Hotel in zona Mendonca Building Courtyard, Honolulu

La stanza è grande e l'ambiente circostante dell'hotel è buono. vale la pena vivere.

Questo è stato il mio primo viaggio a Hawaii. Non sono stato completamente interessato a andare a Hawaii a causa del basso valore del nostro dollaro. E 'stato piuttosto costoso rimanere (minimum $240/night) e che è un buon accordo. Abbiamo la cucina nella suite e è stato molto meglio (la mia moglie ama cucinare e è una cuoca di classe mondiale). Mangiare nei ristoranti 5star non è in confronto con il suo cibo. Vedo in totale il tratto a Hawaii’i, è bella e il tempo è così comodo. Saremo ancora molte volte.

Il servizio clienti era molto buono, ho dovuto controllare in anticipo, la stanza era molto pulita e comoda ... Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno molto e consiglio questo hotel a mia famiglia e a miei amici!! :)

Questo resort è eccellente con tre piscine e una grande Lagoom e solo passeggiata sulla spiaggia. Puoi trovare tutto quello che ti serve in questo resort e ci sono negozi ABC all'interno e possiamo acquistare tutti i nostri souvenir molto facilmente. Consente di raccogliere questo hotel al mio amico. Solo una cosa: non c'è bottiglia d'acqua e non c'è macchina da cottura e devi comprare l'acqua da sola.

Uhhhhh..... We stayed in this hotel because our flight got in late and we needed a place close to the airport to crash for one night. This hotel fits that purpose well. That said, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any other situation other than the one I just described. They were pumping sewage right outside of our door the morning we woke up. Also, our room key didn't work the morning we were checking out. The only other positive of this hotel is that it is within walking distance of THE BEST little food place we came across on our whole trip: Joe's Grill Express. We cannot wait to come back so we can visit Joe's again.

So....got a great rate on Travelzoo voucher for 4 nights. This hotel has been remodeled and is still in process of completing some work in common areas. Starbucks opened when I was there, and Monkeypod will open in the future. Staff was fabulous! No complaints there. I was able to check in early and got a partial ocean view on floor 11. Room was spotless. My only complaint, and it's a big one for me, is the soundproofing. I should say lack of it! Doors are HEAVY and each open and shut on the floor nearby is a shock to the sleeper. Also, the wind whistled and the band and traffic comes right in through slider to balcony. The band stops at 9, so that was no problem, and very nice. But....I hated the door slams and other interior noises. If you are a light sleeper, I don't think you will enjoy yourself. I wore ear plugs. Location is superb! It really can't be beat. Pool is OK. The jacuzzi was kind of icky. One being closed the entire time, the other kind of grey and the one attached to the pool generally full of kids. No jacuzzi for me. Towels and loungers were readily available. No problems there. We did have a problem at restaurant/ bar with what we think was bad turkey or mayo on a club. My grandson and I got sick within a couple hours. Unfortunately for the maintenance staff there was some cleaning up to do in the bathroom. The staff responded immediately and were so nice about it. I cannot thank them enough. However, when I reported this to the restaurant manager in the morning I was not totally happy with his response. All in all, I would stay there again for what I paid for it.

Ocean front is nice. Bidet is really useful! But i think the room is kinda small. The location is great as you have a lot of chance to go for shopping!!!

E'un ottimo hotel, forse anche perché sono in 17 livelli in alto, e sono una stanza intorno all'angolo, che può vedere il mare e tutta la città prospera. La stanza è pulita e igienica, ci sono persone che si lavano ogni giorno, quindi è buono che le Hawaii sono più giapponesi. In generale, il servizio globale del posto in cui i giapponesi si riuniscono non sarà peggio, sarà relativamente affidabile. Se tornassi in Hawaii, continuerai a scegliere questo hotel.

Molto soddisfatto del nostro soggiorno! Ottima posizione sulla spiaggia. Belle viste di Diamond Head Crater. Super ottima posizione per essere in mezzo a tutti i negozi, spiagge e ristoranti. Corto per esplorare e godere di strada e spiagge! Tutti i membri del personale erano molto amichevoli, utili e benvenuti. Pulizia e manutenzione. Grande assistenza con le attività di prenotazione. Mia figlia ha preso una lezione di surf. La spiaggia ha un sacco di attività acquatiche per godere con un'area per noleggiare tavoli da padella , tavoli da surf, navi, sedie e ombrelle. ABC General Store a livello inferiore per fare shopping per qualsiasi cosa necessaria da bevande, snacks, tovaglioli di spiaggia, souvenirs, schermo solare ecc... Il resort offre anche attività gratuite che sono su un programma settimanale, come yoga, lezioni hula, Lei & braccialetto, La mia figlia 15yo ha preso una lezione ukulele, poi ha fatto shopping e ne ha comprato una per portare a casa!!! Non abbiamo assolutamente nessuna denuncia sul nostro soggiorno! Sarà assolutamente tornato in futuro. Il nostro volo a casa era un volo tardi sera e il nostro check-out era alle 11:00, quindi il servizio di campanello ha tenuto il nostro bagaglio per noi, così potremmo godere il resto del nostro ultimo giorno sulla spiaggia. Poi abbiamo deciso di andare in alto il nostro ultimo giorno per farci un bagno, che si trova sul piano superiore del resort. Ho avuto un massaggio. Mia figlia ha avuto un viso. Poi siamo andati al tetto esterno e godiamo la splendida vista di sentirsi rinfrescato e rilassato. Posso andare avanti e indietro sui positivi di questo soggiorno di vacanza. Non ci sono stati problemi negativi!

Buono valore per la maggior parte dell'anno, tranne quelle volte di alta stagione. Grande posizione, facile cammino sulla spiaggia. Piscina è piccola e molto profonda non così buona per bambini o nuotatori senza esperienza. Il personale è amichevole e utile.
