Hotel in zona Memoriale nazionale di Pearl Harbor, Honolulu

Questo hotel vive in questo momento, perché sembra essere stato nuovo in 2024, non ci sarà nessuna guancia, quindi mi sento bene e male dopo aver vissuto. Vantaggi: il servizio è molto entusiasta; La piscina è al 8° piano, un posto molto pulito; C'è un grande acqua potabile all'interno del piano. Puoi buttare acqua fuori dalla stanza, non devi comprare acqua da solo, non devi buttare acqua in lobby e poi mettere acqua in cima. È molto conveniente; L'hotel ha un'auto da bacia per ogni ora per la spiaggia waikiki. Si vede P2 al punto di uscire dalla spiaggia. C'è un po'di distanza dalla spiaggia. Probabilmente c'è un'auto da ritorno a ogni mezzo punto. È molto conveniente. L'elettricità dell'hotel è molto veloce. Prima premere il piano di sopra alla porta, poi l'elettricità sarà automaticamente distribuita. In pratica, per un secondo per uno, non c'è dolore di difficoltà elevate. Questo è buono; La porta è Ala Moana, Wal Mart, tutti i bus. Inoltre, non so come si tratta di un'altra stanza. La nostra finestra della stanza è una grande finestra mobile. Una volta aperta la porta, è una catena di metà alta, e poi non c'è alcuna protezione e nessun balcone. Vedo p1, cioè venti piani.Una volta aperta la finestra, un vento grande volerà fuori dalla finestra, penso sia pericoloso.Quindi non possiamo aprire la finestra, apriremo un vento forte; Anche se è una stanza nuova per 24 anni, le strutture della stanza sono un po'fragili.L'acqua è lenta e il cappello non può essere recuperato. Il telecomando di un cappello intelligente è anche cattivo. In generale, penso che l'hotel non valga cinque stelle, più di quattro stelle, e possa vivere da solo.

L'Hotel Ala Moana è molto conveniente per noi. È vicino al centro commerciale Ala Moana, vicino a molti ristoranti, facile raggiungere il centro di Honolulu o altre aree della zona metropolitana. Siamo rimasti nella Torre Waikiki, ma siamo stati un po' delusi che le camere non fossero davvero ristrutturate ... Il modello di costruzione nel lobby ha dichiarato che le camere erano completamente ristrutturate. Il letto era più recente, così come le lana, ma i mobili (vestiti, sedie) mostravano indossamento e la bagno non era stata aggiornata. Voglio dire, tutto era pulito ma non era stato rinnovato. In generale, restiamo ancora qui fino a questo. L'hotel rispettava i nostri standard.

第二次來住了 一如既往的好✧٩（ˊωˋ*）و✧ 酒店在waikiki海灘的一側，走路可達waikiki海灘 另一側是ala monma購物中心 過了橋就是。旁邊酒店就是hertz租車取車的點，非常方便。尤其是適合不想在waikiki海灘邊音樂吵鬧睡眠輕的人。 訂的是海景房 對面就是停靠各種船的碼頭⛵️，view非常好，遠處早上還能看到沖浪的人🏄 酒店有健身房，人不多。5樓有泳池和無邊泳池/熱泡池，還有歌手駐唱，vibe很有feel，可以旁邊躺椅上放鬆一下。 最後小吐槽，攜程上是大床 OR 雙床，我就是🌚被分到了雙床and當天訂滿沒法換了... 其他的都還好，很符合預期。and check in略慢，值得鼓勵的是辦check in的小姐姐嚴厲拒絕了強勢插隊的韓國夫婦，讓他們去排隊👍（大無語

Our recent stay at Hilton Vacation Club The Modern Honolulu was a blend of highs and lows, with its strengths balanced by a few notable drawbacks. Situated in a reasonably good location and boasting cleanliness throughout, the hotel offered convenience and comfort in many aspects with a great pool and bar area including a separate adults pool. However, certain factors detracted from the overall experience, leaving us with mixed feelings about our time there. Let's start with the positives. The hotel's location, while not directly in the heart of the city hub, offered a decent compromise between convenience and tranquility. Close proximity to Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon provided easy access to beach activities and waterfront relaxation, adding a touch of serenity to our stay. Additionally, we found the hotel to be impeccably clean, with well-maintained facilities and a commi**ent to hygiene that was commendable. Despite these strengths, there were some notable downsides to our experience. The most significant inconvenience was the walking distance to the main city hub, which required a 15-20 minute walk to reach popular attractions, dining establishments, and shopping venues. While not a dealbreaker, this added a layer of logistical planning to our daily activities and limited spontaneity. Another issue that significantly impacted our stay was the persistent noise from the elevator. Unfortunately, our room was located close to the elevator, resulting in constant disturbances throughout the day and night. The loud mechanical noises disrupted our sleep and detracted from the overall ambiance of relaxation that we had hoped for. In summary, Hilton Vacation Club The Modern Honolulu offered a mix of positives and negatives during our stay. While the hotel's cleanliness and proximity to Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon were definite highlights, the walking distance from the city hub, the disruptive elevator noise, and having to pay for hotel parking detracted from the overall experience.

