I loved the place. It's clean. The staff members were friendly, and the dining area on the second floor with all the necessart kitchen wares like dishes, utensils, microwave, kettles, etc was just amazing I would stay here again.

I stayed in female dormitory. Overall I love it. It was clean & just what I needed, a safe place to sleep. They only opened a few weeks ago & are working through some kinks but they are very accommodating. Upon check in- they do ask for a selfie picture on their iPad for security reasons. No one is allowed in without a reservation. My dormitory had pods & bunks. I stayed on a lower bunk. There is storage for luggage under each pod/bunk. Inside your sleeping area, you have controls for a fan, light, & bed incline (my incline didn’t work but I was too tired to care). You have an outlet with USB port to charge devices. There is also a shelf & wall net organizer for your things. Every bed had an adjustable privacy blind, pillow, mattress sheet & blanket. On my floor, there were 4 bathrooms with showers. They provide towels. The 7th floor lounge is still under construction but there is a small reception area in the lobby & that’s where I sat to work on a few things & eat. The location is great; Near the north station. I walked to Boston Common without any issues. My suggestion would be to issue guests common courtesy expectations such as: Flush the toilet if the sensor doesn’t do it for you (or instal urinals for men) Leave shower/bathroom clean for next guest. If you must talk on the phone go out in the hall or to lobby - shared rooms are quiet areas. People are sleeping even during the day.
