Hotel in zona Howrah Junction, Howrah

I shall start from arrival at the hotel. We were a family of four who had booked two rooms at the property. We arrived around 14:30 Hrs (at least 30 mins after the designated check-in time). First of all, although the check-in desk at the hotel is quite huge, there were only 3 staff members ***ning the desk, all of them occupied. We had to wait for around 15 mins, looking here and there like *****s with our bags on before someone greeted us. And I do not mind waiting for check-in; what I do mind is that despite multiple staff members seeing us wait, not one of them acknowledge our presence and asked us to take a seat and wait. They would all look at us and carry on. Forget a warm smile, forget a namaste, we were made to feel like fools just standing there without anyone attending to us. When we finally did get a chance to check in, we were given two adjacent rooms. The key to one room was handed over to us, and we were told that the second room is not ready yet and that as soon as it is ready the key would be sent to us in our room. We said okay and moved towards our room. Once in our room, all four of us sat waiting in one room for around 45 mins for the key to the second room. We were not able to unpack because we wanted to unpack in our respective rooms. Tired and hungry, we left the hotel to get ourselves some lunch and some sightseeing, hoping that by the time we return our second room would be ready. When we returned and asked for the key to the second room from the reception desk, we were told that the room that was allocated to us had been now given to someone else -- and we were given some other room that was ”close” to the first room. I understand that asking for adjacent rooms is a mere request and not a right. But had we been given a ”close” room earlier, we could have gotten the keys earlier at the time of check-in! We waited for a room for so long, only for it to be given to someone else. Fast forward to the next morning's breakfast. The spread was quite good and quite diverse in variety. However, again the entire staff at the breakfast looked tense for some reason. And they kept messing up with live counter orders. No one had a smile on, no one welcomed you with warmth, and no one made you feel as if you were staying in a 5-star hotel (which The Lalit considers itself to be). Our entire experience with The Lalit was below par at the very least. It was not the kind of experience you would expect from a branded property that so conveniently calls itself a luxury 5-star property. I honestly feel for the money that I paid, I could and should have gotten a different property and that would have been definitely better. For the foreseeable future, and till things change, I do not see myself staying at any Lalit property.

Molto buon posto per soggiornare a pochi minuti da New Market, negozi, ristorante e Museo Indiano. Tutti il personale estremamente gentile e sempre a disposizione dei clienti. Posso consigliare questo posto adatto anche per una famiglia con bambini

Il servizio in generale ha una velocità relativamente lenta di risposta che richiede una rapida accelerazione.La scheda porta non può aprire un mezzo giorno per aiutare a risolvere, anche se l'atteggiamento è buono, ma l'efficienza di lavoro non è alta.La chiarezza delle lettini deve essere migliorata.

È un hotel molto bello. Buona atmosfera. Alcuni si lamentano della vista e del rumore della costruzione posteriore. Ma fortunatamente ho una stanza di fronte, e chi guarda fuori in hotel? Ma per l'hotel sonoro, le finestre posteriori possono cambiare per le opzioni di protezione sonora. Camera pulita e decorata. La colazione è buona, preferirei dire buona se non molto buona. Le persone di ricezione sono molto utili, ho ricevuto il check-in precoce al 12:30PM. Distretto di Nearby Shopping. Come è occupato, si prega di fare un giorno di traffico enorme.

The hotel is very good. The food quality of this hotel is very good. The ambience is also good. All staffs behaviour are very good. The best hotel in Kolkata. All services are good at all. Noise free and peaceful ambience. The food is highly delicious. Breakfast at Oceanic restaurant is very nice and has lots of varieties. Front Office people are very helpful and courteous . Even the lobby's decoration is so good . Flowers are seen all over the lobby even room at Peerless hotel Kolkata is so clean and all the amenities are well placed. The hotel hospitality is so good and staffs here so warm. I will come again .

Abbiamo visitato il bar di Waterside per il buffet. Il cibo era un piacere e il servizio era impeccabile. Mi piaceva soprattutto la sezione indiana del buffet. Grazie speciali a Jitendra per il servizio meraviglioso. Mi piacerebbe visitare di nuovo presto

Sono rimasto qui per quasi 3 mesi di lavoro di progetto ferroviario in questo hotel . Questo hotel è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Horah. Hotel si trova in zona posh chiamata Horah ac mercato .Molti ristoranti veg e mercato sono disponibili. Burra basar è anche vicino all'hotel solo . Il servizio è molto buono in questo hotel . Linen è molto pulito e igienico . Il personale è ben gestito . La rinovazione dell'hotel sta per durare forse 2 mesi in completamento ma le camere sono molto spaziose e belle

È un hotel flottante che non ho capito. Molto conveniente e bellissimo hotel Tutti i dipendenti erano così amichevoli Per gli Instagramer, sarebbe il cielo Il colazione era brillante con curry, nan, zapati e così via! È fluttuante ma molto comodo Solo 1 emissione l, nessuno carta da toletta o tessuto, nemmeno all'interno di una stanza Sarebbe un problema in India, ma non un problema alberghiero. Adoro questo hotel!! Certamente consiglierà anche i miei amici
