Cinque stelle nel Parco Nazionale di Taiwu! Questa stanza di soggiorno è che si può vedere direttamente il Canyon nella stanza!Le strutture della canyon sono molto diverse!La cosa più sorprendente è la piscina senza bordi!Purtroppo non sono portati al vestito di nuoto!Attendere che la prossima volta si possa sentire personalmente nuotare vicino al Canyon!

This is my second visits to this hotel , again totally no desire to leave this cozy, fully relaxed enviroment, wave keep splashing to the crescent bay ,rhythmic sound of wave ,beautiful cobblestone laid along the crescent beach, beautiful mountain ridge array beside,blue sky ,fresh air, sunlight shine through the thin white cloud and reflecting with silver flash like diamond jumping above the sea. What a magnificent views. Love their floor to ceiling glass window, sit on the sofa , gazing the full view of the bay , easy to fall into a zen spirit realm, into a quiet space. Roof top is a ”wow” place ,zero blind spot ,first light and twilight moment are the most fasinated moment to stay there for a long time. Thump up for their environment and facility, I shall be back.

Great value for what is offered. The location is not near the city center, but a good retreat in a quiet area. Great hospitality, everyone was so cordial, and good breakfast buffet. The rec center was cool. Must bring own toiletries but you can ask for robe, extra towels, etc.

每次介紹超過六千元的國旅住宿，就會被說：「盤子、寧願出國旅遊」； 不過這次我又來花蓮當盤子了，因為有花蓮住宿補貼，還訂到旅展專案一泊二食優惠，只花了7999元！一起來開箱剛開幕一年的花蓮潔西艾美渡假酒店。 感想五點速讀： 1.本覺得價格虛高，但硬體質感真的不錯 2.除了入住櫃檯之外，不少服務人員的訓練有待加強 3.房間質感好，空間寬敞，高樓層可以賞山或海景 4.住房率很低，任何設施都包場，但餐飲服務時間過短 5.泳池、戶外溫水按摩池、室內半露天溫泉、三溫暖，構成不錯的渡假水療配套 /Check-in/ 1.入住大廳美輪美奐，台灣少數無土豪氣質的高級飯店大廳 2.大廳中央巨型木作延伸到整個空間，猶如生命樹般壯觀 3.巧妙又節制地運用原住民圖騰，整體風格在地又國際 4.抵達後即引導顧客坐著辦理入住 5.空間極大，人再多也不太會互相干擾 6.整間飯店瀰漫著一股艾美香氣 7.公用洗手間沒有免治馬桶 /房型/ 經典海景房 1.46平方米空間寬敞舒適，格局巧妙 2.善用落地窗帶入光線，整個房間明亮通透 3.席夢思床大又好躺，183x203cm～大きい 4.乳膠枕太高，仰睡我容易落枕，改側睡才睡著 5.55吋LG薄邊框電視，左右輕鬆大轉45度 6.浴缸大到兩個男生躺進去也不擁擠，還看得到電視 7.備品採用MALIN+GOETZ，香氣淡雅 8.PANASONIC潤奈米水離子吹風機風力猛猛 9.B&O藍芽音響，聽音樂不用忍耐手機揚聲器 10.沒有瓶裝水，可以用房間的水瓶到走道裝水 /餐食/ ＜至寶軒中餐廳晚餐＞ 1.專案一泊二食，平時要價1680＋10% 2.因為網路上評價潔西艾美餐食不行，本來是抱著看笑話的心態來吃，沒想到笑話竟是我們自己。 中餐套餐美味度不錯，剝皮辣椒雞湯非常好喝，且份量、食材高級度都控制得不錯。 3.服務人員一位顧全場，雖然用餐顧客很少，但看得出來她非常疲憊，且態度隨興。整個用餐過程也沒有提供衛生紙或餐巾，主動要求才會給。 ＜早餐＞ 1.早餐幾乎可以包場了，平日沒什麼人 2.雖然沒人，餐點也是很豐盛 3.美味度普普，不過用餐環境極美 4.餐廳人手感覺不足，昨天晚餐服務人員，今天早餐繼續在外場服務。終於找到她昨晚態度不佳的原因了，這樣真的不會過勞嗎？ 希望業主盡量注意員工的身心狀態，別讓員工過勞。 /飯店設施/ ＜健身房＞ 1.非常寬敞通透，還運用鏡面擴大空間視覺 2.器材完善，而且沒人使用 ＜休閒室＞ 1.有四組switch跟大電視可以玩 2.有幼兒閱覽室、小童球池、物理遊戲車車 3.有小型溜滑梯 ＜水療、泳池＞ 1.泳池夠長夠深，看不到海景 2.戶外泳裝水療池有兩區，有按摩水療 3.裸湯也有，且設計成半露天，非常舒適 4.溫泉水質體感是夜間優於清晨 5.三溫暖環境極佳，挑高且有高級感 6.男性這邊沒有給任何乳液或化妝水，只有提供吹風機，吹完頭髮後臉會非常乾 7.沒有免治馬桶 8.櫃體裡提供室內拖鞋，但服務人員沒有說明使用後要自行放置在毛巾丟棄區，這邊提醒大家使用後濕濕的別塞回櫃子 /心得/ 這家飯店剛開業時，那天價令我嗤之以鼻。 雖然掛上了全球艾美酒店裏僅20家的Resort牌，但位於市區的位置更令它渡假村定位顯得尷尬。 這次趁著花蓮住宿補貼初夜扣1000，二夜扣1500，再加上飯店一泊二食8999專案價，才以合理的價格入住。一泊二食的晚餐是中式套餐，美味度也是相當不錯，平時要價一人1680＋10%。 我必須承認，以前小看它了。它有許多硬體質感細節是網路上的照片感受不到的，入住時也有渡假的感受。 可惜除了櫃檯之外，人員訓練普遍不佳，大概是住房率低，砍薪資預算導致。雖然這是家硬體優質，軟體欠佳的飯店，由於價格變得合理，且期待已久的溫泉設施總算開放了，現在正是這家飯店最佳的入住時機。 如果一直有在觀望的朋朋，或許可以考慮近期來住一下，目前已是物有所值；不同意的朋朋，我們不要吵架，你永遠是對的。

