I recently had the pleasure of staying at a youth hostel that truly stood out for its exceptional qualities. Nestled in a residential area, its location was incredibly convenient, offering a tranquil retreat just a bike ride away from the city center—less than 10 minutes to be exact. This made for peaceful nights, ensuring a restful sleep in a safe environment. The hostel is run by a delightful couple whose hospitality knew no bounds. They were not only eager to assist with any issues that arose but also went above and beyond by providing bicycles. This thoughtful touch significantly enhanced my mobility around Houston, allowing me to reach various destinations swiftly. What set this hostel apart was the attention to detail and the array of complimentary amenities, including cookies, milk, cereal, coffee, and tea. The cleanliness and smart technology throughout the house contributed to a seamless stay, making it the best hostel experience I've ever had. The bathroom towels folded into swan shapes were a testament to the owners' dedication to detail, adding a touch of elegance and care. The warmth of the place was akin to being at home, with the owners always ready for a chat, eager to answer questions, and share their stories and experiences. A highlight for me was the world map on the living room wall, where guests could pin their home countries—a fun and interactive way to connect with fellow travelers. In summary, this hostel was more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home, or perhaps more accurately, a homestay. It's undoubtedly the best hostel I've ever stayed in globally, blending the comfort of a home with the adventurous spirit of a hostel.

From another Airport (HOU) that far 15 km S.E. ride Bus #73 +Bus #11-54. “Randalls” big Supermarket & CVS walk about 1.5 km N.W. Space Center (NASA) 45 km S.E. there is no Bus. “Sylvan” Beach or Port are about 40 km E.S. ride 3 different Buses, I can’t do, #9-11-82-137 +Bus #40 +Bus #7. Room in 3 Floors, Nice neat clean Shared Area contain complete Kitchen (Refrigerator +Oven +Microwave +Kettle +Toaster +Kitchenware) Plus Sitting Area with library +big size TV +Games +Balcony +Toilet. - STAFF: is originally from Philippines +Help +Map +collect the all Amount before a few days from check in +not 24hr. from 09-18:00 approx. … Its big Disadvantage is the big time difference 4 hr. between Check In & Out from 11-15:00 and there is no Early Check In before 15:00 even there is the availability except after paying 15$ and the same amount paid if you check out after 11:00. And, its big Advantage is 24 hr. Free Open Foods & Beverages (Tea +Coffee +Chocolate +powder Milk & Toast +different Cereal +peanut Butter +Nutella +Jam.

Wonderful and Great experience. This hostel has a good location. The bed is comfortable and the services are fantastic. I recommend it for anybody visiting Houston now and in the future. I will be coming to this place when I visit Houston in the near future

Quiet and safe neighborhood with public transports within walking distance. Probably the first class hostel in a well equipped apartment with nice and friendly hosts. Very clean and spacious, the bed is big and comfortable, thus very good sleeps for 2 nights. Nice living and kitchen areas where to have interactions with other guests and the hosts. The kitchen advocates cook and share, and did get 2 pizza slices from another guest one night, thank you very much.

Only stayed one night, because I was just passing through. No complaints. Bed was comfy and the staff were understanding and seemed really nice. Would stay again. There was free breakfast food in the kitchen and the neighbourhood was nice as well.
