Exceptional friendly staff. Needed 3 rooms for my sons Wedding & they managed to fit us in. Rooms are great. Very clean. Air conditioner works fine. Newly updated bathrooms. Bedding is fresh & clean. Very quite Location. Would definitely use again.

FILTHY! Burnt food on stove. Food crumbs in fridge. Brown running down bathroom walls. Sticky floors. Hair in bed. Hair all over bathroom floor and bathtub. Soap scum all over bathroom sink and counter. All surfaces sticky and dirty. Told front desk how dirty it was and no compensation. They came and cleaned the room while I stood outside at 9:00pm. Still dirty after that cleaning. Just GROSS!

This hotel is outdated,dirty and stained. It was fairly pricey, and they charged me an additional pet fee for both of my dogs . I'm not a fan of pet fees but to charge an "extra" cleaning fee and to be given a room with dirty stained carpets and dingy bedding makes it worse. I would not recommend this place at all . I slept in my clothing and didn't shower because the place was " yucky".

Great hotel at reasonable rate. Stated here on way to ferry. Stayed in newly renovated rooms. Very nice and clean. Excellent job. Friendly staff and air conditioner works great. Lots or room. Nice little fridge and enough storage. Very quiet. Prices good considering high times in summer. A must stop at in Hope

This room was sold as a 'queen' w/ kitchenette; it had a double bed - with mattress pad that didn't fit; new paint & tile, but floors, floorboards, fridge all dirty; minimal kitchenware (had to ask for a mug, was told there were none and finally was given one); essentially no cutlery. photos are misleading - there is still a website showing sparkling rooms and beds, which dates to 2021. Disappointing for the price for sure.

I arrived around noon (Jet-Lagged after 32 hrs of travel) and the Owner was kind enough to grant me early check-in for a small extra fee. My room (#2?) was spacious, fully equipped, and everything well maintained. The property is quiet, safe, with ample parking. The other guests appeared to be mostly contractors...early to bed, early to rise...no noise..perfect sleep for me. :)

Friendly people and great beds! Good night's sleep. Had a disc golf tourney here today and am ready to roll. We watched TV last night and ate pizza from Pizza Hut. It was a good evening in. The next time we come through Hope, we will stay here. Thank you! 😊

This place is an absolute nightmare, the front desk clerk is completely rude and plays dumb. They never do the rooms and hang dirty towels up trying to pass them as clean. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether
