In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 600 m from the river, in the countryside. For shared use: garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, sandbox). In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, burglar alarm system. Storeroom available. 200 m long steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house, public parking 200 m on the road. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, bicycle rental 5 km, bus stop "Mezná" 500 m, thermal baths "Bad Schandau" 18 km. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, cross country ski track 6 km.
