2015年來黃山的時候，就住在雲海樓，服務特別好，而且價格實惠，時隔十年再來黃山，還是選擇了雲海樓，服務一如既往的好。雖然必須承認，房間比較老舊，設施也就那樣，但考慮到房價確實低，這已經是很乾凈很好的選擇了。到黃山北站後，酒店聯繫拼車送到酒店門口，去宏村也給安排拼車，去黃山酒店免費送到南大門，老闆還給一對一按照需求和體力講解行程，去北站坐高鐵也給安排拼車。可以説包攬一切！

The location of the Hotel is great and the owner offered us help with everything we had questions in regarding the mountain and how to climb it. The catering service was also excellent, they serve local cuisine and some all-time favourites too. Stayed for 1 night, but it is good for entire weekends too.

Hôtel est situé à 20 minutes à pied de la gare. Aucun taxi ne vous prendra mais si vous contactez le propriétaire en avance quelqu’un viendra vous chercher.
Propriétaire sympathique et serviable, restaurant au pied de l’immeuble mais le matelas était très inconfortable. On sentait les ressorts du matelas et la propreté était déplorable. Je me demande depuis combien de temps les toilettes n’avaient as été nettoyées…

Good location half way between the main bus station and the South entrance for Huanshang Mountain. They provided a free car to take us to the entrance on the morning of the trip at 7.30am. One of the workers, made contact via wechat and met with us to explain (using translation app) how and where to go on the trail once up on the mountain and how much go pay, routes to avoid and how to get home. He was extremely helpful despite the language barrier. The bedroom was large and spacious and a good hot shower. The images on the advert were npt as we found it unfortunately. The inside space was outdated and we found it in need of some love and care. The reception was damp and mouldy, the same in the bedroom under the window. We paid for a window room but had small windows as we were on the 5th floor. The curtains and drapes were ripped and need to be replaced. We ate at the restaurant multiple times and this was really good and reasonably priced. There is a shop on site and always people around ready to help. It just needs a good paint job and some new touches in the bedrooms / removal of ripped drapes. It was a shame as the images online do not reflect the actual room we had.

The hotel is very good and the service is also very good. The stuff is really helpful and he is very friendly I really love him. Next time I will stay in this hotel again if I go to Huangshan
