Hotel in zona Heren Station, Hualien

The service review is specifically for the front desk. The front desk was fully staffed at the time of check in with the manager assisting and we still weren’t acknowledged when we were next in line. They weren’t assisting other guest but just kept typing on their computers and shuffling papers around. On a different occasion, the front desk gal was trying to multitask instead of giving me her full attention and addressing all my concerns. I felt like I was bothering her 😐 Everyone else was very friendly and always greeted and thanked us in passing or made nice comments 👍🏼

Stayed one night, booked the package including access to marine park with breakfast. Arrived at 1330 and took the last free bus iMR 1400 to the marine park and spent a few hours watching the sea lion and dolphins. Back to the hotel to the room with fantastic with sea views. Hotel is huge, outdoor swimming pool was closed but great space to walk around and admire the sunset over the sea or back towards the mountains and Hualien city. Good buffet breakfast, busy but well organised - would definitely recommend for families with children.

In my opinion, Parkview Hotel is one of the nicest hotel for families in Hualien. The deluxe family room we booked has 2 queen beds and very spacious. The breakfast buffet is nice, with a good collection of traditional ********* congee breakfast and international selection such as omelette station, salad, etc. There is a dedicated indoor haven for children with all sorts of games from go cart, different kinds of video games, etc. There's indoor pool, gym, pool table, etc for adults. There's also a coin operated laundry machine and dryer.

Positives: - Huge room - cable tv (not the usual 第四台） - separate toilet and bathing area - separate shower and tub - tub has ocean view - hotel big on sustainability (no disposable toiletries provided, as well as no bottled water - can fill water using water dispensers outside the rooms) - child friendly hotel with children’s activity room - in house sauna! - pet friendly hotel too with a pet room for pets to stay Negatives: - room has a step up which may be inconvenient for ppl with disabilities - the separate toilet and shower area is in between the sleeping area which may be a bit inconvenient - bed is a tad soft

L'anno scorso, un bambino aveva quattro e due anni. Non c'era bisogno di aumentare alcun costo. Oggi notte ha chiamato per confermare che due grandi e due piccoli, uno cinque e tre anni. Il telefono ha detto che avrebbe dovuto aumentare un costo di una colazione di 100 cinque anni. Quindi, quando è passata la sera, Dicono che non c'è modo di vivere in questa tipologia di camera. Se vuoi vivere, dovrai aggiungere 300 persone per la testa. Dicono che non abbiamo ricevuto il nostro telefono. Dopo di che la persona che ha prestato il telefono è uscita dal lavoro, anche se mi chiedo di non vivere mai.

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! Vivo in una camera quadrupla deluxe con vista mare. Il balcone è vicino alla spiaggia e ha una buona vista. Poiché è un terreno in pendenza in riva al mare, la stanza al primo piano deve scendere una scala. Se si dispone di una persona anziana con mobilità ridotta, si consiglia di non scegliere questa tipologia di camera. Fortunatamente, ci sono membri del personale desiderosi di aiutare con i bagagli. Ci sono 16 bottiglie di bevande nel frigorifero in camera, il che è così sincero!

Booked 1 night with breakfast. Opposite hotel has a convenient stall. Night market is few mins drive away. Opposite also has a really nice fried chicken shop. Breakfast spread is fine. Bed seems small for a double.

Siamo rimasti qui mentre giocavamo nel torneo di softball di pochi passi della Cup del Magistrato. Le camere sono piccole ma soddisfano le esigenze di base. Il resort non ha il significato che aveva sempre.
