Hotel in zona Village Mall, Horsham

Although we were brought to the area for a funeral, staying at the HGI in Fort Washington made our time the most pleasant it could realistically be. - Location: The hotel is very close to a metro station connecting to downtown Philly and other suburbs. Several fast food places are also within walking distance. The interstate is just feet away as well. Far from Philadelphia as a city, but central to all the modern conveniences of suburbia. - Atmosphere: The grounds were kept up well, and the lobby felt vibrant and inviting, as are most HGIs. My family always felt safe and comfortable. - Service: The front desk was certainly slow, as the previous review has mentioned, and I hope more staff can be hired to speed things along in the future. It seemed as if only one individual was manning the reception at any given moment. Perhaps other members of staff can be encouraged to pitch in too? Nonetheless, each employee delivered the best, most friendly service they could provide. I appreciated their commitment to my request for a room facing the smaller south side of the property. - Rooms: Originally I was going to sleep with my family, but at the last moment decided to snag a points reward for my own room (snoring had a bit to do with it…shh). Both rooms I’d stepped into were clean and comfortable, albeit slightly on the older side. Thankfully in my own room, I couldn’t really hear any noise from the highway or the metro train, but I could hear some while spending time in my family’s room. - Amenities: Unless you’re gold or higher, breakfast is not free at HGIs. My family made a run to Dunkin’ across the street to solve that problem, as the paid selections on site looked just meh for the price. There’s a restaurant that serves other meals throughout the day, as well as some public computers, a pool, a fitness center, and nice outdoor areas to relax. The free Wifi was fast. - Value: Overall I was satisfied with the value my family and I had for our stay. One thing to note, and I know it’s general hotel policy in most places—but it would have been difficult to ask for a waiver or reduction of the steep incidental deposit put on your card at check-in. As a budget-conscious traveler who never wrecks rooms or charges anything to them, I usually try to negotiate either a lower deposit or have the hotel waive it altogether…this hotel felt very steadfast about its policy. 75 bucks as the deposit for a night. I had no issues getting refunded that amount, but just a heads up. I even overheard another guest commiserating lightly about it with reception…not just me who thinks it can get out of hand! I would gladly return to the HGI in Fort Washington if I need to return to suburban Philly in the future!

Molto bello hotel. Il lobby era leggero, pulito e invitante. Il check-in e check-out del personale presso il desk erano alloggi, professionale, e piacevole. La mia camera (214) era pulita, tranquilla e confortevole. Il letto, le lana e i cuscini sono stati un buon sonno. Grazie per l'attenzione ai dettagli e il servizio clienti.

La stanza è pulita e igienica, buona atteggiamento di servizio e ricco colazione.

I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars, but some things made that not possible. Tony, at the front desk, was great. He was professional, accommodating, even answered the phone immediately, when we called down with a question. Hotel is clean and well kept so no issues there. It’s not the JW so travelers, go there with a realistic view. The reason why I couldn’t give the place 5 stars comes down to three things 1) what hotel outside a major city charges for parking? This hotel has a $10 per day charge. We are in the middle of the suburbs way outside Philadelphia so why is there a parking fee? 2) there are no usb charger ports. Looked around the desk etc and couldn’t find any. It’s 2022, and should be standard. 3) the room door slams shut and can be heard down the hall. We had some late arriving neighbors and early departing neighbors and when the door closes, it woke everyone up. Simple fix with tension on door, but it’s the little things that make all the difference to be 5 stars, at least in my book. Would definitely return, overall it was a very good stay, my 5 stars are reserved for amazing hotels, which I have reviewed in the past. This is still above par and with a bit of fine tuning can certainly end up with 5 stars.

Le strutture, pulite, ampie, decorate bene, sono più grandi e troppo secche.In generale, molto caldo.

Questo è il mio hotel quando visito mia madre alla scelta di Ann a Warminster. Il personale è così accogliente, amichevole e professionale. Volevo fare un grido speciale a Victoria, Sasha e Peter, che sembrano lavorare all’orologio e sono sempre così utile e piacevole. Ho chiamato prima di chiedere una stanza tranquilla e Victoria era così graziosa nel rispettare la mia richiesta. Le camere sono favolose - super spaziose, sempre pulite e le letti sono super comodi. Sono disponibili colazione complimentare che offre molte opzioni (uova, yogurt, frutta, ecc) e caffè (regolare e decaffè). Raccomando molto questo hotel se siete nei vicini.

La mia moglie e io eravamo a Willow Grove per un funerale e abbiamo soggiornato una notte al Marriot Courtyard . È una posizione tipica Marriot .....pulita, aggiornata con un personale molto bello e professionale. Un grido speciale alla signora del dipartimento frontale, Tia, che è uscito dalla sua strada per farci sentire benvenuti. L'hotel è vicino al turnpike PA e una Wawa è appena in cima alla strada. La casa di Miller, che serve il cibo tipico pub, è a due minuti a piedi dal parcheggio. Mangiamo lì (le fajitas) e sono stati buoni, così come il servizio. Se siamo tornati nella regione, rimarremo certamente al Marriot.
