Bring the whole family on vacation! Our home was originally built in 1942 and has recently undergone a full renovation. It is situated on a large property that provides much privacy. We hope you enjoy its charm as much as we do!Stay set apart from the hustle and bustle, yet close to all of what that the surrounding area has to offer. With sleeping space for up to 24 people, a fully stocked kitchen, a large private screen enclosed pool, a pickleball court, a game room, a dedicated work space, and being centrally located between the charming historic city of downtown Conway and the tourist area of Myrtle Beach - this home is sure to create lasting memories for you and your family.The kitchen in the main house has a 6 burner propane stove with oversized island with bar stools and is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, keurig, microwave, air fryer, crock pot, blender and pots and pans. It is open to the living room that features a 65" Roku TV. The dining room is set off of this space in a converted sunroom allowing ample lighting with a table that seats up to 12 guests and includes a wine bar cabinet. The home is equipped with a tankless hot water system so everyone will be able to take a long hot shower or soak in the bath without ever running out. There is a fully screened, enclosed pool area that is as large as some commercial size hotel pools for your enjoyment. Near the pool is also a full size pickleball court and outdoor basketball hoop for your entertainment. This property boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. There are four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the main house. Two master bedrooms with private baths and the 3rd bathroom are located on the 1st floor with the other 2 bedrooms located upstairs. PLEASE NOTE: There is currently no bathroom on the 2nd floor of the main house (this is planned to be added in the future).The downstairs rear bedroom has a queen bed, a 40" Roku TV, as well as a single pull out sofa chair bed and full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.The downstairs front bedroom has a queen bed, a 40" Roku TV, as well as a double pull out sofa bed with a full bathroom with shower, no bathtub.The hallway shared bathroom downstairs has a 6' long x 3' wide soaking bathub/shower combo.The dedicated workspace is located outside of the rear bedroom and features a desktop computer with printer that has copy and scanning abilities. Upstairs you will find a bunkroom with 2 bunkbed sets and a 40" Roku TV. Both bunk sets have twin beds on top, one has a full bed on bottom while the other has a full futon on bottom.The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, a 40" Roku TV, and a double pull out sofa bed.Upstairs also features an additional futon sofa sleeping space converted from an old hallway closet, which is semi private, yet open.The 5th bedroom, with a 32" Roku TV and full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo is located in the bonus room above the detached garage game room. The bonus space also has a full size futon in the living room with a 40" Roku TV. This area includes a Keurig and microwave provided for convenience (No full kitchen). There is also a seperate outdoor deck for this space.The detached garage game room features include a full size ping pong table, indoor basketball, 4' air hockey, darts, portable beer pong table, board games, poker set, puzzles, corn hole, jumbo jenga, a 55" Roku TV with a full size futon as well as being where the washer and dryer are located. The game room has an attached full bathroom with shower only (no bathtub).With so many things to do, it's hard to venture away from the property at all! However, we are just a short drive of 20-30 minutes from the beach and most of the attractions and events held in the area. "Service at front desk and breakfast was very friendly, accommodating, and true service industry level. Facilities were very clean, the gym was new high end equipment, and breakfast was very good!! The location was great for visiting Coastal Carolina University, although hope a pedestrian way to school is added soon. Wish the pool was bigger and there was a restaurant/bar but won’t deter us from staying there and recommending to family."

UUtente ospiteThis hotel was nice and clean. VERY clean!! Great location!!! They were recently renovated so they were still working out the glitches but overall a good stay. Would have been great if my husband and I could have gotten a room on an upper floor but they weren't able to do so. But next time I will just make sure I request an upper floor when booking. Also I want to shout out the housekeeping staff. They were truly so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back. Oh and one thing I think needs to be added is a table. My husband and I order out and eat in the room but we had nowhere to eat but on the bed.

UUtente ospiteIl tempo è assolutamente meraviglioso! La posizione è perfetta! Spiaggia, camminabile per negozi, facile accesso alla pista. Il personale era molto amichevole, personale e accogliente. Parcheggio era OK, hanno 3 proprietà 1 edificio deve usare Parcheggio alle altre proprietà ...Naturalmente è stato il 1 che ho soggiornato in ma è appena vicino alla porta o attraverso la strada. I ristoranti cibo e bevande erano grandi. Molto pulito. Ho controllato la notte l'uragano Ian colpì la spiaggia di Mytle, e c'era una fuga nella cabina che saturava il telaio nella cabina fuori dal nostro aperto, Maintenance & Housekeeping erano sul caso prima di notare. Raccomanderò di rimanere qui di nuovo.

UUtente ospiteSono stato piacevolmente sorpreso di quanto fosse bello questo condone da bagno 3 bd 2. Manutenzione e manutenzione sono stati molto responsivi quando abbiamo bisogno di nuove batterie per il rilevatore di fumo e un pick-up di rifiuti. Ho preso una stella perché mi sentivo come se il pavimento della doccia non fosse pulito per la mia soddisfazione e non c'era posto nessun posto per mettere sapone e shampoo all'interno della doccia. In generale, era una piacevole esperienza.

