We stayed at Four Points on the first and last night of our trip. Our first nights room was awesome. Clean, everything worked and we were pleased. The next room wasn’t as clean, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all and the room was near the elevator so noise was a factor. One room was great, the other was disappointing.

We walked in 10/13/23 10pm, desk attendant not friendly, acted like she was being disturbed. Room was dark, floor lamp not plugged in and I plugged it in, still did not work. I looked no lightbulb. I called front desk told her no lightbulb, she asked "did you plug it in!?" I said yes, she sent a young man up with an old style Chris**as tree bulb. He was trying to fix it in the lamp (???). Finally he came back with a standard bulb. Breakfast waiter very pleasant and friendly. Asian attendant who checked us out was very friendly. Minor cosmetic issues in elevator and room but checking in was not good.

I have absolutely no idea what is located above our room, but it sounds like a herd of baby elephants have been roller skating all night. We knew being close to the airport would be noisy due to the landing taking off of the planes, but this issue is coming from inside the house. Our flight is very early in the morning and we are now up 2 hours earlier than expected wide awake and upset we didn’t get a very peaceful nights sleep.

The air condition did not work and they did not accommodate me with a new room or anything at all. Also, the power went out for hours which made it worse. The customer service at the front desk was very bad

Very nice room for price and service is always good. Multiple stays for trea**ent at MD Anderson and can get a good rest after driving 5 hours after work.

The hallway smelled like dog poop and urine.They had big piss spots in the carpet. The amount of money I paid it could have been better conditions.

It was clean, close to airport, able to leave vehicles parked and great suttle bus service. The walls are super thin heard every sound

This hotel is not in the safest part of town. After we checked in we were told there is no hot water and the elevator was broken. We were on the 4th floor with a person living with physical limitations. The pool is disgusting with debris and dirty towels and clothing on the deck. This hotel is a poor representation of the Four-Points brand. I highly suggest the regional team make a surprise visit.
