Nice hotel but all are staff very bad noxx residency is best affordable hotel but you need to change your receptionist or behaviour

But which i show in pictures of rooms but i don't get this types of facilities i don't get mini refrigerators and many other things. I never book this again

Nice hotel, nice location, overall very good. Great experience with mouth watering kababs item. Centralised ac, wooden floor with great views. Well behaved staff. Value for money. Location is very well connected with Santragachi station and Kolkata.

All good. Good staff-my experience at hotel nox residency was absolutely delightful! from the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and i especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, hotel nox residency is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious yet affordable stay!

Hotel room, washroom are hygienic, clean & excellent for single or family stay. Food quality is good. Only need to slightly improve for breakfast buffet varieties.

Room floor sticky, air conditioner very noisy, room smell and suffocating, bathroom basin drainage overflow. Bed uncomfortable.

Everything was good but the ac must be replaced with a good one. Overall it is a good place. Other than that all the arrangements were nice

Nice hotel, hotel staff are very good, hotel rooms and bathroom are clean and hygiene. The resturant is very popular children will love the place. Over all fantastic.
