La pulizia è buona e la bagno è nuovamente riparata senza vecchie matite, tutte le strutture di base sono fornite anche con lavanderia e servizi secchezza. the location is great because it is in the heart of the city, the room size is decent for a couple. There is no available breakfast, I don't know why? maybe the cause is COVID-19? but the other hotels have it..
BTW service is slow, I call the hotel personnel to refill my water but what happens is.. the refilling done by tomorrow after my second call on them..

Good location with a very japanese style riverside. Clean, tidy room. Just fine breakfast.
However, terrible experience about the staff.
1. We were told the basement parking lot was full that we had to park on the ground level, to load our laggages along with a 2.5 yd girl in the stroller there and to drag them to the basement via the long ramp. While we were having trouble not to jar our little girl, we saw a car slided in the basement and parked there.
2. Next day, we, two adults, one little girl, plus a stroller were lead to a table for only two. As we asked to switch to the nearby sofa dining area, the staff told us that the reservation today was full when there was really no more than 15 persons in the restaurent during our time there.

大廳挑高讓人不會覺得壓迫，並有撞球檯可供使用。
房間也是較一般飯店挑高，整個空間感覺舒適，瓶裝水是自有品牌的玻璃瓶裝水，較愛用寶特瓶的飯店來的用心且有質感。浴室除了基本的梳子牙刷等梳洗用品外，還有附上浴鹽和面膜等令人驚豔的備品。
附有地下停車場，可跟櫃檯領取抵用券，免費停車唷
小可惜的地方是退房前才打開抽屜，才看到裡面有很多類型枕頭可供挑選，算是在各個細節上的非常用心的飯店。

YYouyouParte della stanza è molto regolare, il letto e il cuscino sono molto dormienti. Quanti tipi di colazione di auto-supporto possono essere selezionati molto più punti. Il ristorante giapponese adatto al secondo piano è super ingustoso.Si consiglia di scegliere un'auto-supporto al primo piano.

UUtente ospiteMy first stay at the Lakeshore Hotel was in the early 2000s.Since then, the rooms have been updated but the service is still first rate. I needed help with getting my high speed train ticket issued and the person at the front counter offered to go with me to the convenience store to help.
The bathroom has a Japanese toilet accessory and a bathtub shower so you can soak a bit if it's been a hot day in Hsinchu.
A large mall is located 5 minutes away and there are several convenience stores on the same block so there are plenty of eating options.

YyongdeClean room. They got machine to do self check in and check out. Parking space was available in the basement level. Location wise is not too far from central area if you drive, but have to walk very far. Breakfast was nice. They will also give you voucher to redeem cake or drink. Recommended.

FFreelaxBooked at about 10pm. Staff are friendly and patient. The hotel is quite old. The room is quite big. As they only left with 2 queen size beds and within our budget so we just grabbed for a night stay. The room is not very well lighted. They have a balcony and there is a stationary bike. They provide toiletries and they have separate shower and bathtub. The hotel is just opposite the police station so it’s super safe. Nearby hotel has got 2 temples. There is a KTV and convenience stores too. But we note that not many shops are opened even at around 9am.

HHock SengWhen I arrive the hotel, i was initially ”shock” from the hotel outlook. However from the staff greeting and entering the assigned room, this impression changed, as it eventually turn out to be better than i originally expected. Staff attitude and room cleanliness was good and a decent breakfast provided. Value for money for business stay.
