1.飯店位置就在柳州市魚峰區榮軍路，我從桂林北站搭火車抵達柳州站，從火車站東廣場搭快9線榮軍路口站下車，依導航步行過去非常容易找到，經濟型飯店嘛已經算可以，雖然緊鄰外環道路上，因是預標準雙人雙床間在3樓層沒有面街道，車流往來不會受到影響，算是鬧中取靜。
2.房間布置很符合網站顯示，簡潔乾淨我訂連住2天，一入住即放下行李徒步去馬鞍山公園，走上階梯拾級而上，緩步登山去慕名的網紅觀景平台等候城市燈亮夜景開啟，眺望柳江城中區燈光及柳江水舞。19：00前時段的觀景台遊人真多，往往視線佳位置都早已擠爆，真的有心上的不必擠在19：00前時段上來，只要天候不下雨或陰霾，避開人群擁擠時段反而更好眺望拍照。
3.雙人雙床房算是夠用，十分整潔安靜也沒菸味(公用電梯除外)，該有的基本設施都有，早餐在11樓，視野也不錯餐點算是豐富夠選擇食用 (對茹素的我來說，算是很完美了)，以飯店提供的價位跟服務來說，cp值算絕對符合必須按讚給高分，值得來柳州市出行旅遊參考！
我來自臺灣省南投縣，純粹是來柳州自由行，謝謝飯店經營者與所有服務人員的接待服務，希望下次前檯可以增加提供兌換零錢的服務，方便出行時搭公交車投幣使用。

Il servizio di fronte era amichevole e attento. La stanza era più grande di quanto mi aspettavo e quasi si sentiva come una suite. Il letto era comodo e grande e le strutture della camera da bagno erano pulite e tutto funzionava bene. Un piccolo problema era la mancanza di un'uscita elettrica vicino al letto, quindi ho dovuto smontare la lampada per poter caricare il mio computer e il mio telefono. Non era molto, ma qualcosa che potrebbe essere cambiato per rendere le cose un po' più facili. In generale, è stato un grande valore per il prezzo e si trova vicino alle principali strade da cammino, quindi mi consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel!

非常不錯的酒店體驗，酒店有獨立的停車場，還有充電樁，十分方便，停車長很大，有負一負二兩層樓，自駕遊很適合選擇這種全能型停車場的酒店。停車場可以直接上到大堂，大堂在一樓，前台設計很特別，員工説是順應天道的天圓地方的説法，四平八穩的體現，我覺得這個解釋十分大氣並且很有心意，風水知識瞭解很透徹阿，前台準備有暖/冷飲，熱飲是特產羅漢果茶，冷飲是自己做的百香果茶，細心加分，前台小妹妹和小兄弟禮貌謙和，介紹地道的螺螄粉店，碰巧前台妹妹下班，很熱心開車送我們去，這樣的前台員工令我們印象深刻，培訓到位，利他心意識很高，不是一天兩天就能做到的，相信他們會越來越好。再説説房間佈局合理，房間空間很足，飄窗很漂亮，乾淨衞生，服務大姐見面都會問好，熱心周到倍感温馨。24樓的江景餐廳我認為是酒店的特色，記得辦入住時收到他們説的一句話“雙橋羅彩虹”很有意境，不一樣的柳州視角，酒店有下午茶，是自助形式的，中規中矩吧，有雞米花孩子很喜歡，早餐還不錯。柳州之行圓滿驚喜，感謝兆笙酒店。

BBERNARD SCHACKISHuge hotel, typical Chinese style but totally modern with all what you can wish. The staff speak good English and is very helpful. Big parking if you come by car. The hotel is located on a small hill with a nice view of Sanjiang city. Only 2km from the bird’s nest and drum tower. Very big room with all amenities. Special mention for the beds which are fantastically comfortable.

MMEITEEEcharm Hotel (Liuzhou High Speed Railway Station) is very close to the Liuzhou train station, but please make sure you go to the East Square of the train station, and walk forward to the north-east direction,otherwise you will like me, exit from west square, walk 2-3km to the hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly,especially the resturant provides cheap price but tasty foods. The rooms is in system upgrade, key card can not worked well, and room has heavy smoky smell in some rooms, and air condition is not cool, we have to change 3 rooms, but hotel staffs are helpful. The bed is big and comfortable. Overall, the hotel is good in domestic hotels.

TTraveller from JakartaHotel Wanda Realm Liuzhou is a 5-star Hotel located adjacent to Wanda Plaza Liuzhou, so you can get everything very easily without hassle. The hotel lobby is grande, the facilities is complete and in good condition, and my room is very clean. The buffet restaurant menu is also nice with a very reasonable price. In addition, the front desk staffs and the bell boy are very kind and polite, eventhough with a very limited English. It was a very pleasant stay in Wanda Realm Liuzhou.
The hotel is located in New City, but still within 10-15 min driving to the Old City, where most of the Tourist Attraction located.

TThomas M Cecil JrMy stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers within walking distance. The first day I arrived, it was raining and the cleaning staff cleaned my shoes and left and note. I thought this was a very nice gesture from the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! I decided to extend my stay and booked two more nights, but I made a mistake in the booking. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting me in rebooking the correct room so I wouldn't have to change rooms without a cancelation fee. The last night, more fresh fruit was brought to my room. Again, this was a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Room is clean and room service is quick and thorough.The view is one of a kind, seeing all of Liuzhou and overlooking the river.
Breakfast is tasty and the kitchen staff is very friendly and will cater your special diet requirements.
Even though the the employees don't speak much english (Reception desk or buffet workers), their manager is extremely helpful, speaks english, and will go beyond your expectations to help you and resolve any issues that arise. Wouldn't try any other hotel when traveling to Liuzhou.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel vecchio ha un buon atteggiamento di servizio. Ci sono alcuni suggerimenti: 1: per l'oro questo pezzo deve andare avanti con il tempo. L'hotel ora non ha più l'ammontare. Quando si ferma, il cameriere dice che la stanza ha un consumo e l'ammontare, ma ho trovato niente in tutta la stanza. 2: la testa del letto non ha sedile, c'è un cavo USB senza un cavo PD, e il caricamento è molto inconveniente.3: l'interruttore del letto è anche molto inconveniente, e la luce deve essere aperta e spruzzata per mezzo giorno.

Il personale al bancone non parla una parola d'inglese. Pur sorvolando su questo aspetto perchè è normale in Cina, il personale al bancone non ascolta le richieste degli ospiti, non fa nulla per aiutare gli ospiti ed ha atteggiamenti irrispettosi nei confonti dei clienti . Credo che una simile mancanza di professionalità non sia tollerabile per un hotel da cinque stelle.
The hotel is very nice and the location is lovely, but the concierge gives no advice on anything. The desk staff does not speak a word in English, which is quite normal in China, but they do absolutely nothing to help the customers. Moreover, they have a respectless attitude towards the guests
