UUtente ospiteThe only thing I liked about this hotel was the clean rooms. Everything else: a major disappointment. We checked in Thursday 7/21, and the front desk computers were down. The front desk agent registered me by pen and paper, it took 25 minutes. When I went to my room, the air conditioner wasn't working, so I had to go back to the front desk and change my room (another 10 minutes by pen and paper). The air conditioning units in each room, lobby, and dining area were over 30 years old. The hotel itself (lobby, dining area, exterior building, landscaping, and parking lot) wasn't well maintained and didn't reflect the photos shown on the Travelocity website. There was peeling paint in our guest bathroom, and the furniture in the lobby was faded, dirty, and worn. The lobby computer was sitting on a desk that was bar high, but had a normal sized chair instead of a bar stool. The lobby computer also had unreliable internet connectivity. The bathroom had motion sensors that turned the light and fan on every time you walked in or past the bathroom. The front desk had staff who were visibly frustrated and unmotivated regarding the issues with the hotel. Two front desk personnel informed me they were on the receiving end of other angry, dissatisfied guests. The housekeeping staff wore regular clothes, not clothing indicating they were housekeeping; some of their clothes were untidy, and one of them was wearing jeans without a belt; his pants were hanging below his butt. Both ice machines were out of order. The website listed an outdoor swimming pool. but it was located at the adjacent hotel (a rundown hotel) next door and it was out of order. It didn't look like the pictures on the website. At 1215am Friday a front desk agent knocked on my door because they forgot I moved to another room. He needed to confirm that the room was occupied and not vacant. Breakfast had very few items, some of the items, such as fruit appeared frozen and almost rotten. I paid for two rooms for a total of $988 for an average cost of $165 a night. I rate this hotel as two stars. When it comes to hotels, first impressions and overall presentation are two key factors. Based on my three night experience, I won’t be returning. I did speak to the manager about the issues, and I received a $100 credit on my hotel bill. However, offering small credits pale in comparison to the overall issues of this hotel. The management and ownership seemed to care more about business than repeat business. When speaking to them directly, I felt they offered lip service, but no genuine concern for the issues with the hotel. I believe the issues I had with this hotel aren’t recent, and management nor ownership hasn’t taken any steps to improve the minor issues and the overall appearance and services of this hotel. Without an external inspection or audit, I feel the issues will be an ongoing experience for anyone who stays there.

CCommodore2010Buon luogo per rimanere su un Budget. Niente da scrivere a casa. Camera pulita, custode ha tenuto la camera pulita e organizzata con asciugamani puliti, sapone e shampoo. La chiave della camera doveva essere riimposta ogni giorno. Il motel ci ha detto di tenere la chiave lontano dai telefoni. Necessita di nuove chiavi con strisce magnetiche forti. L'infanzia era comoda e risparmiava soldi per altre spese.

AAllie DQuando siamo arrivati, l'hotel era in ristrutturazione, ma sono sicuro che la ristrutturazione sarà finalmente buona, ma c'era molto da desiderare. In primo luogo, sebbene la lista su ********** dicesse che la stanza dormiva 5, dormiva quattro, e dovevamo infilare tre grandi bambini in un letto, perché non c'erano trunchi o niente. Non c'era posto in camera, quando mangiamo in camera dovevamo sederci sui letti. I letti erano così svegli che ci svegliarono di notte, mentre scorrevamo. Il bagno non stava sdraiando correttamente e anche i bug uscirono dall'acqua. Non c'è stato colazione anche se diceva che era stato fornito online sul sito dell'hotel. La parte peggiore è che non ci sono stati offerti rimborsi o crediti anche se l'elenco non era come descritto. Non rimarremo mai qui. Mi aspetto un hotel di bilancio a prezzi di bilancio, ma dire cose che non sono vere nell'elenco sta attraversando una linea.

UUtente ospiteI stayed at this hotel to drive Uber for the weekend. It was a very, very enjoyable stay. I have anxiety and depression ( who doesn't) so I had my kitten with me and they were ok with that. I had a Dr' s note just in case. I asked them not to do any housekeeping because I had Journee in there and I was afraid she would run out and they complied, they were very pleasant people and I will definitely stay there again and I would encourage anyone to stay there if u r in the area. It's not a fancy expensive hotel, but it was clean and u get what u need and that is what it is about, somewhere to lay your head and wake up in the morning.
