Hotel con terme a Huzhou

Un ottimo weekend di fuga con molta esperienza nella zona, grande per le famiglie e per le persone con cani. I terreni stessi sono ben guardati, ma non sono convinto che sia un paesaggio veramente naturale ... Sospetto che il pavimento sia fatto dall'uomo.

An outskirt paradise on the hill. Good for hiking or treking. Impressed by the Italian designed lobby. We were well received by the house keeper Teddy. We were honor to be attended by the owner Ernest Guan who make all guests feel at home. Ever obliging and “Take your time”is his slogan . The western meal is acceptable and the Chinese meal is excellent. We eventually extended our stay to join the night party with many foreigners. Thanks Ernest to his extra “wood”for comforting us through those chilling nights party.

Ho avuto un fantastico fine settimana qui. Ho visto questo posto prima su WeChat Moments e poi ho cercato di trovarlo su Trip.com. Le recensioni e i prezzi sembravano ragionevoli, e mia sorella amava l'idea di una stanza di fronte alla foresta di bamboo. Quando siamo arrivati, non siamo stati delusi. Il posto era esattamente come le foto, molto pulite e l'ambiente era bellissimo. Onestamente, l'unica volta che ho lasciato il cantina era andare a cavallo che è a soli 10 minuti di distanza con la macchina. Altrimenti, mi piaceva stare lì solo perché ci sono tante attività da godere. La mia parte preferita era la Primavera calda. Anche a me piace cantare, quindi avere tutta la sala KTV per noi è stato divertente. Il cibo era anche molto delizioso. La famiglia ospitante era incredibilmente calda e gentile. Il mio cinese non è molto buono, ma hanno davvero cercato di comunicare con noi, che apprezzo davvero. In generale, il posto è sorprendente e sicuramente vale ogni penny che ho speso. 😊

The staff was beyond kind and made sure to communicate with me daily through WeChat (as there was a language barrier and they wanted to make sure the communication has no problems) about dinner reservations and cleaning the room. They made sure to provide a wonderful experience and helped me with all my requests. They also had an outdoor pool which can be used at any time along with 3 possible walking paths. 2 leading into the mountain and the third leading back to the lake you pass on your way to the hotel. I also tried the lunch and dinner which were both filling to the point where I could not finish the food (although I tried my best), both were 48rmb and 130rmb respectively. The breakfast is also just Chinese dishes, but filling and full of flavor. I also got to take home some homemade snacks! I also tried the outdoor hot tub for 480 rmb, which was worth the money. They provided some snacks, a warm drink and nature provided the rest. The only thing that could have been better is if it had rained. There are also a lot of places to sit and relax. You can play guitar, read, drink tea, and more! And of course a lot of places to take great pictures of your holiday. Finally, make sure to try their homemade plum liquor and to spend time with the cats! They are adorable (one took over my bed and we cuddled while I read)!!

L'hotel era grande. Voglio solo condividere con voi su questo posto meraviglioso. La posizione è davvero bello. L'area dell'hotel è davvero grande con diversi tipi di posti. Ci siamo arrivati e dal primo secondo il personale dell'hotel era così bello per noi. E si può sentire ovunque, il personale è davvero professionista.Il ricevitore è stato molto utile, durante tutto il tempo di soggiorno in hotel ci ha aiutato molto, il suo nome era Xiaoyan, (Anji田 Tuber家 Xiaoyan1). Abbiamo trascorso la notte del nuovo anno lì, e assistiamo al concerto del gruppo Filipino, dove incredibile, abbiamo goduto la musica e la gente intorno.Il luogo per il concerto era sulla cima della montagna e ogni secondo i minibus di shuttle dove prendevamo persone E'stato un grande piacere godersi le fonti calde, io e mia moglie lo godevano, fino a quando i miei piccoli giocavano in un'incredibile pista. Il giorno dopo ci siamo divertiti dal viaggio alla fabbrica di tè bianco e abbiamo scoperto la storia del tè e del posto. Il cibo era davvero delizioso, si trova tutto nel ristorante. ed c'era anche un negozio, dove abbiamo comprato la vestita di nuoto (Abbiamo dimenticato il nostro 🤣). Ci è piaciuto molto il tempo trascorso lì. Grazie mille per il miglior servizio 10/10.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

L'obiettivo è la finestra di terra in tutto il panorama!La luce è molto buona, fuori dalla finestra è verde.La piscina privata di zuppa è su un'altra piccola collina, ha bisogno di prenotare un appuntamento, la privacy è buona, la temperatura dell'acqua domestica è appena ben condizionata, la zuppa è inclinata verso la giungla, e il senso di guasto è completamente svanito. 📍 Cibo + esperienza di abbigliamento cinese è molto interessante C'è una piscina di gioielli sappi nel cortile, il governatore ha preparato il cibo per il pesce e è molto felice.La zona comunale ha un'esperienza speciale di costume di Han. Tutti i viaggi di Berlino e il cortile giapponese sono stati fatti da venti antichi, non c'è bisogno di andare alla zona paesaggistica. 💯 dettagli del servizio completati Devi fare il team di guardia!Dall'alloggio alla temperatura dell'acqua, buona notte, buona mattina e alloggio sono tutti molto buoni, e la risposta è particolarmente veloce.La stanza è pulita, e gli accessori di lavanderia sono anche scelti con cuore.Questo servizio ”necessita” e non interferisce, rende il fine settimana molto relax.

We had a great stay. Hotel and service is very nice. Special thanks to our host Mr. Tiger Wu. Swimming pool and the kid's playground were amazing. Territory is very clean and the nature is beautiful. Negatives: For the whole day, there where online streamers in the pool area, filming and commenting non stop, disrupting the piece and privacy. Pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. There is a fridge and a stove in the kitchen, but no utensils. Restaurant menu is only in Chinese.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a small mistake during our stay, but the way the hotel handled it truly impressed us. They sincerely apologized and kindly offered us complimentary drinks and fresh fruits, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We would especially like to thank 徐云 and 王永芳 for their kindness and constant support throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We are also deeply grateful to the manager, 罗会军, whose exceptional care truly stood out. What touched us the most was their genuine hospitality. When we were leaving, we couldn’t find a taxi, and the manager personally drove us down the mountain. This level of service is rare and unforgettable. Throughout our stay, the staff were always helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. It felt like we were not just guests, but truly valued visitors. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, warm hospitality, and a memorable experience. We will definitely come back again!

非常滿意，專門帶孩子來玩的，出發前就已經聯繫，有專屬管家，管家小諾非常好，及時解決各種問題，很熱情，周到。我們住的是主題酒店，那個可愛的小房子，小朋友非常喜歡，房間離樂園很近玩累了還能回房間休息會兒，非常不錯，而且性價比很高，定的房間套餐，包含了門票，還有冰雪世界和萌堡樂園，其他項目基本上是免費的，部分收費，演出很多，從早看到晚，晚上的打鐵花很贊。園區裏餐飲也多的，有小吃，也有餐廳，隨機選了兩家，價格和味道都很nice。推薦哦！
