Very good location. About 100m from the gate of tunxi old street. Many restaurants nearby for breakfast to dinner. About 200m from a public bus stop to Huangshan North station. Bus ride only cost 2yuan. Hotel room and facilities are standard and clean enough. Their services are top notch. The 2 ladies at the front desk are very friendly to us (I am a mom traveling with 2 teenager boys. We are foreigner from SEA with basic knowledge of mandarin). They even sent us their homemade chinese healthy soup to our room for free

The staff was wonderful and helpful in any regard. They even gave us some freshly made silver ear mushroom and gojiberry soup on a rainy day. They cleaned our room every day and the bed was comfortable.

Very helpful front desk & reception, they even offered me complimentary hot soup & gave me a free room upgrade. The room is spacious, with comfortable bed and beautiful design. Bathroom is also very nice with all the amenities.

It's very close to Tunxi Old Street, just a short walk from the hotel. The layout of the public area is very nice. Room is clean and comfortable. The service is also very good. Over all very satisfied.

Totally recommended! The location is perfect, Tunxi old street is right behind the hotel. The other old street, Liyang, is just 5 mins walk. The staff were very helpful and sweet, treated us with some local dessert. The room was great, AC, hot water, all in all great experience 👍🏻

The hotel front desk personnel were very friendly and kind. The hotel was centrally located on Tunxi Ancient Street and was easy to find. The express bus to the high speed train station (Huangshan North station) is across the street from the hotel and costs 5 rmb and takes about 40 minutes, so very convenient. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. For this price, it’s a very good deal.

Location is excellent. Around the corner is Tunxi Old Street and Liyang Food Street is about a 10 min walk. The hotel is very old. The lobby is the only part of the building that has been renovated. The elevator and carpets leading to the guest rooms are old, stained, and very dirty. The room size is average, but very dusty. You can see the dust hanging from the walls. The room smelled smokey and poorly sound proofed. You can hear the neighbors all night. The bathroom smelled musky and there are urine stains on the toilet seat. Even though location is great, I would choose another hotel next time.

Very good location, close to bus, restaurant, scenic streets. Employees are very nice. Rooms are good too but towels a bit out of usage (holes in some towels).

從黃山上下來想去屯溪和黎陽兩個老街走走，隨便挑選了一家酒店，沒想到意料之外的好，房間大，設施全，女兒直呼比光明頂一千多塊的酒店好多了。而且就在老街門口，前台的姑娘們人超好，還送了銀耳羹，很美好的一次旅行

大多員工態度不錯，但飯店有幾個大缺點 1. 每天只提供一人一瓶水，再多會收費。第一次看到飯店喝水要錢的。 2. 說有健身房，還提供很高級的健身房照片，結果實際上是又少又破又髒的二手器材，也沒冷氣。 3. 廁所通風很差 4. 冷氣很弱，要開4小時才會真的冷下來

Risposta dalla struttura: 您好，關於你描述的幾個問題。我們進行了解，可能與你描述的有些不一致哦。客房內贈送擺放2瓶礦泉水，是酒店標準性安排哦，但您入住當天時，我們前台根據您的訴求分兩次安排了6瓶礦泉水給您使用，我們並沒有向您收取任何費用哦；健身房可能是使用率比較低，又處於一樓濕氣大有些零件和區域有生銹的情況發生，我們的健身器材都是重型拉昇器材；並非您描述的那樣哦；關於客房衞生間通風差，主要是衞生間是沒有窗户，可以把換氣打開進行通風，大部分酒店均都這樣哦；空調製冷時間長的情況，我們會進行測試排查看看有沒有故障，感謝您的反饋儘快對空調進行排查解除問題為後面的客人提供更好的體驗效果；

在屯溪老街邊上，有自己的免費停車場，停車方便，逛屯溪老街也方便；前台熱情周到，幫助預約黃山門票，介紹遊玩路線；裝修簡潔大方，上樓有電梯，房間寬敞，乾淨衞生；洗澡水流大，温度恆定，很舒服；免費提供紅棗銀耳湯，雖然沒有要，也很感謝店家的周到服務！
