Ha lasciato il mio caricabatterie e nessuna comunicazione che ho lasciato o se l'avrebbero inviato. L'ingresso è incostante e la sua posizione l'ingresso è difficile da inserire se non sei della zona?

I have stayed at other Towneplace Suites but this was a disappointing. First, the neighborhood was a little sketchy. When we arrived in the room, the remote control was missing. We received a replacement but that didn't work either so we requested a new room. The room was fine and the TV worked but when I went to use the microwave, it shut off because it blew a fuse. I reset the fuse but it happened again.The room was clean but the hallways and part of the breakfast kitchen could have used a thorough cleaning. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. If we were staying more than one night, I would have changed my hotel.

Staff was amazing met accommodations well! They provided a great experience from entrance. Incidental hold was not outrageous and honestly better than expected. Room was very clean, spacious and no noise complaint as I was expecting to hear the highway since we were located right by it! See y’all again!

Staff were helpful
Room was a good size and bed was comfy
Gym was decent
The bad:
My room (highway end) was SOOOO loud all night long, blind broke but I still kept checking to see if the window was open
Breakfast was more basic than expected

It's new and very clean. Can't beat the rate and the rooms have a kitchen area so longer stays are very accommodated.

It is easy to access from the freeway and was very clean with a small kitchen when needed.
