Molto soddisfatto. La struttura è pulita, tutto è soddisfacente e cordiale. Voglio rimanere di nuovo la prossima volta che verrò.

Vivo in una stanza con vista sulle montagne, la spiaggia pubblica è proprio dall'altra parte della strada al piano di sotto e la strada commerciale è al piano di sotto.La sensazione generale è buona, ma la stanza è un po' peggiore della sensazione. Il bagno e la doccia sembrano troppo affollati e il lavabo è molto spazioso. Il cibo quotidiano al piano di sotto è molto conveniente. La piscina a tre piani è principalmente per far giocare i bambini e la vista sulla spiaggia di fronte al piano di sotto è invincibile

Ottima posizione! Splendida vista mare! Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete! C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli. Ci sono diverse attività ma non c'è tempo per partecipare. Ma l'hotel è relativamente vecchio, la porta di legno è rotta a questo prezzo e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è relativamente basso. Check-in per un compleanno, l'hotel non ha benedizioni.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona.La spiaggia è appena fuori dalla porta.La camera ha anche una splendida vista sul mare.La zona circostante è comoda per lo shopping.Ci sono anche molti ristoranti tra cui scegliere.L'hotel dispone di prese di conversione e è possibile prendere in prestito un bollitore e una macchina per il caffè.La caraffa dell'acqua in dotazione è carina e pratica. L'unica cosa è che non c'è il microonde nella stanza, il che non è conveniente.

I usually book with the Marriott down the street whenever I’m in Waikiki but I opted to try the Hyatt for the first time; it was also a little cheaper than the Marriott the day that I went. I got a King room with a city view on the 7th floor. The room was large, clean and one of the corners of the tower so it had a curving layout. Overall the room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C was cold. My only little gripe was in the bathroom, there weren’t any shampoos or conditioners or body wash in the tub like other hotels. Can’t say much for service since I was only there for a day but the employees I did interact with were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

Very convenient! Just across the street, you can access to Waikīkī Beach. Musubi Cafe around the corner. Hotel room quite big. Suitable for family.

Hotel is located on Waikiki so of course it's very convenient. Parking is located across the street but I would recommend the 10 extra dollars for valet as parking is a bit limited if an event or something is going on. Also the air-conditioning blows directly into your face when sleeping, which was an issue for me. Overall good hotel

Couple of things about this hotel everyone should be aware of. 1) you will need to pay close to $60 for resort fee, in which I believe is ripoff. 2) amenities are not great, so you will need to bring extras of what you need. 3) no water. 4) they are under construction! I was waken up at 6am on daily basis, sometimes it continues through out the night (post 10pm!). 5) what I would say is that, the location is prime, very convenient to the beach! If I return back to Honolulu in the future; will certainly think twice before I choose this hotel again…….

Stayed here for 1 week,location is great. Right on Waikiki. This hotel doesn’t have its own beach but offers free sitting chairs to bring with you to the beach and towels. Takes 20secs to the beach.Really tall hotel so you can see sunset over the ocean,staff is SUPER friendly. Building is old like all of them on Waikiki,furniture needs updating,mattress is hard but they give you 4 pillows,asked for our room to be freshened up when came back sheets and duvet cover never got changed.Asked next day to freshen up and left sheets same way.Not sure why,cleaning staff spoke perfect English!Mon&Wed they got farmers market downstairs,outrageous prices a Coconut for $20US, a small cup of fruits for $20US,youll also find bracelets and other junk! Overall it’s affordable and central,we didn’t eat on the resort nor used their spa so can’t recommend!

Cross the road, you will get to a very friendly beach. New swimmers can learn how to swim in the ocean. Although many people there, the beach is still the best part that I've tried in Waikiki (compared with Sunset and Ala Moana), less rocks, easy to walk in the water. Hotel service is very efficient, as well as many kinds of activities (mostly on weekdays). Due to its too near the luxury row, it will be a little bit noisy if you stay lower level. Even the city view is good to see mountains.

Look would definitely stay again, I tend to travel along and I did splash out a bit more price wise then I usual do for solo travel with the Hyatt, but it was well worth it. Location is great for Waikiki Beach and also most tours to Pearl Harbour and the hop on, hop off bus have stops directly opposite the hotel. Roof top bar was quite nice, although the pool does look smaller in real life compared to pictures. Great TV in the room I had.
