The hotel is clean, comfortable and pocket friendly. The location is quite strategic. There are many restaurants in the vicinity so you don't have to worry about going hungry. This hotel also provides some snacks & drinks in the lobby which you can enjoy all day from 09⁰⁰ - 22⁰⁰. The customer service is also friendly, it's just a bit difficult to communicate. I chose a standard room but the facilities are complete (AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, hot water maker, toiletries, clothes hanger). I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Hualien. Recommended!

Rooms were dusty and old, breakfast spread is alright, staff at reception seemed slightly reluctant to help check on train services as we encountered the Hualien earthquake on the 3rd of April. The plus side was that the rooms are quite roomy and the reception area can house many guests who might need to wait around before or after check in.

Hotel provides free afternoon tea and snacks for guests, as well as supper. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, within walking distance to the night market. The hotel emailed us as we had left some items in our rooms while hurriedly packing our bags. My sister and I were caught in the earthquake on 0403. Thanks to the professional front desk agents, we were able to get to the train station in hope of catching an afternoon train back to Taipei. Unfortunately, after waiting for about 3 hours, we were informed that all trains were cancelled. Our guide, Mason, who took us on the Taroko gorge tour the day before, was super super kind and helpful who went out of his way to rent a car and drove all 7 of us from the tour group to Kaohshiung. We spent the night there before taking the hsr to Taipei. Mason is truly exceptional, authentic and passionate. We are really grateful to Mason. Indeed, we are blessed to have met kind hearted souls in Hualien. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Hualien, Taiwan.

Google 導航位子標錯，建議再更精準一些，第一次去以為在廟後方，結果是工廠，
要再往前面開一點才會看到招牌，進去的環境很不錯，四人房間也比想預期的空間感大，
也有陽台，看出去就是樓下的大水池景算是還不錯，但晚上睡靠窗工廠野狗叫聲真的一整晚，
早上鴨子叫聲也是滿大聲，應該是養在後方工廠，雖然有耳塞，還是聽的到的，
不建議淺眠的人睡靠窗，整體來說還算可以，比價性高

Il luogo è molto vicino al mercato notturno, e il colazione è un po'anticopo.
Ci sono anche i notori torti giusti. Ci sono piccoli cuori da mangiare (suppe di pepe o suppe di giovenche), piccoli torri d'uovo, suppe di giovenche rosse, gelato di giovenche a pomeriggio.

🏠 住宿體驗分享
因為去年地震後一直沒機會再去花蓮，這次睽違一年終於回訪，於是開始在 Google 上搜尋住宿。偶然看到這間之前沒注意過的民宿，雖然網路上的評論還不算多，但幾乎都是一致好評，看起來設備也很新穎，剛好入住日期還有房間，就決定試試看！
🔸房間設備超給力！
這裡的房間使用瓦斯熱水器，完全不用擔心洗到一半沒熱水的尷尬情況，冬天洗澡超安心！🔥 而且水壓很充足，沖起來超舒服，不管是洗去一整天的疲勞還是早上清醒一下，都超讚！👍
🔸抵達當天
因為帶了需要冷藏的蛋糕，於是先到民宿借用冰箱。剛進門，老闆娘就親切地打招呼，還詢問行李是否需要寄放。由於當時還沒到入住時間，老闆娘特地先給了我們房間鑰匙，並告知下午三點後就能直接入住！
🔸地點交通超便利
民宿位於花蓮市中心，到哪裡都很方便。門口可以暫停機車，汽車則可停一台，如果停滿了，附近也有許多路邊停車格，開車來的旅客也不怕沒位置。民宿內還有電梯，帶大行李也不用擔心搬運問題。而且出入門口、房間都是磁卡感應，安全又方便。
🔸設計感滿滿的民宿
民宿的外觀是清水模建築，整體設計感十足。內部裝潢也超有質感，後來跟老闆娘聊天才知道，她本身就是室內設計師！難怪從大廳到房間的設計都超講究，每個細節都能感受到用心。光用文字形容還不夠，我會在下方附上這次拍的照片，給還在猶豫的旅客們參考～📸
這間民宿真的很值得推薦，感受到滿滿的用心經營，住起來既舒服又放鬆！如果你正好要去花蓮玩，這間絕對值得一試！

TTomFraenkHotel di bellezza, situato nel centro, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Molto amichevole e utile personale. Camera pulita con spazio sufficiente. Noleggio biciclette gratuite, colazione e cena inclusi. Inoltre, l'hotel offre caffè, bevande, snacks e crema di ghiaccio. Mia moglie e io possiamo certamente raccomandare questo bel hotel.

