⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Lakeside Escape! From the moment I arrived, I knew this camping retreat was going to be something special. I was lucky enough to get a room right next to the lake, and waking up to the sound of gentle waves and birdsong was absolutely serene. The view alone was worth the trip! What truly stood out was the incredible chauffeur service—punctual, professional, and friendly. It made moving around the large camping area effortless and enjoyable. The team on-site were beyond accommodating. Whether it was a last-minute change or a special request, they handled everything with warmth and a smile. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The experiences offered were the cherry on top! I got to enjoy a free photoshoot with the lake as my backdrop, which left me with beautiful memories captured forever. The horseback ride was both relaxing and thrilling, and paddle boarding on the calm waters was a peaceful yet fun workout. One of the most unique and soul-soothing moments was the sound bowl healing therapy—a truly calming and grounding experience. And to wrap up the day, the music bonfire under the stars was magical. Great vibes, great company, and a perfect way to end each night. This wasn’t just a getaway—it was an experience that fed the soul. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and full of unforgettable memories. Highly recommend to anyone looking for nature, luxury, and a touch of magic!

A lovely 2 nights stay over CNY. Thank you to Ernest, Terry and the team for making out stay comfortable. Food was very tasty. Served Chinese set meal and breakfast. Room was cozy and warm with underfloor heating. Great view from the balcony. Perfect location for local walks in bamboo forests and to reach local scenic areas. Easy to charge electric car there too.

Ho avuto un fantastico fine settimana qui. Ho visto questo posto prima su WeChat Moments e poi ho cercato di trovarlo su Trip.com. Le recensioni e i prezzi sembravano ragionevoli, e mia sorella amava l'idea di una stanza di fronte alla foresta di bamboo. Quando siamo arrivati, non siamo stati delusi. Il posto era esattamente come le foto, molto pulite e l'ambiente era bellissimo. Onestamente, l'unica volta che ho lasciato il cantina era andare a cavallo che è a soli 10 minuti di distanza con la macchina. Altrimenti, mi piaceva stare lì solo perché ci sono tante attività da godere. La mia parte preferita era la Primavera calda. Anche a me piace cantare, quindi avere tutta la sala KTV per noi è stato divertente. Il cibo era anche molto delizioso. La famiglia ospitante era incredibilmente calda e gentile. Il mio cinese non è molto buono, ma hanno davvero cercato di comunicare con noi, che apprezzo davvero. In generale, il posto è sorprendente e sicuramente vale ogni penny che ho speso. 😊

The staff was beyond kind and made sure to communicate with me daily through WeChat (as there was a language barrier and they wanted to make sure the communication has no problems) about dinner reservations and cleaning the room. They made sure to provide a wonderful experience and helped me with all my requests. They also had an outdoor pool which can be used at any time along with 3 possible walking paths. 2 leading into the mountain and the third leading back to the lake you pass on your way to the hotel. I also tried the lunch and dinner which were both filling to the point where I could not finish the food (although I tried my best), both were 48rmb and 130rmb respectively. The breakfast is also just Chinese dishes, but filling and full of flavor. I also got to take home some homemade snacks! I also tried the outdoor hot tub for 480 rmb, which was worth the money. They provided some snacks, a warm drink and nature provided the rest. The only thing that could have been better is if it had rained. There are also a lot of places to sit and relax. You can play guitar, read, drink tea, and more! And of course a lot of places to take great pictures of your holiday. Finally, make sure to try their homemade plum liquor and to spend time with the cats! They are adorable (one took over my bed and we cuddled while I read)!!

had a wonderful stay at Hentique Resort. It is an amazing place, especially for families. The resort is very clean, the food is good, and transportation is convenient. The location is great, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The staff were very helpful, they added us on WeChat, and whenever I had a question, they responded quickly and efficiently. I would recommend staying at least 2 days, as 1 day is not enough to fully enjoy everything the resort offers. There are a couple of areas for improvement. English support is limited, so it is better to research activities in advance before arriving. The White Tea Museum is interesting, but we couldn’t fully understand it due to the lack of English explanations. It would be much better if the resort provided English materials such as a map, activity list, or information booklet. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth visiting!

Questo soggiorno è stato assolutamente fantastico! Fin dal momento in cui varcherete la soglia del resort, sentirete il calore di casa. Il nostro maggiordomo Xiao Ma è una persona seria e responsabile e il suo servizio caloroso trasmette ai clienti un'atmosfera molto cordiale. La stanza è pulita e ordinata, la vista fuori dalla finestra è perfetta, l'arredamento è squisito, i servizi della casa sono completi, il letto è morbido e confortevole, consentendo di dormire bene la notte, e anche la sorgente termale privata in montagna è molto bella. Il ristorante offre un'ampia varietà di piatti e il sapore è ottimo. La prossima volta che andrò in vacanza sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

As soon as I was approaching the mountains that lead to this hotel I felt like this would be a wonderful place with its bamboo and natural beauty. When I arrived I could see an amazing view of the tall mountains and the city of Anji. Checking in was really easy a guy named 小李 helped us and took us to our room he was really nice and talked about everything that there is in Anji and there place. In fact, there was a hot tub that was very clean and nice. Therefore, inside our room it is 2 story’s with a small mini kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor was a bigger bedroom with a very nice balcony. I can say the room is 10/10 clean. Including, the pool was really nice and had a good view I liked swimming there. After, the swim I had dinner here at their restaurant where in the morning is a buffet the food was pretty good. After, breakfast we got a small tour of their place and got good views of the place. 小李 was the one who also drove us he was very nice and friendly explaining everything. We also got some photos taken here at this hotel by a professional photographer for free. This young lady who took a photo of me and my son did an absolutely amazing job it turned out amazing. I would say this is a great place if you are coming to Anji recommend. This place is a 5 star rating will be coming here next time!

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a small mistake during our stay, but the way the hotel handled it truly impressed us. They sincerely apologized and kindly offered us complimentary drinks and fresh fruits, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We would especially like to thank 徐云 and 王永芳 for their kindness and constant support throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We are also deeply grateful to the manager, 罗会军, whose exceptional care truly stood out. What touched us the most was their genuine hospitality. When we were leaving, we couldn’t find a taxi, and the manager personally drove us down the mountain. This level of service is rare and unforgettable. Throughout our stay, the staff were always helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. It felt like we were not just guests, but truly valued visitors. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, warm hospitality, and a memorable experience. We will definitely come back again!
