Penso che questo hotel sia diverso da quello che immaginavo, e le trapunte sono sporche, anche l'acqua nel soffione della doccia nel bagno è molto piccola e anche l'atteggiamento del personale dello sportello di notte è pessimo e il personale del servizio clienti al mattino non è male

It’s very nice here, good hotel, I like it, clean and good!!! Only bad is the bed is too soft!!!

I booked my stay online. When I arrived to check in the clerk notified me that the booking was for 2 rooms and I only booked for 1 room. When the clerk fixed the problem I was given a room that had not been cleaned. The clerk checked another room and it too was not cleaned. I had to wait close to an hour for a room that I did not even want. I booked for a single king room and ended up with a double queen room. I was very unsatisfied. I still have not received any of my money back for my deposit or the double charge. The clerk charged me again even after I had already paid for my stay online. Not happy at all. Very poor.

此次入住，體驗超棒！前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住退房都很迅速。房間整潔舒適，床品柔軟乾淨，睡得超安穩。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質佳。餐飲豐富可口，自助早餐多樣。酒店位置便利，周邊出行、購物都方便，下次還來！

出差住了半個月，洗衣機壞了一週也沒修好，走廊裏麪還老是聞見有人抽葉子，味道重的很。真的很難評😭
