Ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare Yungu Villa ad aprile. Quando ero al college, ho letto un libro sulla storia e la cultura di Huizhou in biblioteca, sono stato attratto dalla poesia di Tang Xianzu nel libro, ”Non ho mai sognato di andare a Huizhou. La concezione artistica sotto i mattoni blu”. e le piastrelle nere del vicolo e le pareti bianche mi fanno venire voglia di vedere se ”Viaggiando dal giallo al bianco” è davvero all'altezza del suo nome. Dopo tanti anni finalmente è successo. Lo scenario del monte Huangshan è decisamente bellissimo, ma ho valutato male le mie capacità e il tempo scendendo dalla montagna, le mie ginocchia e i miei polpacci sono stati torturati per tutto il percorso [mi coprivo la faccia]. Andando su e giù per la montagna, era completamente bianco e nebbioso, che mi ha fatto sentire solo. L'Hotel Yungu che ho scelto a metà della montagna corrispondeva davvero alla scena del Festival di Qingming. Nella fitta nebbia, insieme al suono ruggente delle cascate e dell'acqua che scorre, dopo aver attraversato un piccolo ponte, ho visto vagamente una casa che è apparsa all'improvviso. e la pietra che incombe sull'erba davanti alla porta. Lo strano sorriso del ragazzo, abbinato a questa tonalità di colore, sembra davvero una spettrale chat room cinese. Consiglio vivamente questo tipo di esperienza. Oggi tutto il mio corpo è dolorante e la mia camminata è faticosa, quindi devo rinunciare al viaggio negli antichi villaggi di Huizhou e tornare a casa. Our stay at this hotel was excellent. They ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. They also had a driver that took us into the city when our friend needed to go to the hospital. It’s also very close to the South Gate. Overall, would highly recommend staying here for an adventure in Huangshan.

Overall the hotel was ok, biggest problem was that the train made a really loud noise also in the night. The bathroom in the room was not in a good shape, and you could feel the mold, but in other parts the room was nice and spacious. Also the hotel feeled a little bit eerie, many services were closed for example there was no pool and some areas in hotel were totally closed from accessing. It feeled that after pandemic the hotel has not recovered to it's full shape to the times it was opened in 2017.

Our stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

We stayed at the Qinman hotel 13-16.05.24 for the trip to Huangshan mountain and nearby Hongcu village. Despite the hotel situated ~3km from the tourist bus stop we find the location one of the big benefits: there is no hustle, loud noises of the cars and hordes of tourists: you can peacefully relax and enjoy quite and slow mornings and evenings. The hotel is beautifully designed? Rooms are spacious and perfectly cleaned. The staff of the hotel is very attentive to all questions, very friendly and polite, even despite we didn't speak Chinese the personal organized our stay perfectly and used WeChat with translations to give online feedback to any requests! Special thanks to Ms. 慧慧 HuiHui she helped organize transfers, morning breakfast for takeaway and tea with delights to our hot springs. Worth to note! This hotel has its own private hot springs, in May temperature in n the evening can go down to ~18C, fresh hot water helps you relax after long busy days and mind can fully rest in the silence of the night. One of the surprises of the stay was free laundry, it is extremely useful after hikes in n the mountains. Hotel restaurant has great breakfast with local farmer's products and freshly ground good coffee from reputable roasters. If you are a tea lover you'll find tea store from farmers just in front of the main gates, in the rooms you'll find local tea and tea set for tea ceremonies 😀. What is more? The dinner is delicious, especially local fishes. If you arrive by the bus to Tangkou the hotel staff can organize a transfer from and to bus station for free. We highly recommend Qinman hotel for everyone!

Все очень понравилось, номер большой и удобный, в номере и душ, и ванная. Есть чайник, черный и зеленый чай. Персонал очень отзывчивый, когда возникла проблема - с готовностью помогли. Красиво, эстетично, внутренний двор - очень красивый. Завтраки вкусные, есть китайская еда, но можно найти и европейское. Рекомендую!

Ambiente: il centro della zona paesaggistica, il paesaggio è buono, ma la finestra della vecchia casa non è una finestra di terra.Il ristorante per la colazione è anche molto bello. Impianti: isolamento sonoro è peggiore, voce può sentire, tavolo di legno. Bevande: la colazione è relativamente cattiva, la caramella + olio di verdura + caramella / pane + uova di latte, il gusto è molto buono.Il giardino di latte accanto al loro ristorante è anche costoso, poco quantitativo e non delizioso. Ho ordinato un muscolo di carne di latte per sentire che è un piatto prefabbricato, molto dolce, la carne di latte di latte è quasi tutta la carne grassa. Il ghiaccio del negozio di trucco è buono, e Huangshan ha un buon gusto.

We are from Uk but came from Dubai to climb Yellow mountain. The hotel was perfect. They upgraded us to a big family room. The restaurant for breakfast was great with western and Chinese food. There is another restaurant for dinner. It is a real boutique hotel and off the main road where all the big hotels are. Very clean. Clarins in the bathroom. Staff speak enough English and have driver to take you around. Very good. Highly recommended. The area is really beautiful.