The elevator at the hotel was down for majority of our stay and We were there for a special occasion so that was disappointing especially when we received zero sincerity when we complained about this. There was no urgency or transparency around when it would be fixed. Additionally our shower only got barely luke warm and there was banging somewhere in the hotel which woke us. Anytime we left our room it took like 20-30 Minutes to get or from our room because you had to wait for the elevator. Then due to only one elevator working, there were signs everywhere that said the limit was 7 people per elevator as to not stress the only one left working. Yet their own staff were not adhering to this, putting customers at risk everytime of being stuck in there and 17 floors is too high to take stairs. We were in the elevator one day with 7 people and two employees still got on, surely they are more than aware of the limit being they are employed there. We had been trying to be patient and tried to wait it out but we had been woken up on multiple mornings to the sound of drilling or something obnoxious above us, no hot water and no proper working elevators and were told our whole stay it was being worked on and nothing was fixed until the end of our stay and none of that is the expectation we paid for prior to arriving there. Multiple times we had to get off the elevator because staff got on making the elevator over capacity. It was shocking on top of everything else happening that week. If we had gotten stuck in there in that heat with that many people it would have been a liability.

Il servizio era buono. Purtroppo il ristorante era chiuso per lavori di ristrutturazione durante la nostra visita. La stanza era molto bella anche se venivano fornite solo tazze di cartone e posate di plastica. Quando ho chiesto dei bicchieri di vino, il personale della reception mi ha spiegato che l'hotel non li ha forniti a causa della pandemia covida ... il che non aveva alcun senso per noi ... ed è servito solo a ridurre la nostra valutazione dell'hotel. Nonostante ciò, consiglierei questo hotel come un buon posto in cui soggiornare..ea soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Ala Moana e dalla spiaggia di Ala Moana.

Nice encapsulated venue. Everything you need in one spot albeit more expensive. As per usual Resort Fees added that don't enhance the stay. They have DVD rentals because the tvs are outdated (non-smart). Resort is still kinda worth it since other hotels in the area decrease in quality. I was only r here for a conference. Wouldn't stay as a traveler, might stay if i was a lazy couple or had a large family. The hotel deals only benefit members, if youre a non-member and went a deal...for example, reduced fee on rooftop lau (original price 230usd per person) you need to sit through a 2 hour timescam...time share to get a ticket for 50 usd. Views frim the beach and lagoon are nice.

The Doubletree hotel location is not too bad (10 min walk to Royal Hawaiian Center) but the hotel is quite dated. Expect dust on the ceiling, dirty vent, aged facility. Staff are friendly but limited services can be expected since usually there are only 2 FD staff to deal with all things. No hot water for last night I stayed but FD was able to give me a different room to b shower. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and they let us use the Hilton Hawaiian pool (See pic) and that was nice. Overall for the location wise and price wise, I think Doubletree has good value.

Hi! Before I will say some worlds about the hotel, I want to thank heartily the night manager Gerald( hope to type his name properly), he is originally from France. He is the one who has made our stay comfortable, pleasant and surprising during our check out. The problem was that first several nights we have suffered from noise in the neighbouring rooms. First 2 nights it was a loud music listening. Gerald has quickly addressed the issue, made a call, sent the security. The next night again the same problem happened. Gerald again has managed to solve the issue and we were not disturbed again. But in the third night a company have gathered in a different neighbouring room, there were screams, squeals and some different loud sounds. It was not easy, but Gerald again has solved the problem. We didn’t like that 3 nights we have suffered but huge and soft beds have eliminated the feeling. Once the tea bags were out and Gerald brought them by himself with a big variety and very fast. When we were checking out, it was a surprise when manager returned us the full sum of taxes and fees that we had paid separately for our stay. She told that it was Gerald, who approved with the hotel manager the pay back because of the all the inconveniences our neighbours caused us. That was a real customer oriented service, outstanding personal approach and the will to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you, Gerald for your personal great and customer oriented attitude to the guests! All the best to you and hope, you can be promoted soon. The emotions from stay are mostly made by staff! So thanks to hotel manager, who has hired a great team of professionals! As for the facilities, the rooms are huge, very new, very cosy and fresh with great and comfortable beds, huge TV, sofa, stationery table, fridge, balcony. It was a pleasant stay there, including a tea pot with tea bags, coffee bags and water. In the lower level, in lobby, there was a microwave, fresh still water that you can replenish, breakfasts can be served as well. The rooms are cleaned every 2/3 days, we had an issue with cleaning service, since I have asked several times to change the towels, to take out the trash for 2 days, unfortunately nothing was done before I have met a service manager. The room staff pretends they don’t understand English , hide from you, are not proactive. Some young reception girls seems to be nervous from time to time. The beach towels are provided to go to the beach as well as pool towels. The location is good to get to main streets, shops and restaurants. There are many supermarkets working until midnight nearby. I strongly recommend the hotel and wish to be back next year! Thank you all! Ekaterina
