Non posso fare a meno di scrivere una recensione negativa, l'hotel si è comportato in modo molto dilettantesco sotto ogni aspetto. 1. Alcune camere non hanno il WiFi e il segnale è scarso; 2. Non c'è un cavo di rete per la TV, quindi è impossibile guardare; 3. Per sbaglio è uscita dell'acqua dal rubinetto della doccia e mi sono bagnato due volte; 4. Nella stanza viene diffusa musica di sottofondo senza motivo e l'interruttore in realtà si trova nel bagno; 5. C'è un frigorifero, ma non c'è niente dentro; 6. Il telefono non visualizza il numero della reception, quindi non è possibile contattare la reception e sembra un telefono di casa; 7. L'asciugacapelli è sensibile al tocco e si accende e si spegne, il che è molto fastidioso; 8. La colazione diventa fredda dopo le 8 e l'effetto isolante è molto scarso; 9. Il parcheggio sotterraneo è in stile siriano; 10. Non ci sono spazzolini da denti e pantofole per i bambini; 11. L'isolamento acustico è molto scarso e dopo le 5 del mattino si possono udire rumori e voci di vario tipo. È davvero questo l'Hotel Lavande? ? ?

Risposta dalla struttura: Gentile ospite, ci dispiace molto che il suo soggiorno non sia stato soddisfacente. Abbiamo incaricato il personale di controllare la camera in cui hai soggiornato. La rete wireless nella camera può essere utilizzata normalmente e il segnale è molto forte. La TV è collegata a un router. È necessario pagare per la TV riservata ai soci. Come hai detto, non ci sono problemi di segnale. Sono contrassegnati gli interruttori dell'acqua calda e fredda e il soffione della doccia nel bagno. Girando avanti e indietro, l'acqua uscirà dal soffione. Durante il bagno in camera verrà riprodotta della musica. Anche questa è una delle caratteristiche dell'hotel. Mentre fai il bagno puoi canticchiare a ritmo di musica. Allevia la stanchezza di una giornata; nelle camere dell'hotel non sono presenti articoli a pagamento e il piccolo frigorifero presente nella stanza non contiene articoli. Il piccolo frigorifero è a disposizione di alcuni ospiti quando hanno bisogno di refrigerare alcuni alimenti; chiamare direttamente la reception al numero 8888 per chiamare il telefono della camera dell'hotel e ogni ospite verrà informato al momento del check-in; ora gli asciugacapelli di molti hotel sono controllati tramite tocco e temperatura e smettono di raffreddare quando raggiungono una certa temperatura, anche per motivi di sicurezza; rafforzeremo inoltre la formazione del personale del ristorante e l'isolamento dei piatti per quanto riguarda i problemi relativi alla colazione da voi segnalati; per qualsiasi problema occorso durante il vostro soggiorno, vi preghiamo di segnalarcelo tempestivamente, in modo da permetterci di comprendere meglio la situazione e risolverla. Continueremo a fare progressi nel nostro lavoro futuro e non vediamo l'ora di offrirvi un'esperienza di soggiorno migliore in futuro. Vi auguro un buon viaggio!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, about 5 mins by car from the South gate ticket office and the bus that goes down the hill stops just 20 mins from the hotel. The room is small but it was enough for me since I traveled alone. The staff is friendly, the manager is very helpful. I didn’t find anything for dinner that I liked and they cooked the delicious mushroom chicken for me. It seems I was the only foreigner in the town and I had the problem with my local nuclear acid test, it was not shown in WeChat and the man from the staff brought me to the sampling point by his car to do the test again. It’s was not shown either after that, by the way. There’s the supermarket right downstairs and the massage room which was super nice after the hiking. But I ordered the foot massage only but the lady said she would do the back and shoulders, too. So she charged me x2 price (98+98) since the whole body massage is 150ish.

This is nice hotel near Huangshan park. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good. From the south entrance to Huangshan park is about 5 minutes on car. Or you can choose bus on return way. The room was good, clean, spacious and with balcony with beautiful view. Nearby lots of restaurants and shops. Thank you very much, we will definitely visit this hotel again.

酒店的衞生非常好，環境非常棒，看着點評分來的真的沒有讓我失望，性價比超高，體驗感非常好。我住了兩個晚上衞生服務環境都是非常棒。離換乘中心非常近，衹有幾百米還有車子接送體驗感太棒了，早餐也很豐富，從入住到結束，每個服務人員都是微笑服務。

酒店是中規中矩的快捷酒店，但勝在乾淨方便，離黃山擺渡車站近，上山很方便。 酒店的配套服務非常好： 1.從黃山北站到酒店，從酒店到西溪南都可以請酒店幫忙拼車，如果是1-2人，很節約成本。 2.酒店旁邊的餐廳，點餐會送毛豆腐或者筍其中的一道菜，非常值。 3.酒店大堂有一個旅行社的點，那裡可以諮詢黃山旅遊線路，可以拼一日遊，也可以單獨請導遊。我一個人帶女兒旅遊，便單獨請了個導遊，也還算划算
