整體很乾凈，細節做到位，床品也比較舒適，睡得很不錯。水很熱，水量也比較大，空調聲音小，剛開始開空調沒反應，後來工作人員給弄好了，當時來的人忘記問了名字（戴着眼鏡），後來在樓道上碰見也是笑容滿面，比起前台兩個人，這位工作人員更熱情，讓人心情愉悦。整棟樓比較暖所以整晚不開空調也不冷。

整體還挺好，帶孩子去方特入住的，服務態度，早餐，房間都還不錯。但是，我是晚上8點多這樣到的，可能是因為第二天有婚禮，賓客入住比較多，check in的客人有10幾個，然而前台衹有一個工作人員辦理入住，等的非常久。等待期間，4.5個人在大廳吸煙無人勸阻無人管，烏煙瘴氣雲霧繚繞，沒辦法我讓老婆帶孩子出去等待了，希望加強管理
