Trova hotel con vasche da bagno a Playa del Ingles

Tha abora catarina is a big hotel, on our arrival we were greeted by staff on training, i know everyone needs to learn but after a 5 hour flight and transfers its not something , i wanted, also werent told about a welcome drink at reception. Our room was ok, with a garden view and quiet. The next day i reported 2 issues with the bathroom, one was no stopper for the sink, and the most serious was the shower, once you set it at a nice temp and standing in it , it would suddenly go boiling hot and you would have to jump out to prevent scalding, 7 days in a row i reported it at reception but no fix.Also the screen too small so bathroom floor was soaked and water ran out into room, obvious this was ongoing problem as bottom of door was rotten. We had to use most of the towels on the floor.The pool area was good for both adults and kids with slides and a jacuzzi. Staff at pool bar not very friendly, long queue for service so .we were all inclusive but the bar wont give you a coffee or water, you have to buy them, coffee and water supplied my self service machines. The food in the dining hall is second class, ive been to many all inclusive hotels and this one is well down my ratings, we ate out after first night .we paid £2000 for halloween week for two , WHAT A RIP OFF. I drink cider and they didnt even know what cider was , nor could they offer one i could buy.The drinks are all unknown brands, and full to the brim with ice, soo ur getting scammed, would we go back?? Hell no .Also a member of my family had 50 euro go missing from their room, and an ipad was damaged during cleaning and reception didnt want to know.

Day pass recomendable al 100%, inmejorable el servicio, todos muy atentos para que obtuviéramos la mejor experiencia posible en su spa privado, muy buena limpieza y una comida excelentes, todos los empleados nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos, resaltando la simpatía y el buen trato profesional de Sara, que estuvo siempre atendiéndonos para que no nos faltara de nada en ningún momento. No dudaré en recomendarlo y volver lo antes posible. Gracias🌸

＞Great, Immaculately clean, modern with lovey staff, good location. Recently (in the last year?) refurbished so everything is CLEAN and Modern. Both Rooms and grounds (inc neat AstroTurf that was very clean and slip free!) Table and chairs outside your door semi-private (some rooms surround the pool) Sunchairs around the pool (but still some 'towel savers' occurred-BAD!!) Big Warm proper swimming pool Big bedroom with mini fridge, Big clean bathroom with double walk in shower, very Hot and powerful water (rain and wand in the shower). Both rooms were modern, clean and fresh. White all round. Good comfortable (double) twin beds Very efficient air conditioning Big double wardrobe for hanging with hangers provided Kettle and Cups (some coffee pods upon arrival) Powerful Hairdryer Room was cleaned every day to a high standard (hang request tag on door) Grounds were cleaned every day ALL staff smiley and happy Reception staff said hello and acknowledged EVERY time, and were VERY helpful. Good, Quiet location Adults only resort so was quiet and peaceful why the minus -1 The safe is Three Euros PER DAY to hire (Expensive cost over two weeks -bad impression). The walk in shower needs a water lip, but the floor towel stops the trickle of water Sly News is the only British speaking TV channel (dozens of German!) Interconnect door (between adjoining apartments) whilst key locked it would be assuring to see a physical bolt lock on the door. Wifi was free and worked (eventually with help of the staff!) but was a very over complicated way to sign in ＞Sunbeds around the pool were' blocked' by the usual anti-social towel hogs - these SHOULD be removed by staff as there are not enough sunbeds on a sunny day. SUMMARY: The rooms and complex were on par with Four Star hotels we've stayed in Remove the silly little things (safe hire Fee, Retune the TV etc, stop sunbed blocking) and this would be a straight 100% tip; do not book with ******* as their fee does not include breakfast WOULD recommend to stay again :-)

Ho trascorso un meraviglioso 10 giorni in questo hotel nel luglio 2024, e lo consiglio molto. Le camere sono molto belle, l'hotel dispone di tutte le attrezzature che si desidera, la zona della piscina è bella, il personale è amichevole e utile, e il cibo - oh, il cibo è un piacere assoluto! Alcune evidenze: il bar ha un divertimento di alta qualità quasi ogni sera per coloro che non amano colpire la città di notte. La spiaggia è a pochi passi dall'hotel (anche se mi consiglio di camminare per qualche minuto lungo il mare per raggiungere le zone meno popolate), e c'è un negozio di biciclette con biciclette di alta qualità nello stesso edificio dell'hotel. Vorrei esprimere un ringraziamento speciale al direttore generale dell'hotel, la signora Karg, che spesso accoglierebbe personalmente gli ospiti a cena e il cui vero calore e amicizia mi hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuto. Grazie a tutta la spiaggia di Sandy del Seaside per una bella vacanza e molti bei ricordi!
