Belli, grandi e lussuosi alloggi. Bella struttura, separato soggiorno e dormitorio, doccia pioggia fine e WC separato. Il letto dormiva anche bello (boxsprung). Un piccolo punto di vista è stato l'ospitalità, è anche un piccolo hotel (10 camere). La ”ricezione” si trova nel ristorante, si riceve un passaporto e that's it. Nessuna informazione su cena, orari di check-out, attrezzature di guida, ecc. La cromaca sulla TV non mi ha parlato, Quindi ho solo guardato netflix sul portatile. Peccato ...

Hotel in zona abbastanza centrale di Zeist, facile da raggiungere e con parcheggio convenzionato a 15€ per 24h. L'hotel è un 4 stelle ma forse pecca in qualche mancanza nelle camere e nell' atmosfera generale se così si può dire. Accoglienza gentile e personale disponibile. La camera da letto è ampia, così come il bagno con vasca. Assurda l'assenza di un termosifone o scalda salviette in bagno, e la possibilità di accendere il riscaldamento in camera al bisogno. Letti separati con topper come materasso, decisamente scomodi, cuscini a scelta si,ma anch'essi non molto comodi . Colazione a 18€ per persona, buona scelta tra dolce e salato , buon caffè e cappuccino anche se dalle macchinette automatiche, weekend buffet fino alle 11. Ampi luoghi comuni con servizio bar e ristorante. La carta menù a mio parere andrebbe rivista e ampliata,prezzi nella media nord Europa. In conclusione, consiglio se la vostra intenzione è stare a due passi da Utrecht o andare in giro nei dintorni. Ultima cosa, l'hotel dispone di sala cinema teatro, quindi spesso c'è molto ”traffico” nella hall durante il giorno!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. Posizione eccellente in quanto è direttamente dalla stazione ferroviaria. Il personale è molto cordiale e premuroso. L'unica brutta esperienza è che durante la nostra ultima notte l'aria condizionata si è rotta e all'inizio non sapevamo che fosse così. Continuava a ronzare ogni 15-20 minuti. Alla fine abbiamo chiamato il concierge all'1: 30 perché non riuscivamo a dormire. Il personale ha spento l'aria condizionata per risolvere il problema. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo trasferirci in un'altra stanza, ma lasciare le nostre cose nella stanza in cui alloggiavamo perché dovevamo solo dormire bene la notte dato che iniziamo presto la mattina seguente. Ci è stata offerta un'altra stanza, ma abbiamo dovuto fare le valigie e portare tutte le nostre cose, il che avrebbe significato trasferirci nell'altra stanza entro le 3 del mattino. Quindi siamo rimasti fermi. Consiglierei comunque l'hotel.

nice food and beautiful environment. Vistors can rent bikes to go around. There is a small swimming pool and sauna to enjoy. Convenient location.

Unfortunately, this was one of my lesser hotel experiences. I had booked (and paid for) a room but walked away frustrated during check-in because of the receptionist's attitude. Here's my story in brief: Upon arrival, I was asked to pay the tourist tax. I noted that I had anticipated this since I had also paid these costs on-site during my stay at the same hotel the previous week; however, the booking had stated that the price included all taxes and fees. It wasn't about the amounts (just a few euros). My comment was intended as feedback, so the hotel could better align the information on the booking sites with reality. The staff member immediately became defensive and claimed I was wrong and that the problem was with the booking sites. As if I had made a mistake. After this unpleasant reception, I went to my room. I had specifically looked for a hotel room with a larger bed for more space around me and had found a twin bed online at Leonardo. However, upon arrival, it turned out to be a single bed, pushed against the wall. When I mentioned downstairs that I had booked a twin bed, I was told that I was wrong according to her system. A kind of blaming discussion ensued, stating I could have known this because I had been there the previous week (although I had a different room with a double bed then). I could get another room, but for an extra charge. When she asked me to send a screenshot, I pressed forward in my confirmation email and handed her my phone to enter the email address. Apparently, my attitude was not right: she said she would refused to help me further this way. She was busy enough (I was the only guest at the reception at that time). I did not use a single rude word and simply spoke in a calm tone. The approach of blaming the other first, responding gruffly and unfriendly, and then making accusations was unacceptable to me. I left and booked a hotel room elsewhere, where taxes and fees were indeed included in the online paid amount. It was anything but a relaxing evening in preparation for my next workday. For comparison, my hotel experience from the previous week: the room was decent, somewhat dated, but the location is ideal next to the station. The staff were much friendlier and more polite then. My stay was otherwise satisfactory.

