We absolutely love The Shiny Pyramids Boutique Hotel! Our room was very clean and spotless and the view from our room was stunning. We had the room with the jacuzzi and the perfect view!! When we had dinner at the balcony was spectacular, watching the Pyramids changing color lights. The service was even better. Samah and her sons were so kind and helpful. But Semah went out of her way to makes us feel very comfortable.m with her delicious breakfast. Since they also provided tours, we hired her to takes us to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, she was very knowledgeable. To me personally was very special, because she was very attentive and cared for my physical needs, since I have Lupus it’s hard to climb or do much of stairs. She didn’t know what else to do to make me feel protected and comfortable. That it is priceless in my eyes! Whatever was our need they took care of it right away! Hotel pyramid view is spot on, the rooftop is amazing where you can have breakfast lunch and dinner. The bathroom can get flooded after shower and the beds do have a couple of hairs. The hotel location is close to the pyramids but still need a short taxi ride and the streets around are quite busy. Overall, it is a good hotel for 1-2 nights. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you are planning on visiting the pyramids.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per il mio primo viaggio in Egitto. Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile. Innanzitutto, al mio arrivo, un membro dello staff all'interno dell'edificio mi ha aiutato a portare la mia pesante valigia. Al check-in, mi hanno offerto fragole e arance come benvenuto. Nei giorni in cui dovevo partire presto la mattina per via dei miei impegni di viaggio, mi preparavano pasti da asporto adatti ai miei orari. È stata la prima volta che ho incontrato persone così gentili durante il mio viaggio in Egitto. Al momento del check-out, ho offerto una mancia come ringraziamento, ma mi hanno detto ”non ce n'è bisogno”, quindi ho dato loro dei dolci e, in cambio, mi hanno portato della frutta. Ho percepito un calore incredibile da parte delle persone qui, e questo ha reso il mio viaggio meraviglioso. Ero stanco di cercare informazioni in città, quindi il calore delle persone qui è stato davvero rigenerante. La vista dalla camera era, ovviamente, mozzafiato. Le enormi piramidi erano impressionanti. Fare il bagno ammirando le piramidi è stato fantastico. Consiglio questo hotel soprattutto ai giapponesi! *L'ingresso dell'hotel è un po' difficile da trovare, ma c'è una lunga e stretta scala sul lato destro dell'edificio. Salite le scale e troverete un'altra scala. Una volta arrivati ​​in cima, c'è un ascensore che vi porta al sesto piano. La reception dell'hotel si trova sulla sinistra uscendo dall'ascensore, quindi premete il citofono e vi aiuteranno. L'ascensore ha le pareti a vista, il che è emozionante e davvero divertente. La colazione era semplice: due grandi pagnotte di pane, verdure bollite*, cetrioli, pomodori, yogurt e formaggio, ma molto abbondante.

My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-organized — you can really see the attention to detail. One of the highlights of my stay was the tour packages offered by the hotel. They were well-organized, reasonably priced, and a perfect way to explore the Egypt Cairo stress-free. I truly enjoyed the tours and appreciated how convenient they made the trip. The hotel also offers very affordable transfer services, which was a huge plus.🤩😊 They were always on time and made traveling to and from the airport or tour locations much easier and hassle-free. Their dedication, reliability, and hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable. Thank you for going above and beyond — your efforts made my trip memorable. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK 😊

Un'esperienza perfetta al Cairo. Servizi: Il nuovo hotel è fantastico. Pulizia: Molto pulito, inodore, con zone separate per l'igiene personale e quella per l'igiene personale. Our stay at Families Inn Hotel was absolutely wonderful! As a new hotel, it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable—just minutes away from everything you could possibly need, whether it's shopping, sightseeing, or restaurants. It made exploring Egypt so easy and stress-free! What really stood out was the balance between privacy and top-notch service. The staff was incredibly respectful, giving us the space we needed to relax, while always being available—day or night—whenever we needed anything. That kind of attentiveness without being intrusive is rare and deeply appreciated, especially when traveling with family. The hotel is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. We highly recommend Families Inn to anyone visiting Egypt—especially families looking for convenience, comfort, and genuine care. We'll definitely be back!

Il personale è cordiale e accogliente. Ognuno ha un modo unico di parlare giapponese, il che è divertente. Sono anche molto premurosi. La posizione è perfetta, con vista sulle piramidi, quindi di notte gli annunci dello spettacolo vengono riprodotti in sottofondo, il che può tenervi svegli la notte. Consiglio di dormire bene prima di partire. Le camere hanno un grazioso design con geroglifici, che sicuramente piacerà agli amanti dell'architettura. La junior suite con jacuzzi è vicina a un ristorante, quindi potrete ascoltare musica araba tutta la notte. La chiave della camera è estremamente difficile da usare, quindi è consigliabile chiedere al personale di mostrarvi come usarla quando siete guidati.

Staff Amazingly friendly and helpful, The views are incredible from room to resturant to roof top, where i got to watch and hear the evening light show in fully glory. Booked for my 1st 2nights in Egypt, perfect location in front of the sphinx side entrance to the plateau, literally a 2 min walk.. This side of Giza is rough and ready though.. with animals being housed on the ally leading to the entrance so expect the smell of horse and camel poo (which wasn’t a problem once in the hotel) also expect to be bothered a lot by the local hustlers and kids begging for something/anything.. The streets are noisy and hectic this side but you also get a more authentic Giza experience, The Hotels staff were super accommodating and welcoming, they were willing to help organise trips and guides but I wasn’t in need as i already had stuff arranged.. Breakfast was basic but enough to get your day of adventure started with plenty of option around for off site dinning. The best thing apart from the staff was the view tho.. with all 3 great pyramids and sphinx in view and close enough to get the full effect inc the sounds of the light show. Would recommend for a cheap budget stay close to the entrance of the plateau with the best views