老闆娘非常親切服務很貼心 房間很整潔海景很美 只可惜浴廁很容易淹水排水系統不太好 再來這次入住三樓到室外看發現玻璃很透 完全會被外面健走的人看到裡面 因這次是一個人旅行有跟老闆娘希望給我高樓層 但是因為樓上的住戶都是住兩晚不好幫我安排三樓以上的房間 所以覺得很可惜但是他們很願意幫忙處理 下午茶時間3～5點這次的口味感覺是仙人掌巧克力口味 早餐有三種選項可以內用或外帶 早餐時間7:00～10:00

Google 導航位子標錯，建議再更精準一些，第一次去以為在廟後方，結果是工廠， 要再往前面開一點才會看到招牌，進去的環境很不錯，四人房間也比想預期的空間感大， 也有陽台，看出去就是樓下的大水池景算是還不錯，但晚上睡靠窗工廠野狗叫聲真的一整晚， 早上鴨子叫聲也是滿大聲，應該是養在後方工廠，雖然有耳塞，還是聽的到的， 不建議淺眠的人睡靠窗，整體來說還算可以，比價性高

Stayed one night, booked the package including access to marine park with breakfast. Arrived at 1330 and took the last free bus iMR 1400 to the marine park and spent a few hours watching the sea lion and dolphins. Back to the hotel to the room with fantastic with sea views. Hotel is huge, outdoor swimming pool was closed but great space to walk around and admire the sunset over the sea or back towards the mountains and Hualien city. Good buffet breakfast, busy but well organised - would definitely recommend for families with children.

This is a hotel room in a camper van setting. We’ve been to a few other camper van stays but this one was more comfortable. Bed and shower were good and clean. Tea and breakfast were delicious. Beautiful setting especially towards evenings when the lights came on.

Molto pulito, come le foto!Il panorama del mare è super bello e il colazione può anche vedere il mare!Dopo aver lasciato, ho scoperto che Gopro è perso. La risposta alla stazione di contatto è anche molto immediata. Ci sarà l'opportunità di tornare! Molto adatto per il popolo rilassato in vacanza!La sala è anche pronta per un'ampia e speciale sigillo, e il proprietario aiuterà!
