Wow! Un piccolo Ryoukan in una bella città con i proprietari fantastici. Questo ryukan è un stile tradizionale vecchio e stile con un bel pozzo privato in foto La stanza era grande e la tua destra era su uno dei nove asciugamani. Come ryoukan in città avrete accesso ai 9 cure che si può usare in tempo libero e completare il tovagliolo denyouko per benedizioni La mente è guidata da una bella signora che è davvero amichevole. Tra le tipiche strutture si annoverano i cacciati e i geta gratuiti per prendere in prestito mentre cammina tra le fonti calde più latte freddo gratuito che è solo nel cielo dopo un calore.Sinceramente, il latte freddo ha davvero fatto il mio giorno!! 🥰 Il condizionamento dell'aria era molto efficace considerando la dimensione della stanza e il colazione era troppo per finire e offre un gusto di tutto Finalmente sei al di sopra dei bastardi non appena uscirai e il parco scimmie è a 25 minuti a nord, ma parla con il proprietario, ha un collegamento con le telecamere di sicurezza scimmie, quindi può dirvi prima del tempo se ci sono qualcuno di là per vedere al momento (Io sono andato durante la stagione di Estrus, quindi non ho maiali per me) Quando è venuto a controllare, la signora mi ha dato un piccolo bento di Onigiri e Pastrie e mi ha anche portato in piedi alla stazione locale. 10/10 resterà di nuovo

Questa piccola famiglia di onsen era una gioiello totale, snuggled in una piccola città tranquilla. Il paesaggio era abbastanza sorprendente e locale per camminare verso bellissimi santuari e deliziosi ristoranti locali. Raccomando la prenotazione del colazione, poiché è un'esperienza molto privata con una straordinaria diffusione di piastre tradizionali giapponesi. I proprietari sono dolci e super alloggianti, con una comunicazione adeguata come siamo arrivati super tardi (2:00am) e sono ancora altrettanto amichevoli e utili.

Wow, what a magnificent place, we really loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. The photos do not do the place justice at all. Our room was spacious and cozy and had a toilet. Our bed was prepared for us when we went out for evening meal. Coffee and tea making facilities were provided. We were privided yutakas for our stay. The hosts are so helpful and friendly. We added breakfast to our stay, and it was superbly prepared in a private dining area for us to enjoy The location was convenient, easy walking to the town and to the ski gondola. We used the private and public ensens at Sumiyosa, both were immaculate with toiletries provided. The public onsen definitely felt hotter than the private ensen, but both were so relaxing. I would love to stay here again.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il posto; avere un bagno privato in camera ha migliorato notevolmente il relax e ci ha permesso di apprezzare appieno l'esperienza tradizionale. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, tutto era generalmente buono. Poter utilizzare tutti i bagni del ryokan ha reso l'esperienza più piacevole. La camera era un po' polverosa, ma nel complesso andava bene. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, la cena è stata molto buona, ma vale la pena notare che se si chiede un consiglio, esitano a darne uno perché è al di fuori del loro repertorio abituale. La colazione, dal nostro punto di vista, è stata un po' meno curata; è già apparecchiata sul tavolo e non viene spiegata come avviene a cena. Allo stesso modo, durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto l'impressione che il personale non fosse molto attento agli ospiti e non ci abbia informato su tutti i servizi offerti. Gli yukata possono essere acquistati in hotel per circa 5.000 yen.

It's a 10 mins walk uphill from train station so maybe better to try to contact them for a complimentary pick up. The place is super grand and 2 onsens. A Instagram worthy one that the males and females get to use it at different timings. The shower stuff in the onsen are mediocre though. No fancy facial stuff for women unlike some other onsens at this price range. We had breakfast and dinner for the 2 nights. And well worth it. But you have to follow a fixed timing and we felt a bit rushed but otherwise it was really great and service perfect. We had one the biggest rooms I believe Room 716. Had a sitting area and also a sleeping area. Easily fits 8 persons. We were only 2. In the day they kept the futons and brought it out at night. Towels changed every night. There is a van that goes straight to Mount Yokoteyama ski resort. The receptionist didn't seem to know about it but you could try to Google. It was a complimentary ride to and fro if you bought the lift tickets. Took only like 30 mins to get there. You can get rentals at hotels there.

Sono molto soddisfatto della camera che ho prenotato questa volta. È molto conveniente, con colazione a buffet e cena speciale incluse. L'hotel offre il servizio di trasporto per il parco delle scimmie e la stazione. Inizialmente pensavo fosse lontano dalle sorgenti termali, ma è molto comodo da raggiungere a piedi o in autobus. Ha una piscina termale all'aperto e un negozio specializzato nella hall. Il proprietario è molto gentile e mi ha prestato un cavo per caricare la macchina fotografica. L'unico inconveniente è che il cuscino è un po' duro, forse non ci sono abituato.

Shiga Palace Hotel is a great choice for its location alone—set right in the mountains, it offers easy access to the surrounding area and beautiful scenery that really adds to the experience. One of the highlights was the buffet meals. The food was plentiful, varied, and satisfying, making it easy to refuel after a long day of exploring. The rooms were very traditional Japanese style, which felt authentic and fitting for the setting. While simple, they gave a true sense of staying in a classic Japanese hotel. The communal onsen was also a memorable experience—relaxing, cultural, and something everyone should try at least once while visiting Japan. Overall, the location and meals are major pluses, and the traditional rooms and onsen make this hotel a unique and enjoyable stay.

Located just within 3min from Yudanaka station, Raki Onsenryokan is run by a Chinese family. As a quiet town on its own, no one was tending to the reception when I arrived, after ringing the bell, a lady came down to help with the check in - very straightforward. I believe the family stays in the same building as they said if we ever needed anything, we could just ring the bell at the reception. Obviously I had booked a room too big for a solo traveller as this was the only room left as ”non-smoking”. Toilet and sink are at two different parts of the room which was a little inconvenient. Ryokan offers free drive (15min) TO snow monkey park, but not return, so please cater at least 35min to walk from park exit to the bus stop. Ryokan also provided a hearty breakfast, overall for the price paid it was a decent stay!

Il personale e il personale dell'hotel sono molto buoni servizi, l'hotel è vicino alle corse sci, le camere sono molto vecchie, il ronzio è vecchio e non pulito.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shiga Kogen Sunvalley hotel. It's only a 20 mins bus ride from the Snow Monkey Park. The bus stop (S15) is about 100m away but when it's heavily snowing, it could be a little difficult to pull your luggage across the road. During the winter season, there's a free shuttle bus that takes you around the different resorts. The hotel also has ski rentals and the pricing is very reasonable and convenient for hotel guests to pickup and drop-off. The onsite onsen and sauna is clean and well maintained. We had breakfast included - food selection is good with a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine. Dinner required reservation and you have a choice of Japanese set course, or a casual course. Usui and the team really know how to provide great hospitality and we really enjoyed our stay.
