Hotel in zona American Eagle Store, Houston

Grande posizione bellissimo hotel con grandi viste!! L'ho amato.... Certo che andrò di nuovo. Negozi e cena buona era proprio fuori dalla porta.

L'apparecchiatura è molto nuova, l'igiene è buona, vicino ad alta velocità, il rumore è un po' grande, ma la stanza è isolata.Il suono dell'aria condizionata è anche molto piccolo e dorme bene.È molto comodo nell'hotel automobilistico.La posizione è molto conveniente.Non lontano dalla Città cinese e dal centro della città.Nessuna carta da pranzo. Il design della camera da letto è un po'problema, la cabina è trasparente e lo specchio è per il letto.È stato particolarmente inginocchiato e chiesto alla reception di un letto.La colazione non è la colazione, chiedo alla reception, non c'è la colazione, è il frutto e il sacchetto preparato per i clienti.Questo prezzo, il rapporto di prezzo calcolato è più alto.

Stay was beyond excellent. The room was clean, fresh smelling and the bed super comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Shout out to David who gave us a warm welcome. Hotel does NOT charge for parking, which is highly unusual. The hotel offers a parking garage and surface parking behind the hotel. The location is very convenient. Without traffic it was only a 15 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to the Galleria and 10 minutes to Memorial Park. The challenge is navigating the frontage roads to actually get to the hotel, but Waze or Google Maps was spot on with the guidance. The hotel definitely has an older architectural style, but the rooms are super clean and well maintained. The concierge lounge is stocked with sodas, flavored water and snacks. Soundproofing was sufficient that we never were bothered by the freeway noise! We stay at dozens of hotels on an annual basis, and this hotel is simply one of the best run properties we have experienced. Definitely would recommend this property and stay here again.

La posizione è anche molto buona e tesa. È situato in una posizione confortevole, quindi è consigliabile quando si va a Houston. Anche il colazione e le bevande sono ben attrezzate.

Nuovo hotel (costruito nel 2022) vicino alla strada. Pulizia con letti eccezionalmente comodi. Il personale di fronte è uscito dalla sua strada per assicurarsi che la nostra camera fosse fria. Il colazione era caldo e abbondante. Non abbiamo avuto problemi con il rumore, quindi il lato non freeway dell'hotel è sicuramente tranquillo.

I booked this hotel for my family visiting from out of state. I live 2 minutes from hotel and couldn’t the price was so great. I even rode by hotel late at night just to check it out. I needed a downstairs handicap room . I booked online on hotel site and could not believe the price I received for 5 nights. After I checked in and saw room my sister begged me to stay with them at night I went to office and with no problem paid for extra person and stayed with them at night. I had great experience . Room was super clean , no complaints at all. My sister enjoyed her stay and also had no complaints . I did have coffee in the morning as I don’t eat breakfast. I did see toast , cereal oatmeal,donuts and I think there was waffles .This is maybe 15 min from airport therefore a lot of guest were prob there just for night. I have always stayed in nice hotels and this is one I would definitely stay at again .

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico, l'ho amato.L'equipaggio era sorprendente Michelle, Cj e Rebecca.Taylor era il mio preferito, mi hanno fatto sentire comodo e a casa.Mi hanno fatto sentire soddisfatto ogni passo della mia permanenza e mi sarò certamente tornato. Con il cibo e il cibo è una grande e eccellente selezione bar!

Shocked that this place has such good reviews. Three stars is generous. First off, I arrived at 4:15 and my room wasn’t ready. Check in is at 3. They asked if I would be fine downgrading my room since those rooms were available. I declined so had to wait about 30 minutes for my room. The room was fine, nothing great. The kitchen was nice I will say, as well as the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t perfectly cleaned though. Their was a hair in the shower and white splatters on the door and wall. The bed was hard and the pillows were small and terrible. The sheets had been used way too many times and the fabric was beading up. They felt very worn. One of the pillows had a black smudge on it upon arrival as well. The remote was sticky but the AC worked well at least. As for the amenities, the breakfast was not great. Half of the items/options weren’t available all 3 mornings I was there. The juice was watery, bananas over ripe. Very disappointing. In the gym, I hoped to use the treadmill. The incline on it was broken but the rest of the gym was fair. The pool is small, water was cloudy and they have no hot tub. Upon checkout at 5 am, I requested a receipt to show my balance was $0 since this was a work trip. They informed me they weren’t printing receipts and I would be emailed one at the 11 am checkout time. Insane to me but I was given no other option. Well that time rolled around and I wasn’t sent one. I did call and they sent it to me immediately. The hotel is newer but the elevators are worn down, there were dead spiders in the main hallway and the main areas are very stuffy. Parking was okay, not a huge lot but they weren’t busy when I was there. The location, I was informed, is not great or safe. Being from out of town, I had no clue. I never felt unsafe but I didn’t venture out at all. The surrounding area left much to be desired as places to eat, shop and things to do. Location was decent to the interstate. I would not stay again.
