascata Jiulong in auto. Siamo andati alla Cascata Jiulong e ci sono voluti solo 8 minuti.
Igiene: la stanza è molto pulita e ordinata e ha un aspetto rinfrescante.
Decorazione: Il primo piano è un bar con decorazioni originali, che offre pasti leggeri, patatine fritte, pollo fritto e pizza. I bambini adorano le patatine fritte. Il 15 febbraio 2024 siamo partiti dalla parte più settentrionale di Nanchino e abbiamo portato i nostri bambini in un viaggio senza guida sul monte Huangshan. Quando siamo arrivati a Yungu, il tempo era sfavorevole e pioveva continuamente. Abbiamo scelto di andare avanti coraggiosamente e siamo saliti le scale lungo il tortuoso sentiero. A causa della pioggia, mi sentivo come se fossi nel paese delle fate. Durante la salita, ho superato punti panoramici come l'Immortal Turning the Table, il Shengsheng Pavilion e l'Immortal Guidance. Sebbene la strada fosse difficile, lo scenario lungo il percorso è stato davvero rinfrescante. Dopo più di quattro ore di faticoso cammino, finalmente arriviamo a Yungu. Dopo aver visto luoghi panoramici come Tuanjie Pine, Black Tiger Pine e Miaobishenghua, non ho potuto fare a meno di meravigliarmi del magico fascino della natura. La strada per la montagna sul retro è pianeggiante e larga, con molti punti panoramici. Siamo arrivati all'hotel in montagna alle 16:00. Anche se esausto, il mio cuore è pieno di gioia e soddisfazione. Durante questo viaggio, abbiamo incontrato la neve sul monte Huangshan, abbiamo visto la pioggia sul monte Huangshan, abbiamo guadagnato molti soldi, apprezzato il magnifico scenario e il profondo patrimonio culturale del monte Huangshan in tre stagioni, sentito il dono della natura e anche lasciato che il i bambini si divertono durante il viaggio. Dopo il check-in, ha subito aggiunto le informazioni di contatto e mi ha parlato di alcuni dei servizi della camera e di come utilizzarli, come il riscaldatore per asciugare i vestiti e la vasca di legno per immergere i piedi per alleviare la stanchezza. Every need was taken care of and the staff went beyond lengths. We made the right choice and gladly return again. Perfect for the old street, the mountain and the old village. UUtente ospiteLocation = Great location. It is at Tangkouzhen. The hotel itself has a restaurant within its premise. There are mini markets nearby for you to stock up on snacks and other food stuff and beverage. It is about 30 minutes bus ride to Huangshan.
Cleanliness = Excellent. Everything is in order. It has a smart system where the drapes are opened and shut with a touch of a button. The rooms are spacious and everything you need in a room is there and there was not once we need to call the helpdesk. Service = Excellent. There is a manager who is very hospitable that gave us a lot of information on the food and weather and the preparation for the Huangshan trip. There is also a tour agent who helped to arrange for the transportation to and from Huangshan which is also very helpful and patient. Facilities = Excellent. There is a laundry room with dryer without additional charge. There is a massage service available in case you need it after Huangshan hike. The restaurant's food is tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful in helping us to book the transport to Tunxi and back. There were 5 of us so, if we used the taxi we would need to book 2 but they suggested and helped us to get a 7-seater. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.

Quando sono tornato, il servizio in camera mi ha aiutato a pulire. Era molto pulito, con tappetini igienici usa e getta, coperture per la vasca, ecc. Li abbiamo tutti e forniscono anche quattro bottiglie di acqua minerale. Poiché sono andato a scalare il monte Huangshan, ho portato con me alcune bottiglie, ma quando sono arrivato indietro ho scoperto di averne aggiunto di più. È stato davvero premuroso! Hanno anche aggiornato la nostra camera gratuitamente a due letti grandi 1,8 metri. Una famiglia di tre persone ha dormito molto comodamente. Anche l'arredamento della stanza era molto caldo e pulito. Dopo aver scalato il Monte Huangshan, ci siamo sdraiati sulla terrazza per riposare. Lo consiglierò ai miei amici quando tornerò. Quando l'auto è arrivata alla porta, i bambini hanno detto che questo era l'albergo più bello che avessero visto lungo la strada e si sono sentiti molto felici!