QQingLa posizione di questo hotel è molto conveniente e vicino a molte aree di cibo e ci sono anche molti negozi al dettaglio. Il personale di front desk è utile e ricco di risorse, in quanto è in grado di aiutare a trovare alcune informazioni che ci servono. Accettate che forniscono ombrelle all'ingresso anche per gli ospiti dell'hotel.

附近推薦的餐廳有猿鰻川，Sabi Sabi 肉桂捲，country mother's，米崙丼飯屋。
酒店有洗衣機和烘衣機(共台幣100)，也有switch/乒乓球可以借用，有三溫暖設施。
房間乾淨，需要打掃可聯絡櫃檯。每日有免費迎賓飲料，水要到房外的飲水機自行補充。
整體住宿體驗良好，會推薦。

Il cane del negozio di popolare ama molto mentire. Inoltre, vivere due notti. Il capo ha ricordato che c'è una lavatrice al piano di sopra che può essere utilizzata gratuitamente. Lavatrice è secca per una notte. Le letti della lavatrice della stanza sono diverse da quella del negozio. È la seconda volta che viene. La prossima volta penserà a questo!

UUtente ospiteService was courteous at the front desk. They were very kind to give me a room before 3pm knowing that I had traveled more than 17 hours and really need to rest. Restaurant service was very slow. They were short of staff. No one was around to take my bill. Food was average. Really liked their cold dish with lotus root and red bean. Dinner buffet was very pricey. Couldn’t quite justify $30 per person. I was disappointed when I went back for the breakfast buffet. They served the same cold dishes and fruits from the previous night. Felt like we were eating leftovers. I picked this hotel because of their outdoor pool. It’s an outdoor 25 meter pool. It was lovely swimming laps and enjoyed the ocean view.

WWayneHXLWe got upgraded to a bigger quad room with windows for free, which was very nice.
Room: The room space may be small if you have many luggages, but there's no complaining at this price range because it's a steal! You can save some space if you bring your luggage to your bedside. An electricity outlet can be found on every bed, which is unquestionably very convenient. Cups, teabags, hairdryer, and slippers are provided.
Bathroom: The bathroom is clean, and it is a private bathroom inside the room (not shared bathroom outside the room!). Towels, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided as well.
Public area: There is a public area (like a kitchen) and an outdoor sitting area on the ground floor where you can make your own coffee or milk tea (which are provided there). Water dispenser can also be found there. There's a friendly (wild) cat too!
Service: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Luggage storage: If you're looking to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, your luggage will just be stored on the corridor beside the counter with no safety other than ”name labels”.
Safety: Password will be required for entry into the inn after certain time at night.
Location: The inn is located close to the bus station, but some walking may be needed (which won't take long unless you carry big luggages). Convenience stores and some restaurants can be found within walking distance from the inn.

IIreneL'hotel è molto nuovo, e all'interno e all'esterno dà una sensazione di freschezza, semplicità e moda.Il luogo è più immagazzinato, deve essere auto-auto per arrivare.Controlla tutto il servizio in modo molto nuovo, ma il senso di servizio è un po'difficile. Non posso trovare il cameriere quando c'è un problema. Le strutture della stanza sono molto nuove e buone, ma si prega di tenere presente che l'hotel non fornisce un fornitore personale unico come la gomma dentale, e si consiglia di confermare le notizie degli ospiti su una pagina web o su un ordine. Vale la pena di ringraziare l'hotel per la scelta del famoso letto di Lislingberlan, insieme alla qualità dei beni di letto molto buoni, mi sento super comodo 👍 Si può dire che uno dei migliori letti e dormitorio che ho vissuto nell'hotel 🥰👍👍

UUtente ospiteNon si sente come la prenotazione, in realtà è un hotel sul lato della strada, non una sensazione di giardino di giardino, la stanza è OK, la guardia è nuova. There is enough stuff to cook yourself something. Communication with the landlord on self check-in went well and I could check-in earlier because my bed was free, actually I was the only guest in the dorm on my first of two nights.
It was calm and the entire hostel & bathroom was very clean. I liked, that you can buy razors, one-way towels, toothbrush kit for a small fee, even if I didn't need it.
The only downside, and that's why I gave it -3 stars in amenity was, that the mattress was so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. The room had a bit of strange moisture smell, but I could get used to it quickly. If there would be a thicker, less hard mattress, that place would get total points.
On the back door / balcony you have a nice view of the mountains. (The picture attached is taken from the road, but if you crop the lower half, it's what you see)