UUtente ospiteAdorava la stanza. Era molto pulita, e abbiamo avuto delle tovalette fresche ogni giorno. Ho molto consigliato questo motel, per il vostro prossimo soggiorno a North Myrtle Beach. Tutti erano così amichevoli. L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto era quando una grande tempesta è passata e la finestra è scoppiata al cima, ma la cura è stata immediatamente presa. Anche se non ero in tempo, per il bar del colazione, che è al motel, c'è un meraviglioso ristorante pancake a piedi, dall'hotel. Penso che si chiamasse Southern Sunrise. Lo consiglio molto. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel due volte, ora, e ci piace la piscina e la posizione. Non è così lontano dalla spiaggia, o ...Solo pochi isolati lontano, o si può guidare a esso. Ci sono molti negozi vicino, anche. Dico questo motel 5 stelle!

YYuxuantingqingPer non parlare della posizione dell'hotel, la spiaggia è vicino al mare e l'hotel stesso dispone di diverse piscine di stili diversi, adatte ai bambini. L'hotel non è lontano dalla zona commerciale e ci sono molti ristoranti fast food nei dintorni. Si trova a circa cinque minuti di auto dall'outlet, che è abbastanza adatto per vacanze di piacere e viaggi genitore-figlio. Ci sono molti posti auto nell'hotel, distribuiti in diverse località, ma a causa dell'alto tasso di occupazione nei fine settimana, è ancora un po' difficile trovare posti auto. Gli ospiti che arrivano di notte possono solo sostare in hotel e spostarsi nei parcheggi la mattina successiva. L'addetto dell'hotel ti chiamerà anche per spostare l'auto. La colazione è inclusa nella tariffa della camera e viene servita dalle 7 alle 10. È meglio del previsto. La varietà è molto ricca e il gusto è molto familiare. Può sostanzialmente soddisfare le esigenze delle persone in diversi paesi. La suite con vista sul mare in cui vivevamo era al 15° piano. L'immagine mostra la vista dal balcone. L'edificio di fronte è anche la stanza degli ospiti della sua casa. Le condizioni sanitarie generali e la configurazione hardware sono buone. Sceglierò questo la prossima volta.

UUtente ospitetoday my id was expired and I had already booked my room for next night. my boyfriend was kicked out of my room with less than an hours notice and locked out of room, with not even all of our belongings while I was at work!!! no one at this hotel had the decency to inform me of their decision that they wouldn't except my expired ID and I needed to leave ASAP. and I had to get my refund from 3rd party sales Trips.com which said this booking would not be offering any refunds!! still waiting to hear back from them on refund!I will never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone after the rude people I had to deal with today!!!

JJessicaMy check in person was nice and helpful but the other lady on other side of desk was really loud and kept yelling the same thing over and over made it hard to hear anything. The things she was yelling were not appropriate. Rest of the staff I come across during stay were exceptional. Room needed some work not fully cleaned. One of my members said it felt like something was crawling onbthem and biting them in the bed. Under night stand and parts of floor was dirty, hair clogged in drain .Light switch in bathroom was broken. But location is great. Amenities were great.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è stato un ultimo minuto del 4 luglio, ci piaceva un facile accesso al fronte oceanico. Noi abbiamo affittato 2 camere secondo la struttura delle camere, ospitando fino a 6 persone. Per non dire che la struttura delle camere era molto sbagliata, la descrizione online della camera non corrispondeva. In terzo luogo, il letto non era confortevole e il letto era pieno di tinture visibili. Infine, la porta alla stanza 327 non funziona... avevamo dovuto ribaltarla Jerry (il desk ha detto che mandava manutenzione per l'assistenza, ma non è mai venuto). Inoltre, l'ascensore di costruzione ha bisogno di attenzione... installare un sensore per evitare di chiudere troppo presto, soprattutto quando le persone sono caricate e scaricate. Il lato luminoso, tuttavia, c'erano nuovi frigoriferi, forno (semifunzionamento), A/C, pressione idrica sorprendente, e utensili da cucina. In generale, non vediamo che tornando o raccomandando questo sito a mia famiglia o a miei amici.

MM&RL'albero rosso in questo momento ha potenziale e sta per essere rimodellato e aggiornato. L'unico personale di servizio che avevano era eccellente nel servirci e ha fatto tutto il possibile per assicurarsi un controllo senza problemi in entrata/uscita! Era amichevole e sempre sorridente. Qualunque cosa avessi bisogno, lei si accertava di ottenere da un ferro a un caffè e bevande fredde. Essi hanno certamente bisogno di un manutenzione in terra principale per assicurare che la proprietà sia pulita l'esterno, entrata, passeggiate, scalini, ecc...we’re Sandy, sporco, e sì ovunque. La camera era una 7 su 10 con la pulizia generale I get it's a beach and sand is a pain but you still need to vacuum with care, bed strictly made and bathroom clean that was a plus. La piscina non si è mantenuta e la verdura fuori doveva essere riempita sembrava una giungla. Ci sarebbe rimasto di nuovo, ma non la nostra prima scelta forse un 3° o 4° al meglio.. è una proprietà 2 stelle con potenziale!
