DDavidUn ringraziamento speciale a Xiaoye, il responsabile clienti dell'Huangshan Baiyun Hotel. Dopo il check-in, ha subito aggiunto le informazioni di contatto e mi ha parlato di alcuni dei servizi della camera e di come utilizzarli, come il riscaldatore per asciugare i vestiti e la vasca di legno per immergere i piedi per alleviare la stanchezza. UUtente ospiteHongcun Yushan mountain scenery house is convenienly located near the South Gate of Hongcun Scenic area. We booked courtyard B which is located outside and behind the main hotel complex with breakfast included. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, and had a small courtyard, but unfortunately no garden chairs or table to sit outside. In hindsight we woud book another room in the main complex next time. It has a lovely open garden and plenty of outdoor seating. I contacted the hotel before our stay and managed by using a voice translator to connect with the staff on Wechat. A friendly staff member met us at the entrance to the scenic area and entry is free of charge when you stay at the hotel. The hotel staff don't speak any English, but they were very helpful and friendly and we got along fine using Wechat and other translators. I won't recommend eating dinner at the hotel as there are many local Chinese restaurants in the ancient village. The hotel offers a coffee shop in the lobby and has a number of options, like Americano, Latte etc. The coffee is very good, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the cup size. The hotel breakfast is Chinese with no Western options, and it is served in unique way in a tray. I enjoyed the breakfast, but my husband would have liked more western options. On our arrival the room was already pre-heated and the beds in the room were comfortable. It was snowing lightly when we arrived and there were umbrellas available in the room. They also provide vanity items. We visited just before the Chinese New Year tourist rush at the beginning of the holiday and this was a very good location and time to visit despite the cold weather. The ancient village was not too crowded and it was nice to walk around in the evenings and daytime with the hotel is situated conveniently right next to the South lake. Drone flying is allowed which can give drone flyers an aerial view of the village. Depending on your iterinary a one night stay is sufficient to visit Hongcun and the nearby Xidi ancient village then move on to another hotel at the foot or top of the mountain or Tunxi village. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel to travelers wanting a good hotel experience in Hongcun.

UUtente ospiteLocation = Great location. It is at Tangkouzhen. The hotel itself has a restaurant within its premise. There are mini markets nearby for you to stock up on snacks and other food stuff and beverage. It is about 30 minutes bus ride to Huangshan.
Cleanliness = Excellent. Everything is in order. It has a smart system where the drapes are opened and shut with a touch of a button. The rooms are spacious and everything you need in a room is there and there was not once we need to call the helpdesk. Service = Excellent. There is a manager who is very hospitable that gave us a lot of information on the food and weather and the preparation for the Huangshan trip. There is also a tour agent who helped to arrange for the transportation to and from Huangshan which is also very helpful and patient. Facilities = Excellent. There is a laundry room with dryer without additional charge. There is a massage service available in case you need it after Huangshan hike. The restaurant's food is tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful in helping us to book the transport to Tunxi and back. There were 5 of us so, if we used the taxi we would need to book 2 but they suggested and helped us to get a 7-seater. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.

Quando sono tornato, il servizio in camera mi ha aiutato a pulire. Era molto pulito, con tappetini igienici usa e getta, coperture per la vasca, ecc. Li abbiamo tutti e forniscono anche quattro bottiglie di acqua minerale. Poiché sono andato a scalare il monte Huangshan, ho portato con me alcune bottiglie, ma quando sono arrivato indietro ho scoperto di averne aggiunto di più. È stato davvero premuroso! Hanno anche aggiornato la nostra camera gratuitamente a due letti grandi 1,8 metri. Una famiglia di tre persone ha dormito molto comodamente. Anche l'arredamento della stanza era molto caldo e pulito. Dopo aver scalato il Monte Huangshan, ci siamo sdraiati sulla terrazza per riposare. Lo consiglierò ai miei amici quando tornerò. Quando l'auto è arrivata alla porta, i bambini hanno detto che questo era l'albergo più bello che avessero visto lungo la strada e si sono sentiti molto felici!

UUtente ospiteSono molto felice di scegliere lo Xihai Hotel questa volta. Il servizio e l'ambiente igienico dell'hotel sono buoni. Il cibo in hotel era ottimo, i tre piatti che abbiamo ordinato la sera erano tutti deliziosi. Anche la colazione è piuttosto ricca. Hanno tutto quello che è standard negli hotel a cinque stelle ai piedi della montagna. La camera con balcone delle celebrità di Internet ti consente di goderti la splendida vista del picco Danxia mentre sei seduto sul balcone. Questa volta sono stato molto fortunato e ho visto il tramonto. Un ringraziamento speciale al maggiordomo Xiao Zhang Dal momento in cui abbiamo effettuato il check-in, ci ha presentato con molta attenzione gli orari dei pasti e del tramonto dell'hotel, ecc., Facendoci sentire a casa!
