Hotel in zona Steeple landmark, Hualien

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! Thank you Kindness Hotel for your thoughtful and kind gesture.

La nuova aria di bagno, spaziosa e rigenerata, ama il profumo dello champagne di Harnn e le strutture del gel corporeo. Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel che ho incontrato sono stati estremamente gentili e utili. L'unica piccola cosa che posso consigliare è che sarebbe bello se l'hotel potesse offrire più varietà di uova per colazione.

Dopo essere entrato nell'hotel, sono rimasto molto sorpreso. Era molto peggio di quanto mi aspettassi, ed era abbastanza pulito. La stanza era piccola ma confortevole. L'unico inconveniente è che l'insonorizzazione è peggiore, perché siamo una famiglia e ho paura di fare rumore.

L'hotel è molto nuovo, la stanza è molto pulita e pulita, molto soddisfatto, il letto è molto buono e il panorama è anche molto buono, la camera da letto è molto grande e il bagno è molto grande. Ha un servizio di lavanderia più punti. I vestiti che sono stati secchi nella stanza sono presto secchi molto soddisfatto 👍

Ottimo hotel, tutti i servizi sono buoni. Anche se non c'è molta scelta, tutto è delizioso. Anche le auto da giardino possono essere chiamate. La struttura della stanza e l'attrezzatura sono molto perfetti. Non c'è alcun difetto da scongiurare

L'hôtel est propre et profite d'une belle piscine. Il est cependant dommage de devoir payer pour profiter de l'espace sauna. Aussi des vélos sont disponibles mais payant, cependant le prix est raisonnable. Étant donné que l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre,il serait je pense judicieux de proposer les vélos sans frais. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Merci.

L'ambiente è bello, il buffet è ricco di cibo, il viaggio di autoconduzione è migliore, la stanza è dotata di caldo, il viaggio di vacanza e il viaggio di genitori sono la prima scelta. Solo il trasporto non è molto conveniente, si consiglia di guidare.

La stanza è pulita e pulita, il personale di servizio è molto atteggiato, la colazione è ricco, ma è necessario comprare di più.La carenza di Stati Uniti è che non c'è un parcheggio e ha bisogno di trovare un parcheggio.Per il prezzo, il valore CP è buono.

Good location. For the price you will get good volume. The room may be small but food are very good.

Amazing place, Hasir is an amazing place for lunch by the pool and Ali our server was beyond excellent accommodating and pleasant… all the food is fresh. Drinks are sooo good…great salads … friendly fir families
