Dont be fooled by many of these listings on vrbo claiming to be in Rosemary Beach or being close to "A " beach. We are a private gated community with a private beach access. Weve been coming to this area since 1999. Some of these communities listed on this site do not even have beach access. Our Bungalow is 80 steps to the beach steps. Once Parked, You just walk or bike everywhere if you do not want to drive.We are on the Southside of 30A across from Seacrest Beach, about 100 yards into Rosemary Beach town square.