Questo hotel è fantastico, è proprio sotto la stazione centrale di Utrecht. Puoi vedere i binari del treno dalla finestra. Ci vogliono circa quattro o cinque minuti per raggiungere l'ingresso della stazione. C'è un grande centro commerciale sopra e sotto parcheggio per biciclette 🅿️ C'è una stazione della metropolitana al piano di sotto Prendere un taxi è molto costoso, i trasporti pubblici sono comodi e ci si sente molto sicuri in una zona trafficata. Le strutture sono nuovissime e danno l'atmosfera di un hotel di design. C'è anche una piscina sul tetto e una palestra, nonché una sauna, il che è davvero buono. Ci sono due opzioni tra cui scegliere in vacanza Ci sono effettivamente 5 coppie in piscina, e mi restano diverse persone e bambini. È molto vicino al centro storico. Ci sono molte chiese e vecchi edifici nelle vicinanze. Ci sono anche molte taverne per mangiare e bere nella zona circostante. È molto più economico della stazione piazza all'uscita la stazione ferroviaria. Se non avete fretta potete andare a mangiare nel centro storico. Molti locali mangiano e bevono lì. Una cosa che non mi piace molto è che il check-out alle 11 è un po' anticipato. Se non siete scesi per il check-out verso le 11:15, la reception vi chiamerà per ricordarvelo. Questo è un po' fastidioso e ti richiameranno qualche minuto dopo per ricordartelo. La colazione è piuttosto costosa. Costa 19 euro se la acquisti temporaneamente al mattino e 16 euro al momento del check-in. Dovrai pagare ulteriori 4 euro di tasse locali al momento del check-in.

È un ostello, ma con tutte le comodità del caso. Viene fornito tutto, incluso asciugamano. In bagno sono presenti saponi di ogni tipo e c'è anche l'asciugacapelli. Ci sono diversi bagni e diverse docce, in uno stato di pulizia generalmente più che sufficiente (anche se le docce puzzano un po'). Si soggiorna in una vecchia chiesa all'interno di dei Pod (cubicoli) che si possono ”chiudere” con una tendina, garantendo quindi un minimo di privacy. All'interno del Pod c'è una scatola di ventilazione che però non basta, di notte, a tendina chiusa l'aria nel Pod si fa rovente. Ci saranno oltre 50 Pod e purtroppo gli armadietti emettono un suono acuto ogni volta che vengono bloccati e sbloccati. C'è quindi una sorta di beep beep costante. Il suono andrebbe levato, c'è già un'indicazione luminosa che indica lo stato dell'armadietto. 50€ per un ostello sono tanti. Per curiosità ho ricontrollato se all'ultimo minuto ci fosse qualche offerta ed i prezzi erano saliti addirittura ad oltre 70€, decisamente troppo per un loculo.

Pros: The restaurant and its staff are incredibly nice, open until 9pm (past that, they only serve main dishes) and the meals we had were top notch; we even got a comp'ed appetizer. The pool and spa are open until 11pm and we took advantage of that. There is a table tennis table and a pool table. We had a few extra coffee pods and tea bags added to our closet that they had placed there as extras (no cost to us). You are also close to the Austerlitz Pyramid (just down the road), which is nice to visit (note that this is not the Austerlitz where the 1805 battle took place, just a monument built in 1804 by Auguste de Marmont's soldiers, renamed ”the Pyramid of Austerlitz” in 1806 after Napoleon Bonaparte's 1805 Austerlitz victory). Cons: The facility seems to be ”old world chique” and does appeal to a certain clientele. Due to the way this hotel/restaurant was built and added to over the years, it is quite the labyrinth. If you want to get to the pool, you will have to arm yourself with patience. Moreover, the signs are in Dutch only and the signage is not well done (see the pool reference). Breakfast cost at the time, 18.50 Euro and we skipped it, since there are a few supermarkets and bakeries in the area (car or bike required). Now, our main con was that we reserved a room for 4 adults and we confirmed with a King and 2 twin beds... the fourth bed was a foldable cot or ”camping” bed. The mattress was no more than 2 inches thick and 1 inch once you laid on to it. Needless to say that that person had a rough night. There is no food ordering from outside the hotel, like Uber. The Wi-Fi was really bad from our room. They limit you to 4 coffee pods (a day (based on our total occupancy) and you need to pay if you want more.

Il prezzo è un po 'alto, il personale è molto utile e gentile. Le camere sono pulite, spaziose e tranquille. Ci sono molte attrezzature all'interno dell'hotel stesso. La posizione vicino all'autostrada è molto bello per i viaggiatori che hanno un'auto (parcheggio è gratuito )ma che utilizzano il trasporto pubblico questo hotel è un po' difficile per loro di raggiungere perché solo un autobus (autobus n. 73) Il più vicino bus fermo Zonnebaan (Maarssenbroek), ci vorrà circa 20 minuti di autobus dalla stazione centrale di Utrecht. Questo hotel è un po 'discepolo di scena. Non c'era una bottiglia d'acqua nella stanza, quando si chiedeva loro di fornire complimenti. Non c'era un kit di benvenuto nella stanza che mi aspettavo. Il menu del ristorante è molto limitato (come abbiamo trovato). Le camere erano confortevoli e calde. Questo hotel ha solo due piani come per me. Mi sono fermato nel piano terra e il balcone comune era buono. Non c'è molto da andare, non c'è mercato o ristorante vicino. Ci è un MacD a 25 minuti a piedi . In generale un buon soggiorno.

E' andato tutto molto bene, ed ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative! In un prossimo viaggio torneremo sicuramente nella vostra struttura! Grazie
